We learned of this company through a neighbor who was pleased with their work when he had them out to replace his main electrical panel. They came out to replace ours recently, and it was a great experience at a much more reasonable cost. The electricians who came to do the job were professional in their appearance, their attitude toward the job, and their work. They arrived a bit earlier than scheduled, and they were considerate and friendly. They completed the work exactly as we were told it would happen. They completed the job in a timely manner with minimum time without power. When they were finished, they left the space clean and neat. Before they left, they reviewed with us what had been done and made sure we knew how the panel worked. We plan to have them come out to do some additional work for us in the near future.

Very professional, friendly company. We needed an electrician on 12.23.23 and dreaded trying to find one right before the holiday. We spoke with Rick and he was able to get his team out that day. John and his helper were fantastic. Diagnosed the problem and repaired it. Thanks for a wonderful job. We would highly recommend this company.

Highest Rating!! Robert with On Time Electric was at the home less than 2 hours after the call to fix a problem with the dryer outlet and wiring. He was very friendly and explained what he was doing as he worked. Did a beautiful job with the rewire and also made it look very nice. Also cleaned up the space when he was done. Went above and beyond. Highly recommend and will definitely use again

Overall a great experience. Rick the owner spoke with me personally about my small job and scheduled the work to happen within 24 hours. The 2 service techs that did the work were extremely polite and took care to work carefully and neatly in our home. We also had 1 issue the day after they left (a bad HDMI cable which I had supplied) and Rick, the owner and one of his techs came beck to the house after hours and replaced the cable, pulling it through the wall, at no additional charge.I will definitely use On Time Electric again.

We will definitely call this company again. While on the phone I provided a list of what we needed done and asked for a guess-estimate based on what I provided. He explained it was a flat fee for each item with the exception of outlets because he could not diagnose the issue. Peter came on Friday following a courtesy call to provide an ETA. He installed light fixtures, fixed outlets, and mounted a television. He was very professional and friendly. He was here for about 4 hours working hard to check items off our list. The price came within $35 of what the owner explained. They did a great job and were priced fairly for quality work.

Had a power outage to half the house. Called On Time Electric and spoke with technician Michael. After he asked a series of questions over the phone, he KINDLY advised me to call my electric company because it sounded like an issue coming from them. Did just that and he was absolutely correct! I really appreciated his honesty and time especially during this pandemic. Will definitely recommend this company.

One of my rentals had an electrical problem. A few hours later my tenant called me and raved how quickly On Time Electric resolved the problem and professionally addressed all of their concerns. My tenants have small children, fire as well as safety is a big concern when dealing with electrical problems.All their concerns were resolved.Great job fair price reputable work.I would use him again without reservation.

I live at Cove Cay there’s like 3000 units here. A couple people recommended your company. This is your prices were reasonable and y’all did good work. I could not agree more.Michael came on Black Friday, which I could not get a hold of anybody anyways.I was so relieved being a retired firefighter paramedic I had guests over and my electrical box is sparking and Buring!Michael showed me and explain to Burn circuit breakers. He was also able to leave on some necessities I would need because it take a few days for him to get back. No problem at all. Do you have a very good employee that I would hang onto him. Because the next time I Call, or refer your company to another resident. I want to make sure Michael comes out. I called on a Friday night about 5:59pm and had no power. My electrical panel was bad. They showed up at my house at 8am Saturday morning and had me up and running with a new electrical panel within a few hours at a really reasonable cost! The techs know what they are doing and even told us how to fix a minor problem with our well pump for free. I will definitely call them again when I need electrical work!

Big relief! Thank you OTE for helping me out with my electrical issues at my new (old!) house. After having some issues with another local company, I didnt know who to call when OTE was recommended to me. We had a little hitch in the beginning, but Rick, the owner, called and insisted on getting my problem taken care of. He sent Tom out the next morning, and not only was Tom hilarious and nice, he obviously really knows his stuff. He not only fixed the original problem I was having, but when he discovered that one of our switches wasnt even grounded, he came up with a way to fix it without having to tear my ceiling and walls apart (I have a flat roof - so it was tricky!). And they were extremely reasonably priced - I thought it was going to cost me a fortune - but Toms fix saved the day and my wallet. Thank you Rick, Tom and On Time Electric!

AWESOME EXPERIENCE:Seen OTEs ad in the Flyer magazine this morning and called Rick. After a brief description of what I needed done, he stated they could probably come out today. About 30-40 minutes later the Tech was knocking on the door. In about 40 minutes the job was done. Ran a home run (dedicated line) from the box to my microwave. Tech was great too.
