    Great experience with Ace Plumbing yesterday. Trying to make a bathroom remodel work in an older home presents with many challenges, It was wonderful working with people that are flexible, competent, on time, and patient. Giving excellent advice on problems to avoid, they also successfully installed a vanity that had some issues. It was a pleasure working with their team.

    I am VERY pleased with Ace Plumbing! Our kitchen sink has been causing us major problems, not draining as needed, etc… A friend recommended Ace after getting their boiler replaced. I called yesterday (late) and Joe, the owner of the company, answered. He listened to the problem and said he could have someone out THE NEXT DAY to check it out. I was blown away. Especially blown away since we are talking the day before Thanksgiving ! The next day I received a text from Joe’s son, Kevin. He texted within the window Joe said he would, and told me exactly when he was scheduled to arrive. He arrived on time and was extremely professional, patient and thorough from the start. He ended up replacing the trap beneath our kitchen sink, and snaking our line. He was efficient, attuned to detail and also SOOOO CLEAN! He restored our sink to full function, and the price was extremely reasonable . I absolutely plan on using this company and this company ONLY for all of my plumbing needs moving forward.     Ace plumbing was very flexible and able to schedule repair reasonably and for a reasonable price. I had a leaking kitchen faucet and they were able to repair it within a short time. They even replaced my shut off valves as a last second request. Definitely would recommend using again.

    Absolutely outstanding service. I called @ 7am, and by the afternoon I had heat, hot water, and piece of mind. They not only fixed my boiler, but they corrected substanded work that was previously done to my water heater. I must have asked 100 questions, and Joseph and his crew were very patient when addressing my concerns. My plumbing system is older than dirt, but they overcame every obstacle, and left my basement cleaner than they found it. Same day service, reasonable cost, and top notch repairs...... theyre an amazing company.

    Ace Plumbing is absolutely fantastic! With all of the recent rain, I noticed some water on the floor of my basement and panicked. I called around 5:30pm fully expecting them to be closed for the day or charge me an after-hours/emergency rate. Much to my surprise, Ace was able to come out within 30 minutes, diagnose the (luckily minor) problem, and do a quick repair! If youre looking for a reliable, fair, and local plumbing company, use Ace!

    Joe and his crew consistently prove that this is the BEST plumber in Baltimore. Our house is literally ninety nine years old, and as you would expect, has been a wild ride over the past nineteen years we have owned it. I rest easy knowing that Ace Plumbing is a phone call away.     I cant say enough about Ace Plumbing. I woke up to water in my basement from a broken water heater. I frantically called around to get quotes and was fortunate enough to find Ace Plumbing. Joe was very kind and gave a very reasonable pricing. On the day of installation, two plumbers arrived. Kevin and Jeff were extremely professional, friendly and their quality of work was excellent.     I called Joe at Ace Plumbing about a new sump pump. Because I had been without a sump pump for over 40 years it was more than just a replacement. (Id broken the previous one and never needed it but were contemplating selling, so wed need one)Joe, his son Reese and their helper (Steve?) worked diligently and professionally throughout the day to complete a job that was neatly and efficiently done. And knowing the scope of the job, it was more than reasonably priced.And all the while with a friendly, personable attitude toward me, my wife and our family pet, who can be intimidating, but loved them.I have always thought about a go-to for the trades.     Customer service and customer experience were SUPERB!I contacted ACE Plumbing for a faucet repair. I texted for help and their responses were swift and exact. Joe provided the customer service. He was very helpful. You can tell through his texts he is professional and knowledgeable. He provided me with reasonable cost and an expectation if additional work was needed. Additional work was required at a reasonable cost.Jeff provided the customer experience. He updated me on his arrival, he arrived a few minutes early, and started working immediately.     I wanted to share my 5+ STAR experience with Ace Plumbing. I am new to the area, so reached out to a local building company to obtain a recommendation for a plumber. Ace Plumbing was highly recommended so I reached out to Joe to inquire about exchanging my kitchen sink and faucet. He was very responsive and professional. Kevin came out to confirm the estimate and finalize measurements, and we proceeded with the work as scheduled. Kevin was very respectful of social distancing and masking during the pandemic. The work far exceeded my expectations - Kevin was courteous, prompt, attentive to detail and efficient. I was given an estimate and was kept informed during the process.     We contacted Ace Plumbing when we found a damp spot on the wall in our basement closet that started growing mold. They booked us on their schedule right away, and arrived on time. We explained this problem and another minor leaking pipe coming from our water heater. Kevin was very professional and completed his investigation of the primary issue - it turned out a toilet on the main floor wasn’t sealed properly and was dripping water down the PVC pipe and then that dripped onto the dry wall. He used his time very efficiently, cleaned up everything and was very polite! We will definitely contact them again for any other plumbing needs.

    Ace Plumbing — Joe Bahr & his sons Kevin & Jeff — have been wonderful. We bought our house a year ago. It was an estate sale and sold “as is”. It had a lot of deferred maintenance issues and Joe was quite helpful advising what to address from the inspection and what to defer based on our plans to remodel. We have had them install a hybrid heat pump water heater (replacing a tankless coil) which we have been very pleased with. I know the value of having a good artisan contractor that you can rely on as a homeowner. I wholeheartedly recommend Ace Plumbing.

    Ace Plumbing was a sub-contractor working for Kenwood Kitchens when we remodeled our bathrooms. Kevin did such a great job, that I contacted Ace to do some additional plumbing work on our house. Kevin was once again our plumber and did an excellent job - quick, neat and the price was very reasonable. You will be very pleased with any work that you have Ace plumbing do for you.

    This company was amazing! Kevin was the technician who came to my home. He was professional, he listened to everything I had to say about my issue. I had a small leak coming from the bathroom through to the living room ceiling. I explained to him that I had installed a new shower head several months prior and the pressure was very forceful to the point that the shower curtain was being blown around. Kevin said that could be what caused the leak but he was going to run a few tests to make sure. He ran the water in the tub for a good while, came down to check the ceiling, it was dry. He then flushed the toilet many many times, checked the ceiling and still dry. Lastly, he ran the water in the sink, checked ceiling, still dry. He surmised that the problem was the powerful shower head ( the curtain not staying closed to keep the water from leaking out of the corner ). He even googled splash guards on his phone to show me what I might want to use to help keep the water from leaking out! I was lucky that he had a lower pressure shower head in his truck that he installed for me. Saved me a trip to Lowe’s.He could have easily told me pipes were leaking behind the walls, needed to be replaced, cost thousands to fix BUT HE DIDN’T!! He was honest about it just being the shower head and nothing more! For this, he has a customer for life and I will recommend Ace Plumbing to everyone needing a plumber!! Thank you, Kevin for being an awesome technician!

    Joe and his son were LIFE SAVERS! My husband and I returned from our holiday vacation to a bust pipe. We arrived home on Wednesday to find the pipe and Joe and his son were here the next morning.     The seal under my 32 year old toilet failed and was leaking under the base. ACE Plumbing came out within 6 hours of calling them last minute and did a first rate job. The plumber was very polite and professional and solved the issue inside of one hour. I had used them in the past to replace a water main pipe in my front yard and they did a wonderful job then as well. I highly recommend using them them. They have been my go-to plumbers ever since.

    Ace Plumbing helped me out last minute not once but 2 times in the course of a week after having been disappointed/given the run around by Home Depot. They installed new valves in a gas line to bring it up to code and installed a new washer and drier. The price was extremely reasonable and every plumber that provided service was professional and courteous. I will be calling them again should I have additional plumbing requirements.

    On August 1st 2019 I called the ACE Plumbing for the 1st time.....And what a pleasant experience it was.Jeff did a great job replacing leaky garbage disposal and two faucets.     Had another first class job performed by Ace. Kevin arrived on time and as usual was very polite and respectful of our home. The upstairs radiators were stone cold and Kevin worked to diagnose the problem. He explained what was happening with our boiler and installed a new part. He was able to get all the radiators to operate better than they had in years. Joe came by a few days later to check on one of the ancient radiators and gave a helpful diagnosis of the situation.     This Company is Absolutely Amazing! They are punctual, professional, polite, high-quality and customer-service oriented at the same time! This is a Family-Owned Business and they take their work seriously; it is not just a job for them, it is their Trade, their Profession and their Calling. 1) When I was looking for a Plumber for a major project regarding upgrading, fixing and renovation of my Tenant’s water system, I reached out to their Main Office and the Owner, Mr. Joe, answered all of my questions precisely. He knew exactly what plumbing issues I was talking about right away and gave me a quote over the phone. It was very nice to have that security of having and Expert on the other end of the line and also the security of knowing beforehand what expenses to expect, whereas other companies make you wait for a quote. 2) His own son, Mr. Jeff, who is very experienced because he was around the Trade from a very young age, completed the entire complex operation while exceeding my expectations in quality of workmanship - and did so in half of projected time; moreover he was very patient, understanding and helpful, explained everything beforehand, walked me through the entire process to alleviate my worries about the plumbing system modification. 3) Mr. Jeff is very detail-oriented and it shows that he cares about his work a lot. He went above and beyond, building from scratch some parts of our tenants’ system - for example a unique, non-standard rarely-found-in-stores run-off valve - and did so correctly from proper materials - copper; (as this part was previously improperly built from plastic and incorrectly installed by previous plumbers.) Additionally, 4) Mr. Jeff is not only a knowledgeable Professional, but is also very customer-service oriented, even bringing in his own tarp so as not to walk over my tenants’ floor in work boots - which my tenants appreciated. 5) As far as COVID precautions are concerned, the Staff of this Company are Vaccinated, but they still wear a mask as a Courtesy to the Client - which we also appreciate tremendously. 6) Also, as a side-note: this Company doesn’t use After-Market parts, all equipment they install is new, out-of-the-box. 7) Moreover, their prices are MORE THAN REASONABLE FOR THIS QUALITY - within this expensive Industry. I will be their life-long client and I will be recommending them highly to all my friends and family! To anyone who is looking for a great Plumbing Company - this is it!     5 stars all the way! Received several quotes for a broken pipe feeding our house water from the well. Three other companies quoted us hundreds to thousands of dollars more, and were pushing us to undertake extensive replacement work for the entire line. Ace quickly came out to repair the pipe break in hot and rainy weather, and explained that our pipes didn’t require replacing. The break occurred at a vulnerable junction and our pipes were in otherwise good condition. I found everyone at Ace honest, hardworking and trustworthy. It’s been a while since I’ve had such a great experience with a service provider. I highly, highly recommend this business.

    Joe and son came out to fix a boiler that was causing issues with shower heating. They made sure to check and recheck after each process to ensure the best possible work was being done at all times.
