    My water heater blew and I found out my insurance would not cover it. 3 J’s Plumbing quoted me a fair price, so I chose them. Not only that, EVERYONE I spoke with was professional as well as congenial. Truly one of the best experiences I’ve had with a company. I also liked the fact that I was notified of my technician’s arrival time and he was punctual. I definitely will be using them again.

    The plumber called 30 minutes before he was due to show up to inform us he was on the way. He arrived timely and was show the work that needed to be done in the kitchen as well as guest bathroom. He quoted the price for the work and obtained the needed tools and replacement parts. He went to work very professionally and quickly made the repairs. He cleaned up after wards and informed us that the work was guaranteed for one year. Would highly recommend this company and have used their services three other times prior.

    3 Js Plumbing is a locally owned family business I called out to my home to replace two water shutoffs and conduct a clean out.     Excellent response time. I manage over 50 Airbnbs and two weeks ago on a Sunday of course one of the properties had a water heater leak, they came out and fixed within 30min. Just this week we had two units with kitchen sink leaks and again responded in less than an hour. Prices are reasonable and the techs are super friendly. I have now switched over to using them for all our properties.

    Wow where do I start, first things first, Oscar is the man, when you call 3Js you ask for OSCAR. Alright, so our day started like this, I originally called for a water heater flush. We flushed the tank but then the water valve was leaking when we tried to close it (my tank is from 1998). The price to repair the valve would have been around $200, so I decided to go with a new water heater. I purchased a tank from Lowes and Oscar went and picked it up for me since I was working. Brought it back and did the install. Now, just like life, problems happen, we had a wiring problem. The wires kept popping 3x trying to get the wiring hooked up to the tank. He was very confident and knowledgeable about what he was doing and whats going on. It was not the water heater, it was the wiring from my wall. It was old, so he pulled out some new wire, cut the old wire, and re-attempted with success. He started his day at my house at 1230 noon and left my house at 5pm. He took no breaks, never quit, kept composure and worked through the problems. This is the sign of a skilled technician. Professional, on-time, polite, skilled, and honest. Any company would be happy to have him. I am glad its 3Js. This entire company is solid.

We went down Googles list of 24 hours plumbers, including our Plumber we have used for years, and either the phone went unanswered or we were told no one could be dispatched until the business day.     Our outside water was leaking. He had to turn off our water to the house then removed the decayed fitting which of course had old cracked lines and turned out more than was expected but if your home is over 50 years old many things don’t like being touched so we had him fix more …had to dig but replaced all soil and made sure everything was in tip top shape. He would advise us of the cost as he had to replace more fittings so no surprises and very reasonable. They also replaced a toilet for us earlier they were .super fast and efficient and we knew the cost in advance. I highly recommend this company.

You should too.We were so happy to have running water. Then on a beautiful Sunday afternoon we noticed the outside main pipe was leaking just a bit. My husband texted Mr James thinking he’d get back to us hopefully Monday or Tuesday. But not this gentlemen he came with his darling son on Sunday.     Upon being in town after a family emergency, we found our garbage disposal not working and our sink therefore clogged. Knowing we had to leave again in a few days we called for help. This company not only answered the phone on Saturday morning, they were here just a couple of hours later.     I had a water leak in my driveway that would leak around mid-daytime, each day. I called 3Js based on their reviews and they proved true to their rating. Jose was quick to diagnose the issue (broken irrigation pipe in the ground) and explained the steps to fix it. The charge seemed slightly high but the work and result were worth it. Jose and James (owner) spent more than 2 hrs and did a thorough job of fixing it and then cleaning everything. I am thankful for their help!

    Realized I did not have hot water just before 6 pm. 3J’s called back and were there within 1 hour. Repairs elements and thermostat but still not hot water. Around 9:30 pm decided we needed a new hot water heater since it was 15 years old. The plumber ran down to Home Depot to by new hot water heater before it closed. Unfortunately there was no one at Home Depot to use fork lift to get hot water heater down. They were back next morning and install new water heater. Also found issue with on/off switch and disconnected box due to burnt wires. Now have hot water. Both people who come to the house were professional and easy to work with.

    We called 3Js Plumbing Services to install two faucets, garbage disposal and a new kitchen sink. Unfortunately the kitchen sink we purchased from Home Depot did not fit in the granite countertop without calling in someone to make the opening about 1/4 inch larger which we couldnt tell until the prior sink was taken out. Plumber reinstalled our original sink with the new faucet and with new garbage disposal and the faucet In guest bath at a very reasonable price. Cleaned up after his work.     After leak detection company found leak coming from my shower spout, I searched online for a plumber, I called 3Js because I appreciated that they had their pricing available online, they were a family owned local business and had good reviews. They answered the phone on the first call, and were able to help me that evening. I appreciated that they could meet me at at time that was convenient for me and didnt charge me an after hours rate. Father and son duo came together, they were punctual (early actually!) and very polite. They were efficient and quickly found the problem and were done within 1 hour.     I would highly recommend 3 Js to anyone needing plumbing work done in their home. At this point, there is no one else I even call. They have been out to my house to replace the water heater (which they found was under warranty, so I didnt have to buy a new one), unclog the drain, and fix the toilet when it wasnt flushing properly. In my experience, they have always answered my call, scheduled for the same day or next day, and arrived on time or early for appointments. They even were able to make it out on short notice, the day before we left on vacation, when we had water backing up into our bathtubs.Their text messaging service lets you know the time window you scheduled on the phone, but also alerts you once the technicians are headed to your home with a specific ETA. This is great, as it lets us know when to get the dogs in the bedroom so they are out of the way.Thank you 3 Js Plumbing Service!!!
