    Jamie was professional and very informative. He also helped keep the areas in the home clean and did a great job with cleaning up the area in which was treated.     Very happy with the service from my call to arrange through completion. Plumbing Techs was able to squeeze us in to get our plumbing up and running within a couple of days. Great service for price. Kevin did an amazing job with installing toilet, rebalancing & changing lines on dishwasher, reinstalling garbage disposal and making sure the lines were tight and not back flowing. Definitely recommend this company. It is our second time using and both times completely satisfied.

    -Edit on original post. Got a nice call back and was told there was some confusion and an estimate is available. Was very kind as they did not have to follow up.-Free estimate does not exists if you need your line replaced. Stated at least $200+ to locate and provide an estimate. I can respect that but why have free estimates on the website?

    Jamie from Plumbing Techs came out to look at my water heater. He was friendly, professional and an angel. He came out the same day and early the next day (OMG) replaced my hot water tank. I cant tell you how grateful I am for Plumbing Techs and Jamie. I highly recommend their affordable services.

    Kevin was great. He was conscientious and considerate. He worked hard on my job updating 1940s plumbing fixtures. When it turned out the fixture I purchased wouldnt fit the holes within the tile properly, he did not charge for the job and trusted Id make arrangements to finish the following week. Ive worked with PlumbingTechs several times. Each plumber has been welcoming, professional and worked with whatever oddity my 80 year old house threw at them.

    Had Martin Flores out today to completely refurbish two bathroom tank seals and replace faulty float kits as well as water lines to the toilet. Severe deterioration had occurred from Clorox tablets. I was given proper notice when he was to be here and everyone involved was very professional and courteous. I have asked for a quote on the condition of all my shut off valves since some would not turn with the hand. I would recommend this company.

    In an era where inflation is rampant, costs are skyrocketing and it’s really hard to find good service out there. Rest assured that not only does Plumbing Tech charge fairly, their customer service is great and workmanship/knowledge is superior. I had a faulty valve and plumbing tech came out, diagnosed the issue, and replaced it all in under an hour. They even had time to just check my pressure tank to make sure it was running fine. They didn’t even charge me for that. What?! This day and age?! I will definitely always go back to Plumbing Tech if I have an issue in the future.

    Jamie from Plumbing Techs came out today and replaced the toilet fill valve and flapper seal. Toilet is no longer leaking water from the tank when the toilet is flushed. Very appreciative of the quality and speed in completion of the job. Jamie kept in touch through text messages and phone calls to let me know when he would arrive. Thankful for the senior discount as well. Jamie even took the old equipment and cleaned up the bathroom. Would definitely recommend Plumbing Techs for their work and professionalism.

    Amazing Technician. Let me explain, my wife and just completed a high end kitchen with complicated fixtures, we still have our floors covered- When Martin showed up, on time, he proceeded to put shoe covers on- I told him he doesn’t have to- he was very careful with my new cabinets when hooking up- dishwasher, sink, disposal, water softener, pot filler and gas stove top- he was very technical and care every step of the way- at completion- he cleaned everything- boxed- all debris- and took with himHe reviewed everything he did and showed me how to operate- AWESOME COMPANY!!!Thank you Plumbing Techs of Michigan!!!

    Our technician fixed the problem but when he first arrived it seemed like he really wasnt interested in fixing the leak. However, my husband kept talking to him and encouraging him and helping him as needed and he did get our problem fixed. Were not really sure why he seemed not to want to be there because the problem was explained to him before he arrived.

    Good service, good price for it. They gave a free quote for our gas leak repairs and got to work straight away. The service tech they sent communicated everything he was doing clearly and left us with a few recommendations and some advice that will definitely be helpful in the future.

    Best Plumbing company I have worked with period Not only do they know their stuff and have fair and reasonable prices they are prompt, courteous, and care about their customers and their satisfaction. No service company I have worked with is this well run. I have used their services twice and had a great experience both times. They recently did a great job cutting out my old toilet flange for a new one which was not an easy job as well as replacing all my valves for my Half Bath that I gutted.

    Were SUPER stoked to have had Martin (and another colleague of his) assist us with wrapping (literally) up the most critical component to our long-dreaded sewerage/ drainage from within the home! We exhausted big monies into replacing the exterior sewer line between 2022 + 2024 (from the house, about 45ft; tapping into the main water line). Yet, that didnt solve the problem. We wanted new contractors to do our interior work and Plumbing Techs Reviews were stellar! So stellar than when Martin arrived for his initial consult (and telescope + cabling) he wore booties! He was super knowledgable and helpful in guiding us to make the best decision for the longevity of the home (without having the tear up our complete interior!) In short, work closely with companies that are willing to educate and inform you along the way. My dishwasher is running for the first time in six months; you have no idea the thrill behind this fix/ win. HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!!

Greg was certainly a professional was able to communicate well with myself and answer questions that I had I think that he did a really good job and even cleaned up the area when he was finished thats a real Plus that is a vote of confidence and plumbing text that should do a job completely like that until customer satisfaction I thank you unfortunately a small leak at one of the pipe joints where the pipe goes into an elbow its a minor leak but it wasnt noticed until the next day as it was in actually the next cabinet but it is the pipe that Greg was turning and working on so I think itll be easy to correct that but I would give Greg a high rating for what he did I think he did well and Ive been in the auto business and engineering and quality and for many years in addition to counseling people and so forth and I would rate Greg as a certainly one of your top-notch employees thank you again

    I had an excellent experience with Plumbing Techs of Michigan. They responded to the non-emergency inquiry I made via their website within 36 hours and were able to send someone out to review my plumbing issues the same day they contacted me (though I ended up scheduling for the next day).My experience with their technician, Gregg, was also great. He called early in the day to plan when hed be at my home and I received a text message confirmation that included his photo before he arrived. Upon arriving he was professional, reviewed my issues, made good recommendations, and made suggestions to solve issues that didnt require a professional. I was able to approve the work and Gregg got to work immediately. In less than 5 hours I had a new water heater, a repaired outside spout, and a old well pump removed. I was working from home while Gregg worked and never had any issues with noise or other disturbances.I would absolutely use Plumbing Techs of Michigan again and highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing assistance.

The price was fair, the job done well (including upgrading my vent and gas line to current requirements), they were respectful, cleaned up well and removed the old water heater.     I have to say, I think this is the first time I have ever felt good about a plumber, but these guys were great! Way above expectations. We had a leaky water heater and they were able to fit me in and get out here that same day to fix it. The price was very reasonable, the technician knowledgable and the communication was outstanding. When I first called the heater was actively spitting water so Randy, who answered the phone, walked me thru how to shut off the water so there was no active leak. When they couldnt get there at the time they initially thought they could, the office called to let me know and make sure it was okay. Definitely would call them again.

    Plumbing Techs is the most professional plumbing company Ive ever dealt with. Our water heater split right in half about 37 days before our wedding. This was messy and caused stress. We had two companies reach out to us and came and checked out the situation. One company tried to upsell us on everything. Another company said because it was too small of a space and too many pipes were going from the water softner to the hot water tank and they said it was too complicated to do. Then we called Scott Baxter at Plumbing Techs. He took our pictures of the situation and gave us a quote up front. His staff scheduled a date through text. The man who came out to the house named Kevin was so professional. He was thorough. He even used new pipes instead of our old pipes. He cleaned everything thoroughly and he didn’t charge for explaining the many questions we had.     Between June of 2020 and Feb 08 2023 I have used Scotts group to replace a sump pump and redo the discharge to my outside drain, install a new extra large set tub in basement with water lines, purchase and install a new water heater, install a new set tubs in my basement and fix a leaky bath room faucet. He had to run water and hook into sewer and install set tubs. It was a very professional job. He also replaced my heavy duty sump pump and removed the rust covered old one with out any stains or leakage in the house. Their prices can not be beat for a very high quality job.
