Im an office manager for a business and we had to get our PIVs fixed. I had searched a few companies but Red Beacon was the one we went with. They were very professional, and communicative (which you dont get with a lot of vendors). Chad was great and kept me updated on everything. Additionally, one day he was heading home after a long day working on our PIV and I had called letting him know we were getting a fire alarm error on our panel, he turned around and came back to fix it. He didnt have to do that but he was very kind and helped take care of the problem. I would highly recommend Red Beacon. -
