Their thoughtful discussion and guidance over the phone left no question that I needed them to take care of my problem. When the technician arrived, they worked quickly and got the job done for a reasonable value. Will definitely call them for any future needs. Great job from Tim’s Plumbing Oak Creek, woke up to no hot water, called them @ 8 am they, arrived by 11:30 and new tank installed and clean up done by 2:00, removed old tank, dealt with permit, thank you Matt(?), so polite . Highly recommend them!

We had a sump pump pile burst on one of the coldest days of the year, flooding our basement. Tim was out within 30 minutes and took care of the issue - he never talked to me like I didnt understand, but took the time to explain in a kind way what was happening. We will use him again and again!

I called Jeff around 10:30 in the morning because we had a sound coming from the toilet that sounded like there was air in the waterline when it was flushed. Jeff told me that he could send Todd over in the afternoon. Todd came over and when he flushed the toilet, he knew immediately what the problem was. The inner workings of the toilet were worn out just from wear and tear. Todd put new inner workings in the toilet and the problem was solved. Thank you all for a job well done!

If youre looking for a toilet tank cover start here! All i had to do was bring a cardboard cutout of the top of the tank and Tims plumbing was able to provide me the unique cover Ive been failing to find elsewhere! Kleenex box is very happy now.

Needed a plumber as soon as possible today. Water was leaking from garbage disposal. Matt arrived, installed new disposal within an hour. Very pleasant and efficient young man. Would call Tims Plumbing if needed again. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Tim came out and fixed my problem in no time, where the other plumers ( I wont mention) I called before Tim wanted to cut pipes, thank goodness I got a second opinion 😳. Ill be using Tims plumbing again in the future.

I just had Matthew from Tim’s Plumbing install a new kitchen faucet in my kitchen. The whole experience from the original phone call to the installation went smoothly. He explained everything he was going to do and went over the bill when finished. My new faucet looks and works wonderfully and I appreciated his clean up and friendly professional manner. I would highly recommend Tim’s Plumbing!!!

Professional job plain and simple. Work was impeccable and well worth the price I paid. The plumber (Tim) put all the PVC Pipes together, checked and rechecked before cementing them together. The outcome was a great end result.
