    Terry was very helpful in sending someone out to stop a big water flood from my kitchen sink water valve which had completely broken from my water supply line and wouldn’t stop fully running causing a huge flood throughout my entire residence promptly. The company “Damage Control” was also sent out to place equipment to dry up and resolve the leak presently and the following day. He also walked me through on providing instructions on getting in contact and providing my homeowner’s insurance policy to help cover for claims and additional damage that has occurred. Definitely gave me relief on short notice. Thanks for everything and would recommend to someone else requiring services.

    Cant believe I havent left these folks a glowing review. Terry and his team replumbed my house in 2017 and they are absolutely the only plumber I will call. Reasonably priced, fast, quality work. I really like Terry seems to mentor and teach the young men working under him. It was a system that worked great for hundreds of years and I wish more tradesmen took the time to teach their craft. I just had them replace my water main and it is working fantastic!

    A. Plumber and Associates has helped us several times this year. First they helped us with our kitchen sink when we replaced all our cabinets. They then came out to find and fix a leaking copper hot water pipe in a wall. Today they fixed a leak in our PVC water supply line from the meter. They have always been prompt, pleasant and efficient. I recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

    I could not asked for a better service. The water heater that was delivered to my house came with a cosmetic defect. The technician from A Plumber work with me to obtain the best deal possible from the unit seller. He did not have to, because I purchased the unit from a third party. Thank very much Steven! Overall it exceeded my expectations.

    We had our house repiped about about three weeks ago. We have been using their services for over five years. They did a wonderful job! They always respond promptly when you call or text. They arrived on time the day of the project and finished in less than eight hours. They offered us a very competitive price for the job. I would definitely recommend A Plumber @ Associates.

    I reached out to Terry on a Saturday night via text because my dishwasher was backing up. I sent 2 photos of under my sink and right away Terry responded and knew the issue. He troubleshooted with me via text and phone and I fixed the problem myself. He told me he didn’t feel comfortable charging me a high weekend service call fee for a simple fix I could do myself! He offered to come Monday if I couldn’t figure it out but it was so simple! He is extremely knowledgeable, honest and acts with utmost professionalism and integrity! Thank you for saving money and providing free advice on your own time! Would highly recommend and know who I will call for any future plumbing concerns!!!

    Our pipes backed up over the weekend and when i called in the late afternoon, these guys were able to come out the next morning! Super quick and efficient! Terry and Steven were extremely professional and did a terrific work fixing tge back up we had. They were respectful and worked quickly to make sure everything works properly.     Called them over the weekend and they were out first thing Monday. they came up with better ideas to fix the leak that was happening under my driveway. The work was done well and in 1 day they even had to cut threw my driveway to make a path for new pipe (leak was under the drive way too but the path was not good) I recommend them for your plumbing needs.

    My experience was great and I would give them 6 stars if I could. They came to my home the same day I called them.Others wanted to charge me 3 times more for the job. When they needed to come back out after my brother put up my tile, They came back the same day. For plumbing issues... these guys are keepers. Prices are very reasonable.

    Terry and Steve were fantastic ! I have been in Ocoee 2 years now and have not been able to find a trustworthy plumbing company. But now I won’t use anyone else but A. Plumber and Associates. We had a high water bill and called out a leak detector who couldn’t find it. I ended up calling Terry and Steve and they put us in touch with a more reputable leak detector who found it right away and then Steve was able to fix our problem in less than an hour. They are very thorough and very reasonably priced. Like I said before, I won’t use anyone else now !

    Terry, and his crew are great, Ive used them on two previous jobs and they were very professional.Last weekend I had a whole house drain back-up. I ran my 100 snake down the drain but could not get it unplugged. Called Terry, to see if he could come over, but his crew was tied up on a commercial job and it would be about a 4 hour wait.Terry, suggested I try using a pipe Blatter, I went to Home Depot and purchased one for about $20.00.Hooked it up to my hose and it worked like a champ.That saved me about $450,Thank you Terry, for your advice and thats why he will always use him on any plumbing projects.Dave

    Terry from A Plumber and associates is one of the last remaining honest plumbers in the area! My management company used him for a water heater install in October 2022. We were very happy with the service, quality and price. Fastforward to June 2023 and I needed a copy of the invoice for my client who lost hers. I reached out to Terry and within 30 minutes had a copy of the invoice. Thankful for good honest service as well as a knowledgeable skill set!

    Can’t recommend this business enough! We needed to have a toilet reinstalled after changing out our flooring. Called Terry and he was actually able to have his technician Steven come out the same day! Steven was great! So personable and professional. He explained everything to us. Amazing!     I was recently advised by a large plumbing company that I had a slab leak and my only real option was to repipe the house. I was eager for a 2nd opinion before such a costly pursuit. I called A Plumber & Associates and spoke with Terry. I love it when you can actually talk to one of the main people. He said we should really locate the leak first (something I paid the other company to do but they never did saying it would be quite difficult). He recommended American Leak Detection (with whom he has no affiliation but has had several positive experiences) and then for us to discuss their findings before deciding on next steps. Right from the start he was more concerned about pursuing my interests than making a sale for himself. He didnt insist on making a house visit and doing an inspection. I got American Leak Detection to come out the next day and within a short while, they had found the leak and it wasnt a slab leak - it was a slow, silent leak in one of our toilets. I appreciated Terrys honesty and desire to help. Hes my go to guy for any plumbing need moving forward!

    I had a clogged tub drain and couldnt access my drain stopper to clear it, despite watching multiple YouTube videos on how to do it myself. I spoke with Terry via phone to try to get him out, but he insisted on helping me out over the phone free of charge to walk me through it. He was patient and took the time helping me figure it out by sending pictures and explaining the steps to do. Save me money and time needed to have a plumber come over to fix it. Will definitely recommend this business based off his generosity and will use him in the future for all my plumbing issues.

    I would give Terry and his team a thousand stars. From the minute we called him to get an estimate for our huge house Repipe, it has been a superb experience. He is kind, respectful, on time, and affordable. He is fair, honest and gives you the best advice that would benefit you.Yes, he is not the one doing the work, but he manages his team very well. And when we came to something extra we wanted addressed which was not in our contract, he addressed it for us for no additional charge. He works with you.     Since moving to Lake County, Florida, I have always had problems locating competent, reliable, reasonable craftspeople to help me maintain our home. I spent the better part of my Saturday morning, calling the plumbers I found on Google, trying to to find a plumber to fix my toilet. Most never even answered their phones, nor did they respond to my message left on their voicemail.Thank God, I eventually reached Terry, of A Plumber and Associates to answer my desperate call. Even though he informed me that he would not be able to come that day, he took his time explaining in detail some possible solutions to remedy my situation. He even allowed me to call him numerous times, discussing and diagnosing the problem, until I was able to solve my problem. Who Does That????I have never met or had any knowledge of Terry and his company before this incident.     Ive used A Plumber for years now to service investment property in Apopka that I self manage. Terry and his team are always prompt, they never gouge me for emergency leak work, hes very responsive, and pricing is at-market or below depending on the service. His team just finished a full re-pipe of the house (no more leaking copper pipes!) with minimal disruptions to the tenant in the process. His prompt and professional service is a reflection on me as a landlord and my tenants remain happy.

    Being from Puerto Rico its not easy to know how to find a good plumber, but got so very lucky with this plumbing company. The owner and his assistant were so nice, insightful and polite.     Tree roots had broken the main water pipe by our meter. I called Terry at A Plumber and he arrived within the hour. Orange County Utilities needed to move the meter so Terry coordinated with them to help expedite the process. Very responsive and professional. I highly recommend A Plumber.

    I dont usually write reviews, but this is an exception for an exceptional situation. My husband and I turned on the faucet and huge loud spasm spurts came out. Flushed the toilet - even scarier. At 6pm we called the Utility Company and got told they were out on a job and would get back to us but didnt know when. We called A Plumber and Associates. Terry was incredible. He took time with us right then. Told us what he thought the problem was, guided us as to what to do and hung in there with us. Told us to give it some time and hed call back. He did call back and things were much calmer by then. Everything seemed like it would be okay based on his advice. We wanted to pay him, but he refused. He then spent more time with us advising us on what to do this evening to clear out any bacteria and how to be safe ourselves. Wow, I told him he should be called A+ Plumber!!! You dont find many people like this who are so kind as to give their time immediately when someone needs help. Throughout all, he was very reassuring. He was a godsend to us. He gets our highest recommendation!

    Ive used A Plumber 3 times for unrelated leaks outside my house (tree roots break pipes and old piping), and each time the service was excellent. The plumbers (Justin and Everett) were very professional, explained what the problem was, provided options when available, and the pricing was more than fair. I never felt like they were trying to upsell something I didnt actually need. I love that theyre local to me as well (Ocoee). They did a solid job each time, and I will call A Plumber for any plumbing needs I may have in the future.

    My drain was super clogged and I tried everything. I called Terry who’s crew was Tied up at another location, it being the weekend and all terry took the time to walk me through the Process of unclogging my kitchen sink over the phone and via text.     This plumber was very helpful. He was unavailable to get to my house to clear a severely clogged drain. So, he talked me through what to do to clear it.     I have used the plumber three times. He has done a bathtub install on a renovation, found and fixed a broken drain pipe, and for a large house full repipe. There was an issue with the repipe and Terry went above and beyond to get it resolved as soon as possible. Upstanding owner and picked good subcontractors. Would use again.

    Called right at the end of the business day after having been referred by another plumbing co. Determined we had a clog in the main line of our home . My call was answered directly and I was guided over the phone to help locate the main line access in the yard. Even though this company was unable to respond after hours at that particular time, I was referred to another company, that was able to respond after hours, and was able to resolve our problem, just hours after it had been discovered. Many thanks to A Plumber & Associates for demonstrating excellent customer service even if they werent able to make any money off the job that particular day. Wouldnt hesitate to give them a call if we should ever need something in the future.

    I just bought a new house and had some smelly hot water. I had called around to the local plumbers and they all wanted me to replace the water heater. When I called Terry, he told me to turn up the heat for 30 minutes and dump the tank. It worked perfectly. I love the honesty he gave me.     Terry helped us clear roots from our clean out valve and replaced the affected piping. He worked out a good deal on everything for us. Would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone needing a plumber. I’ve never felt more respected nor found anyone so reasonable in this business.

    I would highly recommend A plumber & Associates for your Plumbing need. Justin was very professional and a nice guy. The owner Terry was also professional. This was my second time letting this company do plumbing at my house.I would go back to this company if needed and would like Mr. Justin to be my plumber again.

    I first hired A Plumber for a hot water heater replacement at a tenant property, and while there they found leaks in the old piping. Repaired it at no additional charge. Just today got a call from the tenants, and the old pipes started leaking again. Terry came out there quickly, found multiple holes, and repaired all for the same original quote. Definitely recommend!

    Parents water heater gave out and needed replacement soon, they came out the same day and replaced it with parts in hand only a picture that was sent to them of the old setup. The tech finished installation on the same day! Parents had hot water that afternoon, fast reliable service.

    Terry Grimes and A Plumber are really a great organization. They are pleasant, knowlegeable and easy to work with. I am dealing with a cast iron pipe problem and they are with me every step of the way and have tried to make this as easy as possible. Right off the bat his price was $200 less for first repair than another quote. Justin is the guy who has been doing most of repairs and he also is very knowlegeable and pleasant. He even cleans up after himself (I would ask him to marry me but I am alreadytaken)Good plumbers with a good attitude and good prices.Thank you A Plumber and associates!
