Great customer service, very friendly and professional. We have a problem with our heater, and Mr. Allen did not charge the company anything to come out and check. If you want fast, friendly, reliable service that won’t charge you an arm and leg, this is the company you want!!! My power was surging and just going crazy, I called and they were able to get here in less than 20 minutes. This was honestly the best service I have ever had!! Allen’s Electric scheduled for 200amp upgrade to our home on 1-9-24, the house had original incoming power lines, breakers and enclosures from 1972. They completed the job in 7 hrs, set up disconnect & reconnect with power company and city permit. These guys are top notch professionals.
