I wanted to replace my 15 year old electric water heater before it failed. I tried contacting several plumbers in the Steamboat/Craig area and got “too busy, not interested” replies. I tried Ellsworth Plumbing and got a voicemail that said the best way to reach him was through text messages. The same day that I sent my text request, I got a prompt response. Yes, Alex was busy with jobs, but he committed to a date two months down the road and he met his committed date. He removed the old water heater, installed a new one, and insured everything was working properly. During all of this, Alex kept me informed through texted messages. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing quality workmanship.

Alex is let alone one of the best plumbers to work with, he is the best to work with in the entire construction industry! He was prompt, he took care of things right away, one of the most friendly persons I have ever dealt with and most importantly his work was hands down the best I have ever seen!! Extremely professional and literally everything about the entire experience for all the work he did for us went 100% smooth. You cant find that anymore these days, but you can in Alex. Unbelievable work!!

Alex is professional, knowledgeable, prompt and experienced! He was able to fix multiple plumbing problems in our house, as well as install our new dishwasher. I would highly recommend Ellsworth Plumbing!!
