    Palermo ran new water lines, drainage line, and hooked up a new sink. I thought the cost of the job was very reasonable and I got other estimates. The work they did was excellent. They were very pleasant and great communicators. The payment process was also simple and efficient. We were not on site for the first part of the work, and the plumber texted me with pics of the completed work. Couldn’t be more pleased. Will use Palermo for all my future plumbing needs.

    Heat was not working on a very cold morning. Called Palermo’s & Reuben was sent to check the heater. He diagnosed the problem quickly, the part was ordered & Reuben installed the new motor that afternoon. What amazing service from Gerry Palermo’s company. Reuben was awesome & very efficient. Would definitely recommend this company.

    Your company went to my parents house to identify and repair a gas leak. From the initial phone call to the day of service, the entire staff was polite & prompt. Aaron initially came out to assess and estimate the task at hand. The technician, Reuben, was on time & courteous. He did a fantastic job. Left no mess behind and was so kind. After that, my parents noticed they didn’t have hot water, called back right away and immediately sent the next available tech out only to discover that the hot water heater needed to be reset! Highly recommend!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    There’s a reason this company has so many five star reviews - and we couldn’t agree more! When our property in OC needed someone to come quickly assess and fix the AC unit, they analyzed the problem and found a replacement part within 24 hours. More importantly, after using them a second time, we can confirm they are a stand up company that does right by it’s customers!! In a world where everyone takes the easy road, they really go above and beyond to ensure their work is done to the highest standard and take pride in their service. We will continue to use them for our property moving forward!

    Rob came out to my home on a holiday weekend. The heat wasn’t working, he fixed a couple of things and the heat was restored. On his way out of my home, he noticed that my outside shower water was still on. He was Concerned that the pipes would freeze, sohe shut the water off and drained the pipe. The next day, he reached out to me to make sure the heat was working. What a caring and professional plumbing company. I can’t thank you enough.

    I’ve used Gerry Palermo for 10+ years for all my HVAC needs. My favorite thing about this company is that they’ve always been very responsive to all my emergencies, which have ranged from frozen pipes one winter, to a broken air conditioner this summer, to a need for a new shower head. They are professional and fix the problem quickly the first time.

    Again Gerry Palermo Plumbing in Ocean City to the rescue. Renovating a very dated bathroom. Before the scheduled work could begin we realized new shutoff valves for the sink and toilet were in order. Called Palermo and Rob G. was out the next day. Friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient are the best ways to describe Rob G. Rob took the time to answer all my questions and provide feedback and advice on our plumbing project with the renovation. Stellar service that’s all I can continue to say about Gerry Palermo’s entire team!

    Technician showed up promptly and performed work quickly. The receptionist(s) answering the phones for Palermo arent the nicest and we did have an issue with a service fee not being disclosed before a quote was given. The gentleman we spoke with did refund the service fee since we were not made aware of that before someone came over. He was professional about the matter. Overall, would recommend Palermo because the work itself was done well and the gentleman that provided the quote for additional work was great - just be aware that it is often hard to get through, and when you do, expect the person who picks up to be unpleasant. It could be that we caught the receptionist on a few bad days.
