P+L home improvements have been working for us for the past 10 years. Over time Luis, Pablo and their crew renovated our entire home and we were never disappointed. Most recently they built a bathroom addition on the second floor and it came out beautifully and at a reasonable price. Luis has great attention to detail and always has ideas to make a project better or more efficient. His team is very courteous, thorough and cleans up neatly.

Luis and his team did a wonderful job on my bathroom update. They were fantastic to work with -- extremely thorough, detail-oriented, very professional and fairly priced. Luis took great care to manage and complete the job as if he was working on his own home. Luis, Pablo, and their crew were miracle workers. We bought a home from a couple that had been in there 20+ years raising two children -- as you can imagine, the place needed a major facelift. We relied on P&L to install hardwood floors, finish our basement, paint every wall in the house, install new doors, put in crown molding, demolish and rebuild an entire breakfast room, and tons of other small things that came up along the way. The entire house got done in 5 weeks and for incredible prices. It was so obvious the pride this whole crew took in their work; Luis felt like part of the family by the end of our remodel and we cant recommend this group enough for any work you need done around the house!

Luis and his team are great to work with. They have a professional approach and did a wonderful job on two of our properties with complete kitchen, painting, floors, electric and plumbing work. He and his team are very easy to work with and show up on time. He also follows up to make sure you are satisfied with the work and is quite reasonable with pricing, we received quite a few compliments on the wood polishing and painting he did for our home. We were looking for someone to reconfigure our deck and make it feel brand new. Luis and his team came and exceeded our expectations. PL home improvement was very professional, they made sure the job was done to meet our needs and wants. We were looking for safety and a modern design. They met our expectation with flying colors. They also did improvements inside our home by adding recessed lighting and finishing a dry wall project. Not only is their work great but they worked with us to make sure our needs were within our budget. We highly recommend them for any home improvement needs you have especially deck and exterior work. We love how Luis and his team have helped us make and keep our home beautiful over the past 20 years. They have done several different jobs over several years and we will keep coming back to them. They do great work at a fair price. They have renovated bathrooms, painted inside and out, repaired leaks in an old home, and consistently make sure that the details are done properly. We feel lucky to have found them.

I highly recommend going with Luis and his team. They were recommended to me by my realtor and I have been using them for many jobs on my 90+ year old house near Montclair including:- painting all 3 floors of my house - including a gut-rehabbed kitchen.-demoing water damaged walls in the basement-repairing all cracks in plaster walls- repairing holes in the ceiling and walls after electrical work was done (you cant tell at all that the holes were ever there!)-installing new lights and electrical outlets- giving me a new bathroom for a very cost-effective price. He did all the plumbing -- new toilet and sink - and also replaced vanity and medicine cabinet.His work is impeccable and Luis is a true perfectionist in his craft - as demonstrated by the fact that he only uses high-quality Benjamin Moore paint. When they are done, they clean up all work areas so as to appear like they were never there! Best of all, all of this work comes at reasonable, competitive prices.

Luis and Pablo have done multiple projects for us through the years and weve been more than satisfied every time. Projects have ranged from painting to ceiling/window trim to building covers for radiators. Good work, fair prices and nice people.

Luis and Pablo are THE BEST. Weve had them work on a million different things in our house, and the most recent was a complete teardown of our old plaster-metal-garage ceiling, replacement of insulation across an entire wing of our home, an HVAC repair, and refinishing of the floors and walls. These guys do it all and they do it well, for very fair and reasonable prices. And theyre also very nice! Dont waste your time with these mega brand name contractors that upcharge you on everything. P+L are the guys you want.

Luis and his team are awesome! They painted the entire interior of our house before we moved in and they re-did our deck. Their work is top notch and they are very quick and responsive. Their rates are extremely reasonable, as well. Highly recommend Luis for your next home improvement project.
