He responded to my late afternoon email quickly, and set up an appointment for the next morning. When he and Tyler arrived, they were friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and trustworthy. I am happy to say that I have a new water heater and a new plumber!

Unfortunately, it’s the third time they’ve had to come out but on the bright side, they’ve been wonderful to deal with. Professional, efficient and quality work. I sent an email late on Sunday to Jeff Boaze Plumbing for a non urgent replacement of a hot water 9 year old recirculating pump. Jeff called me first thing Monday morning and was able to come out the same day. Jeff and Tyler quickly identified the issue with my old pump and installed a new one. First off, they are both genuinely nice people. I was very impressed with their professionalism, attention to detail on the install, and level of knowledge about the pump options. We also had a very detailed conversation about my Phyn smart water meter. I was again so impressed at how much they knew about this fairly new device and they help me troubleshoot issues around it. All this service was at a very reasonable price. I am very happy to have found such a great team. I will defiantly use them again and recommend them to my friends and family.

I didnt actually have any service from him, just a phone call. I called to get a 2nd quote for a service another plumber said I needed. Jeff suggested that I may not need the service, gave me suggestions on things to try first. I did it and at least for now I am back up and running. They did a great job, highly recommended.I emailed them late on a Sunday night about a leak, they called first thing Monday morning and had someone to my house within 30 min after we spoke.The plumber on site was very professional and we was able to identify the source of my leak and get it fixed within a couple hours.Price was reasonable and they did great work. Overall it cost less than I thought it was going to.

I have worked with Jeff Boaze plumbing several times now. Jeff is a true professional, a veteran in the field of plumbing with over 40 years of experience. He is helpful, knowledgeable, and gets back to you quickly. His son Tyler, is awesome as well. I come onto the scene after Jeff and Tyler have fixed the problem. All their customers are very happy with the work they perform and have nothing but great things to say about them. If you ever have problems with plumbing fixtures, water leaks, water heater, sewer lines, or even your gas lines (dryers, ovens, stoves, furnaces) and you need a great plumber, I highly recommend Jeff Boaze Plumbing!

Outstanding and Extremely ResponsiveWe have had a remodel project going on in our home for (4) months now and have had to call upon a plumber numerous times. I am so very happy that we thought to check out the yelp reviews and call upon Jeff Boaz Plumbing.The first time we were in the middle of a wall repair and the guy said that he couldn’t go on until the plumber did his work. This was the first I had heard of needing a plumber. Yikes! A hold up on the job. But no, I called Jeff Boaz Plumbing and they came right over and began working even though it was at the end of the day. Jeff worked after hours to get the job complete so the sheetrock guys could come back the following morning to finish the repair.Recently we needed three sinks installed. They sent a crew of 3 or 4 guys out so the work could be completed quicker. The project was outstanding and always reasonably priced.I called this morning; they came out 5 minutes later (seriously).Wow, that is service. I decided I wanted to make a change in the color of the sink drains. I had originally purchased drains to match the sink then decided to change them to stainless. Jeff and his Son went shopping for me and brought back the correct drains and installed them so I could go on about my day. Talk about taking care of the customer. It doesn’t get any better than this.

AMAZING service! This is such an incredible family business, Jeff and Tyler have been my first and only choice for plumbing needs for almost 10 years with repairs on my rental and upgrades to my own home. Recently I did a mini-remodel in my front bath, Jeff and Tyler came out and removed the old sinks and fixtures and installed new valves. They came back out after I was finished and installed new sinks and faucets in the bathroom, new faucet in the kitchen, and replaced the valves for my new washing machine in the laundry room. They stayed all day until the job was done despite running into challenges with old fixtures which required them to do more cutting and fitting than anticipated. I would never trust my plumbing needs to anyone else!

They called back first thing the next morning and came out late afternoon and installed a new heater, just like that!
