    Resource Contractors installed two doors for us through Lowes - main front door and a fire door. The installations were both smooth but the customer service was phenomenal. We had significant issues with the fire door (issues on Lowes side) that caused several months delay and April went above and beyond to resolve the issue and to keep us updated. Also, the install team declined a shipment that was sent damaged because the installer didnt want to install a damaged door that would cause issues down the road which we greatly appreciated. Great team all around.

    I love my door! Ben did a terrific job installing and was so patient with me. I think it looks beautiful! His workers were respectful and they were so efficient. I wish all of my encounters could be as wonderful as this. Highly recommend Resource Contractors. I’ll never use another company ever again. Thank you so much for taking the time to do it right.     Ben came to our home today to finish up by installinga door knocker on our front door. We had doors replaced a new windows installed throughout our home. They did an excellent job for us. Everyone was courteous, respectful, efficient, and did an amazing job in a timely manner.We are very happy with everything. We appreciate Resource Contractors and highly recommend them.

    THE 2 MAN CREW GOT HERE ABOUT 2PM. THE JOB: 3 D/HUNG, 1 STRM. DR. THEY WENT TO WORK RIGHT AWAY. ASSEMBLED DOOR AND DID A SUPPERB INSTALL IN GREAT TIME. REMOVED 3 GARAGE WINDOWS AND INSTALLED 3 WINDOWS WITH THE SAME CARE AND ATTENTION AS THE DOOR. THE WRAP, IS QUITE INVOLVED AND TAKES A LOT OF NIPPING TO GET A GOOD FIT. THEY WERE HERE FOR ABOUT 4 HOURS OR SO WHICH RAN THEM INTO DARKNESS. THEY SOMEHOW MANAGED TO PICKUP THE PACE W/O RISKING QUALITY TO FINISH ABOUT 6:30P OR SO. THEY WERE CAREFUL NOT TO SPREAD SAWDUST AND TRIMMINGS ALL OVER MY NEW DRIVEWAY. ALSO, THEY WENT AROUND THE GARAGE W/ A BARREL PICKING UP THE DEBRIS (NOT SO EASY IN THE DARK), AND PACKED UP EVERYTHING TO GO. HENRY CAME AND ASKED ME IF I HAD ANY CONCERNS? SINCE I WAS OUT THERE MOST OF THE TIME I ALREADY KNEW I WAS GOING TO BE SATISIFIED. I SIGNED THE WORK ORDER! ID ALSO LIKE TO THANK BEN WHO CONTACTED ME AFTER THE INITIAL ORDER AND STAYED IN TOUCH THROUGH THE PROJECT. HE WAS A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH.ALL AND ALL, ID SAY I HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE. NOT EVERYONE IS THAT LUCKY WHEN THEY HIRE SOMEONE FOR A JOB. I KNOW, THE FIRST 4 CONTRACTORS THAT WORKED ON MY DRIVEWAY SKIMPED, AND TOOK SHORT CUTS, AND MORE, AND STILL TOOK MY MONEY. THAT MADE THINGS REALLY ROUGH ON THE 5TH GUY. I SAY THIS BECAUSE, WE WILL ALL COME ACROSS THE CHEATS. THATS WHY I FEEL ITS SO IMPORTANT TO PRAISE AND COMPLIMENT THE ONES WHO MAKE MONEY THE OLD FASHIONED WAY...... THEY EARN IT!I BELIEVE THAT KEEPS THEM HONEST AND DOING THEIR BEST WORK. SO MUCH GOOD CAN BE DONE WITH JUST A LITTLE PRIDE.DON PENNP.S. I DONT USUALLY DO REVIEWS. AS SUCH I NEVER GIVE A 5 BECAUSE NO ONE IS PERFECT. HOWEVER, SINCE THIS SILLY SERVICE WILL NOT ALLOW ME A FRACTION ILL HAVE TO ADD THIS IS A VERRRRRRRRRRY STRONG 4!!!!!!!

    Installation of multiple windows.Resource Contractors was subcontracted by Lowes to install 4 windows in our home. Three sash-type double-hung and one large sunroom half-round windows. Their team was on time and efficient... and did an excellent job of refitting the sunroom windows casing to make sure it had an air- & water-tight seal all the way around!We were very pleased... and also note they completed our work ahead of Lowes predicted delivery & installation!Thank you Ron, Ben and your team at Resource Contractors! We would definitely do windows with you all again!
