Norwich Discount Oil is fantastic. We are first time homeowners & we didnt want to get locked into a bad contract; so its nice that we can get our oil with no obligations. Every time we call they give us friendly and quick service as well as great turn around time. Additionally, I like that they dont save your credit card info on file (with all the hacking these days, I prefer to give them my credit card # every time).

Some of the complaints on here make no sense. These guys arent perfect (hence 4 stars instead of 5), but they pre-charge your card for a reason. As a small business owner in the past I know firsthand the importance of getting paid for your services and am fine with prepaying. Also, the other complaint on here about having an emergency with 2 kids, well, why are you waiting until the last minute to order oil? What if I am waiting on them too and I called before you? They are first come, first serve and always have been. Granted its a simplified model, but it keeps costs down and prices cheaper.

Norwich Discount Oil is a great business. Their staff are helpful and friendly and of course their prices are extremely competitive. Please take the negative comments here with a grain of salt. NDO and I have done business for many years and they are always there with no gimmicks, no games. This team is the best!

I’ve never been disappointed with them & I have been disappointed with other local oil companies. To tell someone their competitors have rates that are “12 cents cheaper” I’d hang on you too. Nobody forcing their service on you.
