Dustin diagnosed the problem quickly and it was far less severe as to what I thought it was. Cost was way less than I had anticipated. Could have charged me a lot more and fixed the problem I thought I had, but honest assessment saved me money. OB Plumbing is awesome.

Dustin was very knowledgeable and professional when he came to fix a leak in my jacuzzi tub in the master bath. He found more that was wrong than originally thought. Thank goodness he found it when he did so it didn’t cause the damage it could have. He kept me abreast the whole time of what he was doing and what he was finding; he even showed me what he found using a small camera attached to his phone that he threaded through to the back of the tub. I opted not to have him fix it, as I’m thinking of remodeling the shower/tub. I trust what he said, and so appreciate that he answered all of my questions in order to make an informed decision. Thank you!

My hot water tank stopped working. After pilot light wouldnt stay lit, I called around and OB Plumbing was able to come out same day. OB Tech, Richard, was friendly and diagnosed the issue quickly within an hour and provided me a timeline to get the needed part, which was under warranty, and repair next day. I was pleased the owner and Richard worked with me about some concerns I had to get the repair done. Next day Richard showed up and repaired in a timely manner. Everyone from office, tech, owner, were pleasant to work with.

They missed their target time by an hour. But in retirement you quickly learn “time” is your best asset and things cause unintentional delays. This was a cold contact for me that couldn’t have pleased me any more. The reason for the initial call provides you plenty of frustration. Luke couldn’t have provided any better service than received. Having had the responsibility of maintaining 5,000 retail sites in my previous life gives me thousands of good and bad interactions to base my opinion of OBP and Luke on. The entire transaction was fair and pleasant, but if OBP loses Luke, shame on them! 😉😉

I called around lunchtime, and spoke to a very pleasant young woman. Their plumbers were all out working with full schedules for the afternoon, but she gave me an 8:00 am appointment for the following morning. They arrived on time wearing smiles, even though it was early morning and raining. They asked me a few quick questions, and zeroed in on one of my four sewer clean-outs as the one most likely to be the problem. After explaining what they were going to do, they set to work. I followed instructions to turn on specific faucets and flush certain toilets, so they never had to enter the house. Unable to PULL the clog out, they PUSHED it through to the main sewer line at the street. Problem solved in 30 minutes. I would definitely use this company again should the need arise, and highly recommend them!

Watch out for that fuel surcharge!! Doesnt matter what kind of hog the plumber was driving, it doesnt require $35 worth of gas to drive from Olive Branch to Southaven and back, even at current gas prices. They were efficient installing the new piping and getting things back up and running. Micky and Austin did a great job installing the line from the meter to the house.
