    We had two large and deep niches in our family room, and it took me a few months to find a contractor who could convert those niches into beautiful and stylish part of the room.When I contacted Andrey, he immediately came up with ideas for the project implementation and evaluated the scope of work, the price, and the timeline.I love that he and his team took care of everything from A to Z: they made niches more shallow, created beautiful brick back walls, built beautiful wooden shelves with integrated light, and took care of all electrical work.It was a pleasure to work with Andrey and his team: they were great in communication and very respectful to the house.I definitely will have a business with them again for my future projects.I am happily attaching a before-after picture, as I love our family room now!!!Thanks a lot Renvo Construction!!

    We hired Renvo for a master bathroom remodel, cabinet refinishing and interior painting throughout the house. Andrey is incredibly easy to work with. He is knowledgeable, helpful with suggestions, committed to quality and alway responds to texts quickly. His crew was polite and efficient. It was a big project that was done within the time frame and budget and we love how our home looks!

    Working with Andrey from start to finish was excellent! His team removed a tub and enclosure and replaced it with floor to ceiling travertine, and it turned out EXACTLY how we envisioned it! Andrey was very easy and considerate to discuss all the details involved. There were no surprises. We plan to use Andrey to remodel several other bathrooms and our kitchen. His team worked in the pouring rain and in the heat, and never complained. They did a great job cleaning up at the end of each work day. Communication was superb! We DEFINITELY recommend Renvo!!

    We remodeled our entire home and used several contractors for different projects so we are well versed with the remodeling/contractors industry. For various reasons we didn’t use those same contractors for our entire garage conversion (500 sf garage converted into 2 rooms, bathroom and laundry room). We were lucky enough to find kolyadich construction through a referral from a friend, and all I can say is they are beyond amazing, professional, and efficient. We never once had an issue over the 3 month project(which was much faster than others quoted for a timeline). Andrey and his guys showed up every single day on time and worked their butts off. We are beyond happy with the final results and I would recommend Kolyadich construction to any of my friends and family!

    I had Andrey build and install some white oak floating shelves for my kitchen. His turn around time was great and he is extremely professional. He was able to answer all of my questions and is very knowledgeable and skilled in what he does. He was even able to install a LED channel into the floating shelves for me. I would highly recommend Andrey for any of your construction needs and will definitely be using him in the future.

    Professional service for very reasonable price, would definitely use again. We bought a house and had a short window to do a complete remodel. Andrei came out and helped to get it done from start to finish. Helped with the demolition, install of new flooring/cabinets/lights, redid some wiring, fixed plumbing issues which the previous owner left us, built new pergola in our backyard and installed a spa, and much more. Im in tech and I knew nothing about construction or remodeling when I blindly started my remodel project, but Andrei helped us every step of the way, helping us consider all the options/prices and gave us a lot of new ideas on how to get the style we wanted, and made the whole process really simple. Would definitely recommend.

I needed a master bathroom remodeled after water damage, he went above and beyond, is attention to detail is very evident in the final outcome.     Andrey renovated our first home and Im enjoying the results of his work to this day. We didnt have much experience with remodeling and he was there for every step of the process, doing the research, offering us solutions to any issues we ran into and always being proactive in his work on our house. Not only is he a pleasure to work with, but the quality of his work speaks for itself. He even offered custom pieces that he built for us that added personal touches to our home. Throughout the whole experience, he was communicative and responsible, unlike other contractors that weve attempted to work with before finding him. Overall, we had a really great experience working with him and would definitely recommend his services to anyone looking to renovate or build their home.

    The Andrey’s craftsmanship and quality of build is perfection! They just recently built my dream modern house and it did not disappoint. I even asked them to install a large chandelier the day before move in and they did with no issue. Their customer service is excellent. If you’re looking to buy or build a house these are your guys.

    Andrey and his team at Renvo absolutely excel in their craft. They transformed our 1960’s midcentury modern home into an updated masterpiece. We are absolutely thrilled with the outcome. They added a beautiful STEAM room and SAUNA to our home and it is now a personal retreat. It was hard finding a contractor locally who does this work with absolute attention to detail.

    Too bad theres only 5 stars to give...Our experience was a perfect 10! Andrey and his crew are incredibly professional, and their attention to detail is second to none. Communication is the most important thing for me, and the communication throughout the entire project was stellar. Timelines were met with ease, and the finished product was beyond our expectations. You could spend a lot of time researching different companies, but let me save you the time... Call Renvo first! You will not regret it. Weve owned many homes and used many companies for various projects over the years...This was hands down the best experience to date. Our master bathroom looks amazing!!     I called Andrey Kolyadich after receiving a flyer in my Folsom paper. He returned my call quickly and came out within two days. I liked him from the start but went ahead and got 3 more estimates. Andreys was the best by far and our schedule aligned with his. He kept me in the loop constantly and listened to all my ideas and concerns. Im the past Ive had many contractors dismiss my ideas and do what they wanted. Andreys team started early and finished on time. We got to know his team well and they were terrific with our dog as well. The team was also great at protecting our floors and cleaning up after themselves. Andrey checked the work daily and his team took care of all our concerns. I love my new kitchen and pantry.
