    I woke up to a flooded kitchen, office and part of my living room. I got the water turned off under the sink and started in with towels and shop vacuum to get the water under control. Once the insurance company gave me the go ahead, I called in Renfrow Heating, Air and Plumbing. Jacob Renfrow first verified that I had been able to get the water turned off so it wasn’t an immediate emergency, and then arrived at my house within an hour of my calling his business. He discovered the source of the leak and had the repair made within a short time. Come to find out, it wasn’t a corroded pipe, but a split under-the-sink water filtration unit.This is the second time I have used Renfrow to do work for me. A year ago I had them replace my very old water heater which was not yet leaking but living on borrowed time. Like Jacob, the two men who did that job were also very efficient, neat, and polite. I have already recommended Renfrow to others, just as my neighbor recommended Renfrow to me.

    If they honored our vets with military 🪖 discounts as all business owners should, then I would have given them 5 stars. As it is, service was good, prompt, and completed by a super nice guy, Ed who knew his stuff! Overall a good experience.

    Joe solved 3 nagging problems today, in one visit. He was early for appointment, called on his way & addressed a clogged dishwasher, a sink disposal we haven’t been able to use for over a year, & a dripping outdoor faucet. So grateful for his help. Finished 3 things in under 30 minutes.

    I had a hot water leak in my slab. They came in , found the leak, created a plan, and got to work. They communicated efficiently with me about ways to fix it. They are reasonable and fast. They took time to really explain the plan to repair the leak before and while work was being done. I really appreciate their professionalism and timeliness in getting my repair done. I will definitely be using them for any other plumbing services. Fast, friendly, and affordable!

    They did a fantastic job of replacing our failed unit quickly, even put down drop cloths in the halls to keep things tidy. They swept the floor of our attic! (We have never even done that.) First rate service from the guys.New AC is much quieter and more efficient than the old one. Worth it for a comfortable house and a cool nights sleep.

    I have used Renfrow for a number of both plumbing and HVAC issues. They are honest and reliable. They show up for their appointments and do a good job. Their technicians are professional and friendly and even clean up after themselves. And, their quotes are what you pay--no surprise fees when its time to settle-up. While I hope to not need them for anything else, you can bet that if I have a plumbing or HVAC issue, Renfrow will be my first call.
