    I was so impress with the responsiveness and professionalism. I had a major leak in my walls and was so scared of the damage and the water that was pouring out. Mr. Brown calmed me down and ensured me he would take care of it. I was so pleased with the work and even more please with the time and care that was displayed with me and my belongings. I will use this company again for my entire complex from here on out. They are the real deal and cost efficient. I will highly recommend this company.

    My water heater stopped producing hot water so I went online and researched plumbers. I chose Brown’s Plumbing after reading their excellent reviews, which included documented experience in getting the job done, professionalism, and fair pricing. Scott Williams was the plumber that came out, he and his assistant Jose. They were on time, courteous, didn’t do a ‘rush job’, and did not slack. Scott kept me abreast of everything as he went along and was very professional while performing the job, which included diagnostics and installing a new water heater. I also spoke with the owner, Mr. Brown, who proved to be courteous, professional, and very fair with pricing. I HIGHLY recommend Brown’s Plumbing. Call them and you’ll see why.

    I needed a leaking pipe repaired in my bathroom. My first encounter with this company was a telephone call to book the appointment. The person making the appointment was very pleasant, professional and was able to book my appointment the same day.     Although it was after hours, I received a call back right away to schedule the plumber. Instantly receive text confirmation of my appt and plumber’s full name. Received a reminder text confirming the same and a call from the plumber when he was on his way. Scott was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. I appreciated the care he took in the work area and cleansed up properly afterwards. Service was prompt, thorough and exceeded my expectations!! No wasting time “waiting” for the plumber to arrive or feeling like I was being hustled. I would highly recommend Brown. And although I hope I won’t need them again… but if I do, I would not hesitate to call. I highly recommend this company.

    Had an offensive and unconscionable plumbing incident that was very stressful. I searched online for a plumber since Im new to the area and located Brown Plumbing. I placed a call that was answered immediately. Through my distress and anger of the situation Mr. Brown was knowledgeable, professional, and listened earnestly. He calmed my nerves greatly by explaining what needed to be done and agreed to take the job. When I got in later, my problem was resolved and I have had no further incidents since then.
