Our main water valve broke last night in the off position. After calling around to several places, I called 5 star, who gave me a very competitive quote. Peter said that they would not be able to replace the valve that night, but he would send his team out to try to get the water on. To no fault of their own, they were not able to turn the valve to the on position (it was seriously busted). However, at 9 AM the next morning they were back to replace the valve. The team that Peter sent out was very professional and genuinely kind. They did more work than expected, and when Peter called with the final price, it was equal to the original quote of only the valve replacement. I would 100% recommend this business.

I have two water heaters and one of them broke and flooded my garage. I contacted the company and Peter first called me on the phone to understand the problem and was able to come out the same day to give me and estimate. During the estimate he took his time to install a bypass of the broken water heater so that way I could use the other. This was before I accepted his proposal. He clearly communicated the cost and talked with me about the various options I could install and the pros and cons for each option. Decided to use them over other business because of how kind and transparent they were. Would definitely recommend to others.

I called Petr at Five Star mid morning. He had someone out to my house same day and worked around my work schedule. They were able to repair the problem in the same visit. Petr was very professional and pleasant to work with. they got the job done when other companies gave me the run around about how finding parts for a water heater bought a home depot would be difficult and take days. Five Star did a great job and I will recommend them and use them again for any plumbing needs.
