    Winfield and their team were amazing to work with! They replaced my roof and siding to help repair some storm/leak damage I had. They were very responsive and worked very efficiently.     We worked with Winfield Builders to have our roof replaced on our townhouse in November 2020.From the beginning to the end it was a pleasure working with Zach and his company. He was very responsive and communicated with me along every step of the process (appreciated as a first time homeowner). Everything ran on schedule and his crew was done installing our new roof in a day and a half. Pricing was very competitive and among the best from the 7 quotes I received from local companies and quality materials were used. They also offer a very comprehension warranty for the roof systems they install.Furthermore, when we had some issues with a water leak after the roof was redone, Zach worked with me responding to my emails at all hours and days of the week. He then sent his crew out to inspect and they were able to confirm that the issue was related our siding and not roof related.Overall extremely pleased with our new roof and Winfield Builders. Zach went above and beyond for us and I would happily use them again for any future roofing needs.

    I hired Winfield Builders to replace the old wood siding with vinyl siding as well as install vented soffit. The whole experience, from initial meeting with Zach to the end result, was fantastic. I found Zach to be very knowledgeable and honest and the price he quoted me was fair. The 5 star reviews are real. Thank you Winfield Builders!

    Contacted Winfield Builders about replacing our siding (townhouse, circa 85). We have brick on front and side, with aluminum siding on the peak of the side and on the entire rear of the house (3 levels). Not the largest job, but pretty vertical- any work needs 40ft reach on side and back. Zach came out to survey and quickly generated a quote that was competitive with two others I received. The reps from each of the three companies we asked for a quote were all pleasant and responsive; we chose Winfield because I felt most confident with Zach- hes quite affable and I appreciate his candor. We also chose the Alside insulated vinyl (a little more costly, but were digging the better insulation in this heat!). The house is so much more comfortable. Zach was patient with our HOAs approval process and provided us updates during the supply delays. The installation crew (led by Cesar) was hard working and polite. They did a great job and cleaned up nicely. Frankly, the whole process was easy and low stress. I will definitely solicit Winfield for our next project.

    This is a hidden gem in MD. We got our roof replaced with Winfield and it was a completely pleasant experience from the get-go. Zach is extremely professional and came in to give an estimate. Zachs estimate was very reasonable and the cheapest among the three estimates that we had. I was just pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail paid by Zach (shingle type, shingle color etc.) and his team. His team promptly came on time and replaced the roof in a day. We also had them tack the gutters back in place as we could see rain water drip through them. After they finished installing, I did see some signs of rain water drip through the gutters and Zach was kind enough to come the next day and tack them back in place. Zach is always a text away and I really appreciated his prompt communication.For sure, we are going to use their services for any other external house work in the future (sidings, gutters etc.). I am thoroughly satisfied with their service and highly recommend them.In addition, we wanted to get couple of rooms painted. Though Winfield does not offer those services they recommended me a painter, whose estimate was also reasonable. We got our rooms painted as well and they did a great job! Extra brownie points to the folks at Winfield for providing a sound recommendation.

    I know nothing about roofs. I just know I bought a house that needed one.After enduring pushy and overpriced salesmen from other roofing companies in the area, I finally had an estimate appointment with Zach at Winfield Builders. Right off the bat he was personable, genuine, patient and showed that he really cared about the client. Their quote came in at second lowest, but definitely was number one when it came to value for price.Throughout the process, working with Zach was seamless. He was responsive to emails and texts. During the roof replacement I was not home and he sent texts with updates and photos.After the roof was completed (1.5 days, the old roof was harder to get off than anticipated), the yard was free of debris with the exception of 5-10 that Ive found so far around the deck. As a dog owner, clean up was important and I am not disappointed.I would highly recommend Winfield Builders to anyone looking for roofing work. I will keep their contact information handy for when Im ready for our addition. Hoping to work with them again!

    Zach and Winfield Builders did a fantastic job in working with us on a roof installation.My wife and I purchased a new home in fall 2019. We negotiated a new roof as part of the sale. We ran into issues in getting to closing, and Zach worked diligently with us to iron out the details in getting the roof on. He responded to all my phone calls/texts/ and emails within minutes, and offered a lot of simple solutions to get the job done; and all at a fair price.Would highly recommend.

    We received several quotes to replace the siding of our house and Winfield’s estimate was reasonable given the high quality materials they were going to use. We needed the work done quickly since we were expecting a baby so Zach’s crew worked four days straight in over 90 degree weather to get it completed on time. Zach stopped by afterwards to ensure we were completely satisfied with the project. We are very happy with the results and highly recommend Winfield Builders.

    I highly recommend using Winfield Builders! They provided quality work on an efficient timeline. Our roof was replaced under 4 hours and gutters under 1 hour - all at an affordable price. I received multiple quotes and theres was the most cost efficient and the service provided was remarkable. The entire team was incredible to work with! Very hard to beat their service, cost and quality of work!

    I wanted a bay window installed and researched/met with a few contractors before coming across Winfield Builders. The other quotes I received were all over the map in terms of price and experience, but Winfield Builders hit the mark with both. Both Zach and Paul came out to my house for the quote and answered all my questions before we had even signed a contract. While they were there, I took advantage and had them look at another large picture window with a rotted sill. We discussed various options in terms of replacement (something I was not ready to do for other reasons), but I was pleasantly surprised when they offered a perfect temporary solution that I hadnt thought of and it was much MUCH cheaper than replacing the whole window.The installation of the bay window went very smoothly despite the problems my older home presented. They even had to take apart and rebuild the preassembled hip roof to fit under the gutter so that there were no water leaks. Zach was there for the whole project and it was reassuring to have him supervise and jump in as needed to make adjustments. I really appreciated the extra time and effort they took to make sure things were done correctly. All the workers were very professional, courteous, and did not leave a mess after. Zach even followed up later to make sure I didnt have any issues with the window.I had a really great experience with them and look forward to working with them again!

    Zach and crew are fantastic. While not the least expensive of the proposals we got, they had by far the best proposal (the most extensive) and we were just plain comfortable with Zach. He is extremely customer-focused and said repeatedly that he is all about making sure that his customers are 100% happy. And we are, two years after the work was done. (Sorry Zach for taking so long to post this!)His crew replaced all of our gutters after we had our entire roof replaced. They also put metal covers on all exterior wood trim, so we never have to worry about that again. They also did a few other smaller things, all really, really well.100% would recommend, very highly!

    Winfield Builders are the rare unicorn of a contractor that provides prompt and reasonable pricing, does great work, meets the schedule, and maintains consistent communication throughout the project. They replaced our roof, gutters, and soffit within a week and the house looks great. We highly recommend them.On a side note, I second another reviewers comment about other roofing contractors being pushy and overpriced. One other company wasted 2 hours of our time and gave us an outrageous price, and told us that they can make change orders such as plywood replacement go away for a 5 star review. This is NOT how Winfield operates, and they did not push me to write this review or give me anything in exchange for it. Their reviews are genuine praise for a genuine, ethical company.

    My house was in dire need of window replacement. We shopped around and received a few quotes but were extremely dissatisfied by the assertive sales tactics. Although discouraged by previous experiences with contractors we decided to get a quote from Winfield since it was a local business. We are very glad we decided to contact this company. They are extremely professional and knowledgeable. They made us feel very comfortable with the product, and explained the whole process thoroughly. The window installation is top notch and has made a very noticeable difference in the heating and cooling of our home. We will definitely do business with Winfield in the future.

    I used Winfield Builders for a patio screen door. They were phenomenal- great price and great customer service. The door was installed in 2020 right in the heart of COVID and Zach was very upfront about a timeline due to the pandemic. They came within the timeline and followed all safety protocols and took less than 3 hours to put the door in. Great company and great people! Highly recommend

    Winfield Builders built an addition and renovated our entire house nearly 10 years ago. Winfield was the only remodeling firm that we wanted to do the work because of the companys stellar reputation, quality work, great services and fair prices. The whole process went smoothly, and the house was completed in when owner Paul Dickie said it would be done. This was very important to us because we had to move out during part of the renovation, and we had two small children at the time. Our renovated home meets all our needs, and is admired by neighbors and friends. Winfield Builders has done smaller projects for us, too, and we always are pleased with the companys work. We look forward to working with Paul and his son Zach on future projects.
