    We used AACs services to repair the wood rot damage on a window sill, door sill, and some of the sidings on our new (to us) house. Igor was very professional and quickly and efficiently repaired the damage with high-quality materials, including replacing insulation inside the damaged sidings.We highly recommend AAC for exterior carpentry work and will gladly work with Igor again on future projects.

    Igor was recommended by our realtor for extensive foundational repair that was essential to the integrity of our newly purchased home. He was quick and easy to communicate with, fitting in this big repair into his already busy schedule. He was flexible and thoughtful towards working with our schedules and finding the time to get the job done.Additionally, Igor installed new bathroom flooring for us- also fitting that project into his schedule between larger projects. He offered much-needed professional advice, recommendations, and answered numerous product/installation questions that helped me to understand what my best options were. The bathroom floors came out better than I could have imagined, and he exceeded my expectations! I was very impressed with his skill level of being able to install the flooring without removing the cast iron tub/all the piping and his ability to perfectly measure/cut and join all the floorboard edges with very uneven walls of our very old house. Igor also noticed one of our doors didnt latch tightly due to an ill-fitting strike, and he fixed it without mention before he left for the day (truly ‘salt of the earth’ kind of person)!I think it’s also important to mention that Igor is honest, trustworthy, and very professional- as he finished the flooring installation, I had written him a check for the total amount listed at the bottom of my quote, not realizing that the quote included the cost of flooring as well. I had purchased the flooring previously, and Igor noticed that I had looked this over. He pointed this out to me and had me adjust his check accordingly, ensuring I didn’t overpay him.I would highly recommend Igor for any contracting/carpentry needs, and I feel relieved knowing I have him as my go-to contractor for any future fixes and renovations!

    Igor did phenomenal work, and well happily have him back to our house the next time we need installation or repairs.Igor was respectful from the very beginning, coming over to offer a quote and being willing to wear a high-quality mask when our infant was in the house. His consideration was a good sign of things to come -- during a week in which we were out of the house, he stayed communicative with us about his work progress and issues, and even salted our driveway in response to a winter storm.The quality of Igors work was fantastic. He was repairing the work of another contractor whose subs did shoddy work, and he left the house looking and working much better than before he arrived. He had creative ideas about solving problems that turned out to be the right decisions. We felt like we were in good hands from start to finish.Knowledgeable, respectful, skilled. Dont hesitate to hire.

    I contacted Igor last minute because I needed a door and doorframe replaced on a rental unit. He didnt know anything about me except for that and still he was wonderful! He squeezed me into his schedule, sent me estimate quickly, did the job exactly when he said he would and it looks awesome! The biggest piece of this is that the painter had already painted the inside of the apartment and you wouldnt even know that Igor put the door and doorframe in AFTER the painting was done. It looks like the door has always been there and the new paint wasnt affected at all! That to me is the exact example of quality work by a true professional. I will always use Igor from now on and definitely recommend him to everyone who needs a carpenter. If he was this awesome with just a door and doorframe, just imagine how amazing hed be with bigger jobs. I couldnt be any happier.

    Igor was very good at scheduling and managing the worksite. We had several changes that we made and Igor was always able to change products or add a new section in. He worked on decks and windows and siding as one structural unit. The integrated work should last for 50 years!

    I used Igor to remodel my front porch on my 20 year old house. Igor came to my house and gave me his professional recommendations to what would look best for my front porch.Igor was very polite and professional at all times.Igor gave me a timeline to when he could start the job and he stuck to his word. He is a delightful man - easy to work with and great at listening to your goals and explaining how best to accomplish them. He has great skills.     We had kitchen cabinets installed by Igor into my in-laws old house. We didnt realize how slanted the walls and floor was, but igor took the time to lay everything straight. It was certainly a bigger project than any of us realized, but Igor continues with the job without blinking. His work was clean and professional. We will certainly look to use him again for future projects.

    Igor did a meticulous and artful job rebuilding our 12x24 deck. He did everything we expected of an experienced professional carpenter. He presented a proposal with detailed costs of all the materials and completion date. He removed all the old cedar railing, steps and decking. He installed a new cedar deck that included a clever hidden access to the cellar, a brand new stairway into the side yard and replaced the original stairs. Our former railing was weathered and loose from 15 years of snow. He recommended a composite railing that has been wonderful all winter and doesn’t need painting! Despite the weather conditions, he completed the job in a reasonable time. We would highly recommend him: he is honest, experienced and worked within our budget.     Igor has done work for me off and on for years. Recently he redid much of my basement due to mold issues. He came up with good ideas on improving my office and workbench space. We need more workers like Igor’s company. I trust him and he is reasonable

    Igor recently repaired a building envelope challenge that was presenting as a leaky sliding glass door. It turned out to be a flashing issue. For this half-day repair, he worked time and materials, was efficient, professional, and fit our job in between some bigger projects a while after coming out to check it out and strategize about how to approach the project. It took a bit longer for him to get to us than I originally expected, but communication was good, and I realize that with a small job and no huge urgency (leak was only happening in big storms), the timing was reasonable. Im so relieved to be going into the winter confident not to have water entering the house--and without having to replace the door!
