    Friendā€™s plumbing has become our plumber. From my first phone call with them, Iā€™ve had nothing but a pleasant experience. I highly recommend our technician, Ramon - he installed the whole house water filtration system we bought from US Water Systems and did a great job back in September.Earlier this week, we started noticing our showers werenā€™t getting as hot as they use to be. I was able to call and request him again and they got me on the schedule very quickly! He drained our hot water heater (complimentary) and after investigating, discovered it was our shower cartridges and had those replaced quickly. Ramon was friendly, respectful, clean and efficient! Thanks Friends plumbing!

    Zach Oliva installed my water heater today all by himself. Big job in my opinion for one person. Zach laid down protective paper and carpets to protect the inside of my house, which I really appreciated. The job was completed quickly and professionally. No complaints. Zach even helped fix a faucet handle that had come loose. 5 stars for sure!

    Great experience from start to end. Simple call to office to setup appointment. Was able to get date in future that we needed. David called and asked could arrive early day of appointment. David was very friendly, knowledgeable and explained step by step. Our 16 year old water heater was giving out. He gave us a price to remove and install a new one. Fair price and couple of hours later hot water. Very neat and again very friendly. Would repeat for sure.

    We had a plumbing issue in our kitchen on Christmas Day. We chose to wait and call the next morning and they were at our door within a few hours. From the first interaction on the phone to the end of service, every person we spoke to was lovely! Lisa Diamond was our plumber and she was wonderful to have around, knowledgeable, and fast. There were no hidden fees, and she communicated everything she was doing and gave tips on how to avoid the issue in the future. I will absolutely be calling Friendā€™s Plumbing for any future needs! Highly recommend.

    Our tech was Ramon. He was professional, polite and communicated well during the process. He diagnosed a backup and found we had roots growing through the exit pipe just past our cleanout. He made sure to respect our landscaping and was very clean. The pipe was replaced that day and it was like he was never there. He also came back the next morning to replace a toilet like he said he would. My only complaint was that nobody answered the phone when we called the night before. It was around 9:30pm. They advertise urgent 24/7 calls. I guess it worked out because the water slowly went down and we waited until the morning to call. So we avoided the extra charge for after hours. Also, they scheduled us right away when we called the next morning.

    9/20/24 Doc did an excellent job replacing the Kohler cartridge in my shower that had been leaking for months. Really appreciate the hard work involved in what I thought would be a ā€œstandardā€ repair. These things are way over-engineeredšŸ˜€šŸ˜€Jeremy did a great job in diagnosing the problem today on 7/6/24. Unfortunately the leak is in the slab. Jeremy provided a reference for an expert to come out and locate the leak. Will definitely call back Friends to make the necessary repairs once the leak is located.Update 7/8/24 - after the location of the leak was detected by the ā€œexpertsā€ Jeremy returned to do the hard part of breaking up the foundation and repairing the leak. He did a great job walking me through what needed to be done. Once the repair was completed the water was back up and running. Friends plumbing is now my permanent ā€œgo toā€ plumber!!

    We recently hired Friendā€™s Plumbing to redo the old 60ā€™s tub/shower valve. Austin communicated his ETA for both the initial discovery visit as well as install day.     Overall experience was outstanding. From the timeline as to when the technician was said to arrive and getting text letting me know when he was on the way. Due the the urgency, I had called another plumber who arrived sooner, but wasnā€™t able to solve the issue and rushed to get to another job. However, Austin Narney from Friends plumbing not only solved the plumbing issue, but was very professional and a pleasure to do business with.

    No one likes plumbing problems, but stress no more. Call Friends Plumbing. Came on a Saturday for a clogged kitchen sink. Ended up on the roof snaking a big blockage in the pipeline. Whoosh!     Our water heater in our garage burst And we had to shut off all the water to our house.I called friends plumbing immediately at 10 PM.     Ramon came out within four hours to clear a blocked drain pipe at our condominium complex. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable, sharing everything he discovered with the accompanying board member. He will be able to put the shower handle on one end and the shower head on the other end which is a simpler solution (and less expensive) than the plan my general contractor suggested.     Excellent follow up customer service! We are trying to determine the reason our water bill has gone so high in the past two months. We recently replaced our water softener and waiting for our next bill to determine if that was the issue. Gavin spent time looking at all of the water sources and listening to mine and my husbandā€™s thoughts and potential areas of concern.     Had a water leak that completely cut off water. This happened during the hurricanes. Friends came over the day I called them and determined the problem. Came the next day and got my water back.     I have a water leak somewhere in my home, so I called Friends Plumbing to assess the issue and provide me with a quote. The issue was not an obvious one, so the leak specialist, Jim, was called out to find the source of the leak with his special listening equipment. Fortunately, he determined there was no leak in my pipes (thank goodness), and recommended alternate solutions to diagnose the problem and he didnt even charge me for the assessment! Wow!!     We had several major plumbing problems in the kitchen and bathroom. Nick Woods was our technician. He was extremely hard working, efficient, and professional. If we have the need for a plumber in the future, we would request that Friends send Nick Woods to us again.

    Jon and Ollie returned after cabinet removal and repaired my hot water leak. They make a great team and were able to complete the repair in a couple of hours. Unfortunately I found later that night that I still did not have hot water. They both returned promptly the next morning, and were able to get the hot water heater functioning! Power was on, water was on, but for some reason the water heater did not cycle. They powered it off and on, and it is all now working great!

    We got 3 estimates for replacing our hot water heater, with Friendā€™s coming in the best. Weā€™ve used Friendā€™s for other ā€˜smallerā€™ jobs previously when we re-did a bathroom. The work Grant and Kaine did today for the water heater was on par with what weā€™ve experienced before with Friendā€™s techs: knowledgeable, friendly, no nonsense pricing, efficient & professional work, and a completed product that exceeded expectation. So far everything about the water heater works great.

    We highly recommend this company and service personnel, Had a shower problem for a long time had different plumbers come out to give an estimate if they showed up the ones that did was much as a mortgage. These company have done major work to where we live.
