    My experience with White Tail Electrical was top notch, exceeded expectations! Start to finish, excellent service. Christina answered my initial call - she was kind and very informative about their services and process. Next, Kameron, the head electrician, contacted me to schedule - a few easy texts and I was in the books! He even reached back out to offer me an earlier appointment when he had an opening in his schedule. Kameron is an excellent communicator and let me know when he was on his way and provided ETA. Upon his arrival he immediately put me at ease about my electrical problem (I have an old home with old wires and I was really anxious that the repairs I needed would be complicated and expensive - they werent!). Kameron fixed my issue quickly with confidence, great skill and professionalism. He was so wonderful to work with! So, White Tail Electrical will be my GO-TO electrician from here on out.     I worked with Jake and had a fantastic experience! He was very professional, efficient, and did good, clean work. He especially prioritized not putting more holes in the drywall than necessary and not creating any extra work or mess. He was able to find a way to wire the basement for our new remodel exactly how we wanted and I couldn’t be happier with the result. He was also very knowledgeable about current electrical codes and was able to anticipate and prevent any problems that we might encounter during an inspection. I can’t recommend Jake highly enough!

He explained his work and why he needed to do what he did (codes), and was patient as I added “one more thing” to my string of requests. I asked for installation of new bathroom fan (with vent), security light on the garage, and a reroute of a conduit to the garage of my house. The quote came quickly and after a few more questions I was able to secure a date that wasn’t too far out! He arrived on time and had help. Both were professional and polite.     Awesome company real true professionals. This project was helping set up a solar array and inverter as well as 200 amp service with new breaker box. Start to finish great job clean install looks and more importantly works great. No delays no missed appointments no forgotten parts no un-anticipated add on’s or extras, just good workmanship and super knowledgeable. Costs were great too you don’t get knowledgeable pros for nothing but all in all very reasonable prices. I Have future projects to get more energy efficient these guys are first and only call.

    Installation of transfer switch for generator and inlet box.After 4 quotes and reading reviews, Jake and his crew surpassed my expectations. Setup an appointment to have a transfer switch and inlet box installed. We setup a day convenient to me ( Jake was easy talk to and deal with ) Robbie called an hour before arriving, went right to work very courteous and professional. Once the job was completed we tested system out. Very nice work, the job looks great and he cleaned up after himself. I would definitely refer them and call them as needed.

    We are so happy with our new kitchen! White Tail Electric re-did the electrical for our kitchen and updated our panel from 100 to 200 amps in our early 20th century house. The process of working with them was very easy. We scheduled an appointment, received a quote, and they showed up the day we scheduled them. They were very professional, answering all our questions, and walked us through the process. They are still helping us to upgrade the power from the utility pole, working directly with DTE on our behalf.Our kitchen already had drywall and paint, a few outlets that we wanted to keep / add to and we tore out all the counters prior to their arrival, basically an empty room. They adapted and added to the existing layout where we asked based on our new plans and they tried to reduce the number of holes in the drywall. The electrical work they did looks very clean, the new panel is labeled well and overall we are happy with the experience. We will definitely use them again this summer when we upgrade our garage.

    Im happy that I gave White Tail Electrical a call. It was easy to set up an appointment. Jake returned my call expeditiously and arrived on time. I explained to Jake what the problem was, preformed some troubleshooting and discovered a contractor I hired cut a wire that caused 25% of my house power to go out. Jake was able to replace the switch while giving me valuable information on the cause of the problem. I will be using Jake as my electrician for all of my home projects. HIGHLY recommend.

    Weve had a drought, so it was just my luck that the most significant thunderstorm of late featured a lightning strike that affected my GFI outlets and wiring. When I called my usual electrician, the office manager informed me that they werent taking any new work orders. This meant I was going to be without a fridge/freezer for 72+ hours with constantly-tripping GFI outlets.Jake and Carlos came through in the clutch for me. I submitted a work order request, and Jake called me back within a half-hour and said he could be there next-day. I really appreciated his empathy and understanding of my situation, and I was very impressed with how quickly he was able to diagnose my problems. Jake and Carlos worked extremely quickly to repair and install new hardware (for an older home, there is nothing easy about dealing with my residence).They also took the time to ensure the motor didnt fry during the surge, offered suggestions for potential next steps, and answered all of my questions thoroughly (as a fairly nervous person, I ask a lot of questions about my residence). They are excellent communicators, perform superb work, and will put your mind at ease. If you are in a bad spot like I was, do yourself a favor and contact White Tail and aim to get Jake and Carlos as your team.

Jake was great right from the moment he showed up. Walked through the house with us for a run down of everything he was going to do. Then went through everything that we wanted to change. He was very knowledgeable in helping us make decisions on new lights and other projects that had nothing to do with electrical. Was very impressed by Jake and his guys work ethic too! They dont mess around and get things done and done right! There was a couple things missed which is always going to happen, but a simple text to Jake and he was there the next day to get it done. He also helped out alot with communication issues with general contractors. The guy goes above and beyond whats required of him, Couldnt be happier with whitetail electrical.     After our home was completely gutted from a tornado what was left was studs and Rafters. Jake, came thru and completely wired our entire house all codes were met and the amount of detail. From lighting layouts , patterns and design.. the attention to detail was over the top. Every single light switch ,outlet and light placement was made with the functionality of our home. Right down to light placement with the ceiling fans .. ( no strobing) as well as the natural light coming thru the many windows and that was just the inside. This same attention to detail done with all the outside lighting . There is not a walkway or a spot on the property that does not have light. Which is so important when u live in a rural area it gets pretty dark when the lights go out. Not anymore we Can now , light up what we need when we need. The fuse panels dedicated outlets for generator, Rv and all others needed for the garage . Again well planned took into account the counters , work areas what was going to be put where and used for what. Honestly No one else even discussed these things, these details! Jake DID! HE EXECUTED EACH AND EVERY TASK WITH SUCH DETAIL! Things you would never even think of. Don’t hesitate if you want a exceptional job done to your specific home wants and needs…. Oh and did I mention he also handled the insurance nightmare that we had to deal with in getting this done and done Right!     Thank you Ivan!!! We lost power to two bedrooms it was not a standard “reset the breaker” issue. Called three electricians the only one that came out was White Tail Electrical. They were able to get the power back on and I also had them complete some electrical work that I have been putting off, bathroom fan, hardwire a backlit mirror, fixing some switches and adding a gfi that wasn’t there before. Ivan was friendly and kept me updated on everything as the job went on. Thank again Ivan and Chrissy for helping us get our lights back on.
