I purchased a few tankless water heaters from titan. I never had a problem with any of them. One of them recently stopped working. Their customer service (Miguel) was great. I couldnt reset it, so he told me to bring it in. Once there, they took the machine apart, fixed it, and explained to me why it broke. They suggested a sediment filter, which they didnt push on me. I ended up purchasing and they sold it to me at a discount. Since it was my first time bringing in my unit, he didnt even charge me.You dont get customer service like that nowadays. I highly recommend their product and service.

First of all, their customer service is INCREDIBLE.We ordered a Titan tankless heater, unfortunately UPS damaged the box and our plumber was concerned with the usability of the product. I called and spoke with Chuck who politely asked me to forward him some photos so he could determine if there was in fact any damage. Upon inspecting the photos, he agreed the tank received damage in shipping and apologized for any inconvenience. He offered to overnight it a replacement immediately or a refund if I needed to go and get a new one today. Its so refreshing to deal with a company who treats their customers so kindly and respectfully. HIGHLY RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!! Came here really frustrated. My heater which I purchased else where I couldn’t get to work. I called tank the tank they told me to bring the heater in and they would check it for free. Miguel put the heater on the test bench. My heater was working flawlessly. He suggested that I call Chuck the owner on his cell because the problem was not with the heater. Miguel gave me Chuck’s cellphone. When I got home I called Chuck and explained to him what had just happened that my heater was not working at home but it was working perfectly at their bench. Chuck laughed a little bit not at me but at my situation and it seemed as if he was putting me at ease. He said how fast do you want hot water? I said yesterday lol. Chuck said I can’t do it yesterday but how about we agree on five minutes at no charge. Something told me this guy Chuck was good he seemed too confident with his words and his assurance to me. Chuck went through some checks and balances. He then told me turn the breaker on your problem is fixed. My heater started working perfectly. I was totally amazed how this guy can get my heater running over the phone. I asked Chuck how he did this. Chuck said if I tell you I’d have to kill ya. We both laughed for ten minutes. Sorry for the long review but the only person to help me and not even charge me was Chuck. Chuck I will never go anywhere else ever for a tankless water heater. Thank you so much and to your staff.

I live near west palm beach so I received the tankless system the next day and began working on installing it. What a great company to buy a tankless hot water heater. First off I called the owner who answers his phone. I bought the wrong tankless hot water heater. I called Chuck and he has a great knowledge in electrical and told me that I had the wrong item. He then set me up with the right product and walked me through how to set his product up without using an electrician because of his knowledge in not only selling the product but to install it. No other company I have been associated with goes out of his or her way to take care of the customer. I cant say enough about this company and the owner.

Above-and-beyond customer service!I bought a Stiebel tankless system here, and in the once-in-a-century winter storm we had, one of the sediment filter housings cracked and leaked as a result of water freezing inside. Absolutely no fault of the product, and certainly not the stores fault.When I inquired about which model filter to purchase to replace the cracked one (mine was bundled into the tankless system purchase), Chuck immediately got back to me and offered to ship one out, and would not even allow me to pay for it.Folks--you cant get better customer service than this.

As i live in a condo, space is very important. After researching many units, I had decided to replace the traditional hot water heater with a Stiebold Eletron. I had discussed the units with a couple supply houses on the internet, but found differing sizing recommendations. I believe these companies were trying to oversell me, which happens quite a bit when you are not 100% of your needs.After discussing my environment with Chuck from Tank the Tank, my worries were put at ease. I initially called to order a particular unit, and even though he had the product in supply, he did not try to push that unit. Instead, he said, save yourself some money, purchase the right-sized unit and if there were any issues, he would allow for an upgrade.I purchased the unit and contacted my plumber and electrician for installation. We did have issues, not due to the unit itself, but due to incorrect wiring. Not only did Chuck answer the phone (ON A SUNDAY!), but was very helpful and stayed on the phone with my contractors throughout the day assisting us at no charge.In addition, we had a slight leak in the filter, probably due to the contractors, not the product. He said he would happily replace the filter at no cost. Amazing!With the growth of internet purchases, this is the type of service that is not commonly found today. I am beyond thankful for his help. They really know how to stand behind their product.To those looking for a tankless solution, skip the other guys, Tank the Tank has excellent prices and even better customer support. My eltron tankless heater broke after six years. As a single mother I didnt know where to start or how to get hot water back and I was desperate to get the problem fixed. I searched online for my heater model and called tankthetank. I spoke with a gentleman named Chuck. He guided my brother on how to remove the heater so I can bring it in to them. Chuck had his technicians repair the heater in about half an hour. I was worried about how much this was going to cost me. I kept asking Chuck politely how much was this going to cost me he seemed to keep putting me off with no answer. Actually I was a little upset that he wouldnt tell me how much this was going to cost me. When they were done he handed me the heater and again I asked how much do I owe you? Chuck simply smiled and said this ones on me. He shook my hand and wished me a nice day. I couldnt believe that he was doing this for me so i just had to ask did you fix the heater will I have hot water now he started laughing and said of course its fixed and in perfect condition again he said its free of charge and said he was happy to help a stressed out single mom. I couldnt belive this it made me cry. I offered him a tip or some some kind of a small payment and again he refused. Its good to know that theres still some good and caring people in this world. Im very happy with this company, going local has really paid off for me in great product & customer service. Just went back, (2022) 7 years later to purchase a replacement, I decided to since it was out of warranty, but I was offered a repair which typically ranges from 2 days to 2 weeks & would cost $75 to $100 depending on the problem.

Over the past few weeks I had the good fortune to work with Chuck I came back from an overseas trip only to find my heater had exploded from ice. I contacted Chuck about purchasing a replacement so solve my no hot water situation. He recommended a unit to replace my existing unit the heater was shipped out quickly and I had in installed in less than 30 minutes. After running it a few days I noticed the water was not as hot as I would like so I contacted Chuck.After a great conversation he determined that due to the colder than normal Northeast temperatures that the unit was not sufficient to match my needs, the solution was simple step up to the next model. The cost was minimal but what impressed me was the time Chuck spent with me to find an effective solution.He assured me that this larger unit would compensate for the extreme cold water entering my heater and it would provide a constant level of hot water. Excellent customer service by a family owned and operated business doing it right. This shop offers a variety of tankless products and turn-key solutions. Im not a plumber, but bought a complete solution S-12 kit from them and was able to successfully install it myself in a mobile home. It took a couple of you-tube videos and phone-calls with the owner of tank the tank to finish the job properly, but I learned how to weld copper in the process and now feel confident I never have to hire a plumber again! These guys offer installation for their products. If youre not doing it yourself or have an HONEST and RELIABLE plumber, do yourself a favor and use their guys; they know what theyre doing and arent trying to sell you extra parts/labor. The filter serves a purpose!
