I recently needed a replacement toilet, and contacted Reeg to get a bit of guidance. They pointed out some good sources to find a reliable product. Once purchased, I called them back and they immediately got me on their schedule. Their installer picked up the toilet for me, brought it over, removed the old one, prepped the space, installed the new one and cleaned up. All in just an hour. And it works great. This was an excellent, smooth process from start to finish. The installer was prompt, competent, efficient, friendly, informative and cleaned up when the work was done. Well done!

We’ve used Reeg plumbing for three different jobs: repairing a leaking shower, installing a new ejector pump, and installing a new water heater. As a result having our water service line upgraded we ended up with a clog in the mixer for our bath/shower faucet that our original plumber wouldnt address. I called Reeg to ask for advice and assistance, and everyone in the whole organization was incredibly helpful. Reeg was able to find a replacement part for my ancient bathroom plumbing and come to install it quickly and professionally. The plumber who did the work (Scott) was excellent - he answered all my questions, worked quickly but carefully, left the site clean, and had our tub/shower up and running faster than I would have expected. Their pricing was fair, transparent, and matched what they quoted upfront. One last thing - I also really appreciated how the appointment was scheduled through a system that sent me emails and texts to confirm and follow up. For anyone dealing with plumbing issues in an older home I would absolutely recommend Reeg, and Im sure Ill be reaching out to them again the future!

The only plumbers I will use! They are a prompt, professional, and affordable. I really like that the owner does the inspections. This made me feel comfortable that he really knew his stuff. We had them do all new copper pipes and rod our kitchen sewer line. Both jobs were handled with ease. If you call and get their voicemail, don’t be dismayed! They always call back by EOD. I will be using them for any plumbing needs I have in the future.

My water heater failed and they answered the phone when I called, set up the soonest possible appointment time and showed up 10 minutes early to do the water heater replacement. What a great experience, from beginning to end. The woman who answered my call was very pleasant, and she followed up with texts and an e-mail to confirm. Scott arrived at the beginning of the appointment window, was exceptionally courteous, and got right to work on the faucet. He gave me some great tips about Moens life-time guarantee, completed the work in about 10 minutes, and didnt charge me. He said he just wasnt good business to charge $170 for ten minutes work-- I didnt even have a cookie to give him (my kitchen was out of commission without the sink). Reeg Plumbing definitely has my endorsement and business from now on.

Chris (from Reeg) came to provide a quote on a shower repair where lots of things could be wrong. He was super informative and clear about all of the possible root causes. He developed an itemized quote with a sequence of repair actions. Part of the challenge is that we had an old Chicago style shower, but Chris clearly knew what he was talking about. On the day of, Chris came on time and quickly fixed the issue. All of the shower pressure came back. Im pretty sure that anyone less knowledgeable would have banged their head on the wall for a while. But Chris knew everything, figured it out quickly, and ended up coming in a lot lower than the quote.

I called yesterday (11/11/2014) and got a prompt call back with advice about possible cost, and an offer to come out the next day. I accepted the offer, but then was talking to so many plumbers, I couldnt keep track of who had agreed to come. I called back today, and he had me confused with someone else I guess, and said they couldnt come out till Monday. We had a long chat where he gave me advice about likely costs for the service (rodding out kitchen drain of a 2-flat via the catchbasin, installing a clean-out on the drain line, etc.) and recommendations of other local plumbers to call. It turns out that they did already have me on the schedule for today, per the conversation from the day before, but in the meantime Id already had a recommended local guy come out and do it. I wasnt home for any of this, so I have to call tomorrow to apologize. They seem like great guys though, very accurate advice and prompt service - confusion was all my own doing really.

They’ve managed to keep our basement water free after a sewer backup, fixed a cracked sewer stack, and maintained our water pipes and faucets with timely appointments at a fair price.Recently, I found a gas leak in our home. I called the owner Chris, and he showed up within an hour and reorganized his team so that he could personally handle replacing the old gas lines in my home. He spent all day working on those lines so that the heat could get turned on for my family. We have two small kids, and he wanted to make sure we had heat that night. While its never fun spending money on unexpected house fixes, especially ones related to 120 year old plumbing, we were really pleased with Reeg Plumbing. After noticing a small trail of water in our basement, we called Reeg and they sent David out the next day. He diagnosed a cracked cast iron pipe. While investigating the extent of the crack, he went into the attic and saw that our main stack was rusted through (a totally different problem). They came back and fixed both pipes, replacing parts of the original pipes with minimal mess and fuss to walls. David was super professional and helpful and went above and beyond - he removed a 3rd deteriorating pipe in the basement that wasnt doing anything from previous homeowner updates. We have used Reeg in the past and liked their work and are so glad we used them again.
