    Carlos and his team did an incredible job on my fathers bathroom. They do meticulous and thorough work. We are very pleased with the way the full bathroom renovation turned out. Carlos oversees all of the jobs with laser like focus. Carlos and his workers are excellent craftsmen that know exactly what they are doing. They finished the job in a very timely manner in accordance with the contract, and Carlos also gave us a very fair price. All in all, I would highly recommend Carlos.

    Carlos did a beautiful job on my new bathroom. This was my first time designing a new bathroom. Initially it was a bit overwhelming. I wasn’t sure what I wanted it to look like. Carlos gave me a starting point by asking me a few questions about what I wanted for my new bathroom and it took off from there. I went online and viewed the most expensive bathrooms I could find and found less expensive materials to copy the designs. Carlos gave lots of great input along the way- some things I had not thought of. He was extremely timely, and stayed in contact with me daily- keeping me informed. It was a fascinating process to see a bathroom from the 80’s turn into this contemporary, luxury bathroom. I’m absolutely thrilled with it! It’s stunning!!!… I highly recommend Carlos- I will use him again in the future for more projects.

    We had our kitchen renovated by Waypoint Home Improvement and would like to share our complete satisfaction from the work these people had done. We interviewed number of contractors before we talked to Carlos. With him everything seemed so easy from the very beginning to the end: scheduling, professional staff, quality of work, integrity, friendliness , reasonable pricing.Years ago we had very unpleasant experience with a contractor and we were nervous starting our new project, however we consider ourselves lucky working with Carlos. He proved that renovation could be exciting and fun, not endless negotiations , fixing mistakes at our cost, cutting corners . They even repainted the kitchen for free, when I messed up the color. Thank you very much.

    Carlos totally gutted and redid my full bathroom. He did an immaculate job and I couldn’t be happier. He was very communicative and always on time. He answered all my questions and made suggestions that worked out beautifully. I gave his name to a friend who used him to redo her bathroom and she was also very pleased. He is an expert in his craft and takes pride in his work. You cannot go wrong using him for your project and would be lucky to get him! I highly recommend him.

    Carlos and Edwin did a fantastic job with not 1...but 2 bathroom rennovations for me at the same time. From tearing out the wallsand floors to installing luxury fixtures, the team showcased all elements of their craftmanship. The professionalism they displayed and attention to detail were of particular importance to us. We are very satisfied with both projects and our new bathrooms completely change the way we feel about our home, making the morning wake up and shower that much nicer!

    We recently remodeled our basement and Carlos and his team are Great communicators, Reliable, Professional, Fair and excellent to work with! I have owned many properties and have worked with many contractors over the years and Carlos is top notch and I highly recommend him and his team. We will definitely work with him and his team again. When we hired him we didnt know what to expect and we are very happy with the work and the timeline of completion. You can feel very confident working with Carlos, a man of his word!

    We wanted to remodel all of our bathrooms, change lighting and replace vanities and expand the shower. While we got quotes and met a number of contractors and construction companies, Carlos-Waypoint home improvement was most professional of all from the inception--providing a clear explanation of services based on the scope, transparent in dealings and meeting the timelines. Carlos is mindful of customer time and an astute professional who doesnt exaggerate and then reduces the price quote.It is apparent that Carlos has significant years of experience in remodeling the bathrooms, tile work, replacing or putting vanities or replacing lighting and faucets. He could easily draw a rough design for our 4 bathrooms, assisted in suggesting the right material for remodeling without focusing much on his own interest of increasing scope of work.Carlos and his team did a phenomenal job with lighting, tile work, putting the vanities and paint. During the work, there was leakage in one of the bathroom and being a licensed water restoration expert, Carlos was easily able to spot the problem and took appropriate steps fixing the problem making us comfortable as compared to some of the other organizations who like to panic the customer first and adopt unfair means.I would highly recommend Carlos- waypoint home improvement to anyone who is looking for skilled services , honest dealings and getting the work completed within timelines and agreed budget.

    Carlos and his team did a wonderful job repairing a strange leak in our shower which required all new tile and shower pan and a second round of work to resolve another leak in the pipes which he fixed very quickly upon being contacted. The shower door installer was also particularly impressed with the job because he rarely sees work that is perfectly squared off.

    Carlos did a fantastic job on numerous projects on our house. We suffered significant damage from Hurricane Ida and Carlos worked on restoring our basement, garage, exterior siding and trim and rebuilt our balcony. I highly recommend him.

    Mr. Castaneda has been a superb craftsman in his work on my roof and vestibule. From the start he was very meticulous in assessing the exact nature of the problem and explaining it to me, as well as offering several possible solutions to the problem. He went out of his way, travelling for at least three hours every time he came to work on the problem or supervising his helpers. I would say that his work goes beyond being a job. It is a service. And he goes beyond being a hired contractor, he becomes a friend.

    We would wholeheartedly recommend Waypoint Home Improvement LLC! We recently completed a house painting project with them that included extensive reparation of damaged wood and trim. The company does exceptional work and are efficient, respectful of property and reasonably priced for the high quality of work produced. We appreciated the owner Carlos’s knowledge, experience and expertise as he guided us through the process of picking out paint colors and other decisions that we had never dealt with before. His advice proved valuable and we ended up with paint colors that were flattering and appropriate to our ranch style home. His team were neat and respectful of our property at all times. We are excited to do more home improvement projects with Carlos and his Waypoint Home Improvement Team!!!

    I highly recommend Waypoint Home Improvement for all home renovations. Carlos Castaneda was a total professional, who is very knowledgeable and creative. He made suggestions to make my bathroom remodel more elegant without dramatically increasing the price. Carlos arrived on time and provided us with a written estimate prior to the work. Once we selected him he was in constant contact with us to assure us when he would be there and when the work would be complete. He didn’t hesitate to ask questions about how we wanted the work done. The craftsmanship was superb! We couldn’t be happier with the outcome! We will call on Waypoint Home Improvement and Carlos to do other renovations at our home in the near future.

His carpenters were on time, professional, and did a great job with the installation. Carlos came out to supervise and ensure I was satisfied.     When I first moved into my house here in Stamford, Connecticut, I came to realize that my remodeling contractor did not finish the project scope. Carlos came to help right away. He did a great job working in the kitchen, bathrooms, painting, trim, drywall work and more. He worked with great communication, was very professional and stayed on budget and on time. The house looks great. I will be hiring him to replace all of my windows and repaint the exterior soon.
