A few years back we had our roof and gutters replaced by Riga Home Pro, It was an excellent experience from start to finish. Yuriy and his team proved to be true professionals. We decided to go with Yuriy, Riga Home Pro again to vinyl side our home and met with Yuriy twice to discuss. We were kept well informed throughout the process. The team was immaculate, picking up at the end of every work day. They were quick and efficient and had all the work done in a timely manner. They did an excellent job we are very happy with the end result and their excellent guarantee.

We are so grateful to have selected RIGA for a roof replacement in 2021. Not only was the initial work done well, on budget and with excellent communication, but the follow up customer service has been exceptional. We have had some issues arise that are not related to the quality of the work RIGA did and they have been amazing to partner with on these follow up issues. 10/10.

The cedar impression siding looks great. The installation was carefully done! Riga Home Pro used levels on each sheet of shingles. Everything was well caulked. Cleanup occurred nightly. Last night we had a torrential downpour and the new gutters handled it well (2 inches in an hour of rain). No leaks anywhere. Yuri – project manager was checked up on progress every day. Where any problems arose (some rotten wood), it was dealt with, not covered over. Attention to detail takes time; installation was about 2 weeks.

I heard of Riga via word of mouth ( normally the best) and they did not disappoint. Riga was Excellent in professionalism, pricing and performance. As for the product, Its been 2 mo. looks great, many compliments no leaks!. Yuriy was the coordinator to set up all phases of this project. We needed to replace our existing roof, two skylights, and gutters. I contacted Riga based on the excellent reviews on Google and they did not disappoint! We received estimates from a few other contractors in the area and Riga was the easiest to communicate with and the best value. Our project manager, Yuriy, was a pleasure to work with - from estimate to completion, he was always in excellent communication. We are very happy with how everything turned out and would definitely use Riga again for future projects.

I worked with RIGA for a new roof and gutter installation in April 2021. From the start, RIGA was very detailed and communicative with their emails and calls. Price was also very competitive for the area. Yuriy and his team are professional, prompt, thorough in their work. The roof and gutters look amazing and they left our yard very clean. I feel very lucky that we came across RIGA in our search for contractors and I highly recommend them!

They are very meticulous and thorough. They replaced most of our windows and two sliding glass doors. They asked all the proper questions to make sure we were satisfied and doing the job correctly. They ordered the wrong doors but didnt complete the job until they had the correct ones. They were not the cheapest but reasonable. Out of all the contracts that came to take a look at the project, I found them to be the most detailed. I would definitely use them again.

This is the second time I have used RIGA Home Improvement; the first time was in 2009 when they replaced the roof of my house and more recently in 2019 where they replaced the roof of my 2-car garage and the chimney flashing on my house.I highly recommend them. Yuriy is well versed in all aspects of roofing work and takes the time to answer all your questions and concerns in a respectful and professional manner. His team was prompt, professional, did great work, and took the time to clean up the job site before they left.When I need roofing work done again they will get my business without question. We’re really glad that we went with RIGA for our new roof. We looked at multiple companies, and Yuriy was especially responsive and prompt in answering our questions. Excellent! Riga Roofing was great to work with, starting with the estimates / proposal, continuing through until the work was done and thorough clean up! The quality of the roof installation is outstanding. Riga used ice and Snow barrier on the full roofs of both houses, and impressive triple layering system around all skylights. Not a single leak after many hard rainfalls. Riga also did my neighbors roof and skylights, and she is very, very happy with the work done.

Yuriy and RIGI installed a beautiful new roof for my home in 2014. Im writing today because of Yuriys incredible customer service this week: I needed him to help resolve a screw-up by the town building dept. A permit was never closed (no fault of Yuriys) and I had settlement on the house in 4 days. Yuriy worked quickly to gather information and evidence of a professional, to-code installation, and convinced the building department to close the permit. Wow. Seven years later, I felt like I was Yuriys most important customer this week. And it was all just to help resolve an issue he did not cause. That is great customer service!! Thank you, Yuriy.

My roof was near the end of its lifespan (~29 years) and during the Memorial Day weekend this year, the interior ceiling showed some bubbles after a rainy day. I suspected that the old roof started to leak. I emailed/called a bunch of local roofing companies and none of them responded except RIGA. Even some companies that claimed to have 24/7 emergency services didnt respond. Its even more annoying that some companies did have people picking up the phone who, however, could only take a message which would never get responded.In contrast to other companies, Yuriy from RIGA responded to my call and scheduled a visit quickly. It turned out that they couldnt schedule the actual roof replacement job before the next rainy day, but they nicely offered to put up a temporary cover on my roof. During the roof replacement, they found that my gutters were too old and also needed replacement. In the end, they helped to replace both the roof and the gutters. They have done a great job.

We just had a roof replacement done on our raised ranch home. We are very happy with the results. Yuriy was able to provide a quote promptly and was also able to accommodate our scheduling with no issues. All aspects of the installation, old roof removal and site clean up was completely and quickly handled by him and his team. I was very satisfied with the craftsmanship. After the roof was completed we followed up and also had them install gutter caps on the gutter system of our home as well. In my opinion, this is a very well run operation.
