    Thank you Luis and Eliud! They built and installed three ceiling fans and a chandelier. One of the fans also had a chandelier light so no easy task. Luis and Eliud were so professional and conscientious about leaving my home in a better condition, no trash left anywhere. They also gave me a great deal which included a home surge protector. I could not have asked for better service. I highly recommend Mr. Electric and specifically Luis and Eliud. Thank you!

    Eliud Gutierrez Service professional he arrived at my home about 11 AM and made me feel really comfortable. Every time he turned off the electricity he let me know and also let me not mention he explained to me every single little detail and also explained in a professional manner. Thank you Eliud For coming in and fixing our master bedroom, light and guest restroom. He also found a couple of more things and he made sure he took his time to inspect each switch as I requested. I got more than what I expected I will definitely be giving them a call whenever I need anything five stars for sure. Thank you all!

    We had a scheduled meeting at 1:30, and he called to check if we were available earlier, which we were. He corrected the mistakes made by the previous installers. He showed great attention to detail, and his work was outstanding. Luis is truly knowledgeable in his field. This company will now be in my contacts.     I had a new electric panel installed. Vito came and inspected everything before hand to make sure there would be no surprises. The work was done very professionally and he even labeled each circuit breaker on the panel. Their price was reasonable and they dont ask for a lot of money up front. They are now my go to company for electric.

    I had an inspection done on a house that Im purchasing. The easiest company I have ever worked with!! From scheduling the appointment to the actual inspection and everything in between. The cost for the inspection was reasonable. My technician, Vittoriano, was thorough, patient, courtesy, professional and very informative. I cannot say enough positive things about this company. If I need any electric work done in the future I will be calling them.

    Jose, is an excellent electrician. He was on time, professional, knowledgeable and respectful. He offered alternatives to different electrical repairs and was very considerate of my budget by suggesting less expensive alternatives.     Elliott is a skilled electrician and is quite pleasant to work with. He replaced a broken fan and exchanged the light switch. Then he cleaned everything up. The fan is whisper quiet. 100% would recommend!

    We called Mr Electric to troubleshoot an issue with a ceiling fan we were trying to install and a microwave that was on the fritz. Vito came out and assessed the issue. He even crawled into our cramped attic space to look for issues. He was able to find the problem and fix our ceiling fan and our microwave. Vito was extremely kind and extremely courteous and his knowledge is vast! We couldnt be happier with the service and care we received!

    Eliud was the technician who came to fix the issue. It was a very difficult issue and took some time to find the issue. He worked through it and got the problem resolved and was very professional and communicated to me as he worked through the resolution. I highly recommend Mr. Electric and their service.

    I needed an outlet replaced where my ac was. The outlet was burned. I called Mr Electric and was seen within an hour! Vito quoted me a very good price so we went through with the job. He did a great job and now my ac can be plugged back in for the summer months.Will definitely use their services again!

    While I was gone, my wife had to put out a fire at an electrical outlet with an extinguisher when she plugged in a toaster.When I got home, I checked the panel and no fuses had popped, but I called this company just for safety reasons.Vito, the technician, called at 2:20 pm to say he would be about half an hour late for the 3:00 pm appointment ,and was that OK, and I said yes.He showed up and told me it was the appliance, not the outlet, that caused the fire, but I said to go ahead and put in gcfi outlets in the kitchen, anyway. No sales pitch at all, Vito was professional and very informative.This is my electrician from now on.

    Eliud from Mr. Electric came out to my Community this morning to assess a broken light fixture and hanging wires attached to an exterior enclosure wall. Let me just say - his customer service and kindness was second to none. He was timely… contacting me with his ETA and once again once he arrived, so I could meet him outside. Eliud was very thorough advising me of what would be needed to complete the job in a manner to ensure safety by eliminating any risks for potential harm to any persons and eliminating any risk for any type of ignition that could start a fire. He made sure to assess and check whether or not there the wires had power and once confirmed they did not he made sure to secure the wires appropriately, so they were not touching and added a plate to cover the area - once again to ensure safety. Customer service is very hard to come by and to have a such a positive experience with Eliud was so refreshing to say the least. He was professional. He knew his stuff and explained as he went along. I was very satisfied and very impressed and so glad our HOA Community chose Mr. Electric for our service needs. I would definitely recommend not only Mr. Electrical, but also Eliud. I am happy he was the assigned Electrician and I would definitely use this company’s and would actually request Eliud’s services in the future. It is so important to feel a sense of confidence in any company’s work and their staff — I most certainly felt that today and it awas equally nice to not feel as though someone was seeking to take advantage of you by up-charging or being dishonest for an extra buck.Eliud did none of that and I appreciate his integrity! So, thank you Mr. Electrical and thank you Eliud. I’m sure the company is proud of their electrician and this electrician is proud to be part of Mr. Electrical.

    Our technician, David, was amazing. He did precise, clean, and perfect work. He was very friendly and helpful.The companywide a wonderful job of setting us up with David, providing a free estimate on several jobs, so we would choose the best for our budget, and we got a discount because we had three ceiling fans installed.Our condo had no electric in the ceilings, so we had to have an electrician help with it, and David really knew what he was doing.I have already recommended him to several friends.
