    I have used Wes Plumbing for 15 years and never had a bad experience. They are responsive, professional and thoughtful in their solutions to problems. Yesterday was no exception. When I woke up to a leaking water heater, they adjusted their schedule and sent Justin to my house by lunchtime to install a new water heater.

    I called Wes Plumbing at 10:00 am on Monday because my laundry tub was not draining. I was very surprised and quite pleased that 2 men arrived at my home at 11:45am. They were pleasant, professional, well groomed and extremely respectful of my property and to me. These men did a great job clearing my drain pipes. It took a while, but then we’re very persistent. They cleaned up after their work and were done by1:30pm. The bill was less than I had anticipated. I did a load of laundry after they left and the sink hasn’t drained that fast in ages! My experience with this company was excellent. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services!

    Definitely recommend this Company!! I called in the morning and Mike came out that afternoon! We ended out having 1 Bathroom faucet replaced, (It was dripping constantly & was corroded), 1 Kitchen faucet repaired for a constant drip, and repair of a clogged toilet. The entire toilet needed to be replaced due to a clog that would not go thru AND it ended out being an older toilet that was in very poor condition underneath. Mike had to improvise a solution to install a new Flange in order to install the new toilet safely...which he did. The toilet works great and our faucets no longer drip! Mike did a fantastic job, considering he was called for what we thought would be a quick fix on the toilet! The clog ended out being a small plastic bottle that had fallen in (we are blaming the cats) and become tightly wedged and was impossible to retrieve without getting a new toilet.Mike was excellent in his work assessment and gave us all of the details of what needed to be done. Mike was very amiable, polite, and professional. He also cleaned up the site and took all of the old fixtures and boxes with him.We will be sure to share informationfor WES Plumbing to any of our friends and family from now on!     Life happens, but always at the most inconvenient times. I discovered a leak from a pipe in my laundry room in the evening Friday night. Yikes water everywhere! Now Im catching a steady drip in a bucket, up half the night emptying the bucket. I started calling around to the 24/7 plumbers knowing it may be a challenge considering it was Saturday and Im sure there are others who have an emergency. I did my research on line looking at reviews and made some calls. Mike from Wes plumbing was the first to reach back out to me after leaving some messages. He got my business or my problem so to speak. He was very thorough and explained all the issues. Mike did a great job, got the leak fixed and was reasonably priced. My stress level went from 💯 to zero. Thank you for a great job and for coming out on a weekend to fix this issue. This could have become a nightmare if I had to wait till Monday.     Update: Today Mike came out again promptly (as usual) and repaired some major pipes behind our shower wall, replaced our tub spout, tub hardware, repaired outside hose fitting that was faulty, replaced toilet plum bob, hose bibs outside, caulked around tub. Outstanding plumbing work and service! Caulking nice and neat and straight! PREVIOUS POST: WOW! GREAT WORK! GREAT SERVICE, ACCURACY, GREAT PRICING, CARING PLUMBERS! Mike came out and installed our new washer & dryer. We needed a main floor laundry room to be installed in a very difficult mud room (to avoid the basement stairs that we could no longer climb.) Mike created a gorgeous main floor laundry room out of an existing mud room on a slab floor with thick terra cotta tiles. Several other plumbers that we called previous to Mike came out and said it could not be done. Well, guess what? Mike did it, and it is a functional beautiful laundry room! Mike is so nice, caring, thorough, accurate, and was really patient with us, answering our multitude of questions. An Electrician came here for another home improvement project and was really impressed with Mikes work, complementing Mikes expert work. Mike even repaired some other pipes and plumbing that were not even included in the scope of our agreement at no charge. Thats how caring he is! WES Plumbing has other great plumbers too like Mike, we are told by our Church group. Our friend called on Mike to install safety grab bars on difficult bath tiles in 2 of her bathrooms and Mike installed the grab bars on the bath tiles witjout a scratch or any cracking. Mike did such a beautiful job on those grab bars, and they are so strong! We will all always call on Mike at WES PLUMBING! MIKE HAS OUR BUSINESS FOREVER!

    WP removed and replaced an ancient concrete double laundry tub with a new single fiber glass/composite tub. The new one is anchored to the floor and seems very sturdy — better than what I saw at Lowes and Home Depot. They had to bust up the old tub and carry it out in buckets. They put down drop cloths on my carpet and hardwood floors, and cleaned up nicely. I’ve been relying on WP for years. Justin, Charley, and Wes are friendly and easy to work with.

    After my initial phone call, Mike was able to schedule someone to come out within one hour to help us with an almost totally clogged kitchen drain that was well out the distance that my 50 ft snake could reach.     This is a 1st class business!!! From the moment I made the call through the entire process I received top hat service. Dave, who took my initial call after our tankless hot water unit took a dump was very attentive to our concerns. He knew exactly what he was talking about, he knew what questions to ask and even ask to send photos of the situation to assess the issue immediately. They were there the next morning and stayed until the job was completed. The technician Brian, was courteous, clean (concerned about work area), and very attentive to the details of installing the new unit paying attention to the codes to installation.     What can be said about a plumber with whom you have developed a long-lasting and fruitful relationship? Wes Plumbing was recommended to me back in the early 1990s by a friend who said that they were the best. Over these many years, Ive realized that my friend was absolutely right. Dave Wesolowski, his son, Mike, his son-in-law, Brian, and Brians long-time friend, Justin, make up this team of plumbers that are fearless in tackling the most difficult, the most complicated and some of the most disgusting plumbing projects Ive thrown at them over the years. As the owner of twelve rental apartments, Ive had them do the plumbing on multiple kitchens, install dishwashers, toilet resets, sewer line replacements, boiler installations, garbage disposal repairs and replacements and water heater installations. Ive called them at 5 oclock on a Friday afternoon, and have been met with cheerfulness and good humor, even though it meant delaying the start to their weekend. Each and every project theyve done for me - and its been many dozens and dozens of projects - was handled in the most professional and time-efficient manner. Daves team is unerringly polite, exceedingly professional and very talented, and I continue to call on them to this day. They are not afraid to tackle any project in my 136, 158 and 173-year-old houses. Im waiting to see when they say no to me, but I have a feeling thatll be never! I couldnt recommend them more highly!!

    We have used Wes Plumbing many times over the years. They respond quickly, do very professional work, and are very friendly and polite. Most recently they installed a battery backup sump pump and changed the plumbing fixtures in our shower. A few years ago, they replaced a collapsed drain pipe in the basement that went across the width of the house and under the stairs. They have done an excellent job no matter what we’ve had them do. We highly recommend Wes Plumbing and wouldn’t use anyone else!!!
