Excellent, knowledgeable service. Professional and direct. Punctual and Responsive to your issue. Lower charges than those who drive a large truck up to your house and try to sell you all new items on inflated markups according to a price book. These guys will help you save by repairing your hardware vs. replacing brand new. Tim on the phone was great and followed through. The technician that arrived was polite and professional and knew what he was doing. Cleaned up and did a nice job. Did not over charge.

I am very grateful to Sterling. Being that it was a Friday before Labor day I was having trouble getting a plumber to come and fix my broken hot water pipe. I was told Id have to wait till Tuesday to get someone to come fix it. Then I called Sterling and was told hed call me back which he did and the plumber came directly out to fix it. Thank you so much. No cold showers here. I highly recommend 👌.
