    Wonderful experience. I needed one outlet in garage fixed after it was identified as an issue during home inspection. Called Mister Sparky and appointment was made for the next morning. The technician Harry was amazing called 30 minutes before arrival as they told me he would. Showed up on time professional but personable able to talk and answer questions. He showed me cost, and fixed issue within 30 minutes. Iā€™m pleased I wish Iā€™d known about Mister Sparky years ago, and they are running a promotion estimate is free. Definitely worth giving them a try.

    We would like to share that we received excellent service from the technician, Dakota Mauldin, and his supervisor, Ryan Ross. The house that we bought had received an incomplete electrical service call from another technician.When the house was inspected, the inspector determined the homeā€™s electrical system not to be in compliance. We contacted Mister Sparky and immediately and without hesitation, Ryan arranged for Dakota to come to our house to take over and correct all deficiencies. Dakota went above and beyond all expectations and did an excellent job and is very professional. Mister Sparky has demonstrated that customer satisfaction is always being a priority for them.     I called Mr. Sparky to get a quote for a job that another electrician clearly did not want to do.In less than 48 hours later, I had a dedicated line run across my house to a new air-conditioning unit, had a new outlet for a 65 inch screen TV installed, a new panel (because the old one was corroded and overloaded!), it was grounded, permitted, whole nine yards.Everything was at a fair, actually not a bad, price! Being from a construction family, I could tell that the work was done right; not to mention in an incredibly timely fashion.Next step: additional AC!

    It has been truly a pleasure to work with Mister Sparky for my electrical needs. I was having an L2 charger put in my home to charge my electric vehicle. I received several quotes, but this was the only company to give me a straightforward out the door price. There were no secrets, no up charges. They laid it all out on the table and it was certainly a competitive quote.But what made Mister Sparky earn my business were their technicians, David and Dakota. These gentlemen were very kind, courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable. They did a thorough inspection of my electrical equipment, Home, and the wall charger itself. They explained everything in terms that I could understand, and outlined a plan of action, that I also could understand. Dakota and David managed my expectations regarding time for installation which I greatly appreciated. These gentlemen are excellent ambassadors for the Mister Sparky electrical company. Do not even consider another company for your project! Mister Sparky is definitely the way to go!

    My husband and I are so impressed with Ben, Daniel, and Allison who installed our outdoor lighting in one day exactly the way we wanted. Ben and Daniel came out one afternoon to discuss what it was we were thinking about, then to assess the area, and write up a quote. They scheduled a return appointment, and Ben and Allison arrived just when they said they would. They worked all day and we have the loveliest set of lights around our home. We have a three year warranty and are encouraged to call with any questions or concerns. We already have two more projects for these these talented employees. Mr. Sparky has an apprentice program for his newest employees, and from what we can see, the company takes very good care of all their employees because they seem to be very happy working there. We highly recommend Mr. Sparky for any of your electrical needs.

    They went out of there way for me. He made a special trip to Home Depot. More expensive but you pay for what you get. Tim was a great guy and helper as wells. They were on time and finished in a timely manner.

    Zach did a very thourgh job putting a 110/120 outlet in my garage. He explained every thing to me about what he would and did. Job well done.Now comes the part where there was difficulty in getting Zach to my house. I originally call to make an appt on Monday 4/29 and we agreed on a target time for Tuesday 4/30 between 12 noon and 4 pm. During that time I received at least 3 calls saying the technician was being delayed on a different job. The last call I received was to reschedule for today 5/1 between 9am. and noon. Then on 5/1 I get a call to inform me that Zach would be running late and he would call me after he finished his job. He called me close to 12 and informed me he was on his way. Iā€™m thankful that Zack got the job done today but to be delayed as I was is a bit too excessive. There is always a window for the tech to arrive and there was 2 ā€˜windowsā€™ missed. Iā€™m happy with the work but you would think a discount would have offered for the delay. And there wasnā€™t one. I will probably go to Mr Sparky again because of the quality of work but Iā€™ll be more forward with a strict time frame for arrival.And one last point Zach wasnā€™t the original tech for my job.

    Had Mr. Sparky out to my home that was built in the 90s because I had flickering lights, outlets that were not working, and the power in one room was shorting when my wife used her blow dryer. Our tech was, Logan and he was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. After I explained the issues, he did an assessment and explained to me what had to be done with the price, up front. The work was done efficiently with no mess. The only reason I didnt give 5-stars is because I feel the price I paid wasnt equal to the work done.     The office staff are wonderful. Daniel came out for our service call he knew my girls work from home and couldnt be without power for long due the their jobs.     The problem I had was small and it was dealt with quickly the technician was super nice, great personality. I believe the pricing was a little bit high I think what they did shouldā€™ve cost may be around 150 but it cost me 376 which was to me extremely high for what was done which was basically replacing a breaker switch.

    My technician that came out was Cody Higdon. He listened to my issue and thoroughly inspected the visible electrical components of my home.     Mike came out to give me a quote and although the outcome of what needed to be done was a shocking amount, he was able to explain to me everything that needed to be done, why it needed to be done and with in an hour Dan and David were here getting to work. Dan and David came the next day and worked right through with out leaving my place for a break. They even hooked up my fan to a generator so my dogs wouldnā€™t get too hot while the power was off. The next day Dan came back with Zach to finish up. They also helped me hook up my stove and changed some light bulbs for me. Dan brought some treats for my dogs too! It was fun having the guys around. They were professional, yet also felt like we were old friends joking around. They also cleaned up after themselves. It was a big job that needed to be done because I was living in a fire hazard. The job was started and finished WAY fast than I expected and now I have that piece of mind thanks to Mike, Dan, David and Zach.

    I called Mister Sparky due to a reverse polarity issue and an ungrounded surge protector. Chris Carasa came out that week to do the work. He looked everything over and offered options. I chose the full room as there were several old outlets involved. Chris also found a major issue with the circuit breaker in the panel. The wrong configuration was installed and 15 amp outlets were being powered by 30 amps and the AC was on the 20 amp side. He drove to Dade City to get the correct breaker. This was an important fix and totally unexpected. Chris walked me through in detail the install, taking his time to explain why things were done a certain way. They also had to cut out two old, single use metal boxes and I know that was a pain to do. Some minor wall damage there but unavoidable IMO and it can be easily covered. They were concerned about a wire but it must have been ok. Overall, I was very pleased with the service, expertise, integrity of the work. Chris was a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend him. Thank you, Chris!

    Mister Sparky was a mostly positive experience. Technicians Andrew & Mike performed our work and were outstanding. Friendly, down to earth, & knowledgeable. The few times we experienced anomalies & obstacles (itā€™s a slightly older home), they were equipped to quickly get answers & press forward. We had 50A wiring added, some extra outlets added, and some other items that needed accomplished & Iā€™m happy with the work performed. I do wish the outlets were equidistant in how far they protrude from the wall. I do believe more couldā€™ve potentially been done there to work down the concrete where one junction box was installed but I accepted it as it was so I canā€™t complain.It is worth mentioning that the administrative side of the house needs some work (only reason I removed a star). There seems to be a lack of communication between entities in the offices and you end up waiting days for calls back, inspections, etc.. They always mention Covid19, hurricanes, and so on as copouts for why work is so backed up yada yada yada but the phone tag, required reminders, and trying to reach various departments did end up making this feel like a cumbersome experience in hindsight.

    I had the privilege of contacting Mr. Sparky after I had been denied a homeowners insurance policy. According to the home inspection that had been performed and submitted to my insurance agent, I was informed that my electric panel impeded my ability to acquire insurance as one circuit had been double or triple-tapped. I immediately reached out to Mr. Sparky and in less than 24 hours, a technician by the name of Riley G. was dispatched to my location-- he was not only punctual, but a bit early, which I fully appreciated! Riley is a true gentleman; he is clean cut, professional, highly knowledgeable and extremely courteous. Upon entering my home, there was no time wasted. He was directed to the electrical panel and swiftly began to assess the situation. Riley took the time to explain that there was no error or cause for concern in the panel. He politely described how under some circumstances, insurance companies may make mistakes and deny a homeowner an insurance policy based on mere pictures submitted by a third-party. Fortunately, that was the case for me. After a thorough inspection of my panel, Riley informed me that there was no ā€œdoubleā€ or ā€œā€triple-tappingā€ of any circuit. Before Riley ended the service call, he did mention a few things that I might wish to consider in the near future, such as switching out some outlets and smoke detectors. Without hesitation, I will be contacting Mr. Sparky very soon! Due to Mr. Sparky and Riley, the awesome technician, I was able to obtain homeowners insurance on my house. I am so happy and grateful!     I spent the last two days with Christian that turned our dark home to a bright modern amazing home. The work spanned from a simple fan update to installing 6 new can lights, 4 new fans, moving few outlets all the way to installing a Tesla charger. The team was amazing and Christian was so kind and kept us safe by wearing his mask all day both days.

    Great electricians, polite and very knowledgeable of their job. Highly recommend Mr Sparky for any electrical work. They replaced a panel box that was damaged, wires burnt and breakers damaged. Another company advised us to continue using the power but not the AC or dryer. They could change the panel box the following week. They further advised that a county permit was not required. When advised we were using Mr Sparky the free estimate became a $400 estimate. BS.
