We had a major project as a pipe broke underneath the foundation of our home. The concrete inside the home had to be removed and new pipes run across the span of the property. They did a great job and really made me feel comfortable explaining step by step what was being done. They way the approached the project went a long way in relieving my anxiety. I would highly recommend them.

I been having issues with stoppages to the point where my tub and toilet wouldnt work and i been cringing on the cost. I have tried every kind of liquid and pebble style un clogger with no luck. Well i made a phone call and talk about customer service, JANICE was amazing she helped me get scheduled when there was no openings and the service was amazing. The items that caused my problems were found and now i have this monkey off my back and everything works properly!!!!!

Had a water break the morning before I had to leave town, the plumbers showed up same day, $90 an hour for the plumber himself and a $45 travel fee to Winter garden. No emergency fees of any kind. Parts were very reasonable and work was on point. Would definitely recommend them for good work and very respectful workers.

I used Heichel Plumbings residential service, Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Their Plumbing Techs were very professional. The Crew that came in to install my repipe were the best. They answered every question that I had. Had us up and running in just 3 days. Jay even walked my dog before he left. I would recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to all my neighbors and friends.

We had a leak spring up under our slab. A friend of ours had told us about their experience with Heichel Plumbing. They came out, found our shut off valve, and had our house repiped in two days. Bumper to bumper with a 2 yr. guaranty on parts and service. Their installers were professional, and made us feel like family.

I had the pleasure of working with Heichel (Benjamin Franklin) during a fund raiser for Kenny Steinke. I contacted them through an employee and both jumped on board with no questions asked. They offered a $150 off certificate for any services rendered, which, to me was above an beyond. Their certificate, alone, raised $300 towards the fundraiser. I can not thank them enough for everything they have done. If a company is willing to go above and beyone like this, they have all of my future referrals and business.
