Aran helped us in the middle of the night to guide us through the process of turning our generator on. He and Dorothy got us an appointment the next AM to fix our generator. Dan and Kenny came to service us. They were both EXCELLENT! We love Pure Power Generators! Everyone went above and beyond to help us.

A general contractor highly recommended Pure Power when I was in urgent need of maintenance on a generator. Aran (the owner) responded quickly and was very helpful in expediting service. John was able to meet same day and promptly repaired, while also taking time to explain along the way. Pricing was very reasonable and the entire office staff was also a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended!

Had a power outage and realized I had a problem with my generator. I called Pure Power. I talked with Aaron who was super friendly. He took the time to explain a lot to me even helped me try to trouble shoot before sending a tech. The power came back on so we decided a visit would be good the following day.They found a serious problem with the generator. I was out of warranty by a few months so when I called Generac, they didn’t really want to help me. Aaron spent a lot of time talking with generac on my behalf. He then decided to send a different tech to my home to have another look. They were actually able to fix the problem without having to wait for the decision at generac. Pure power then only charged me for the annual service.I believe any other company would’ve charged me way more once they originally diagnosed the problem and “had me on the hook to pay for it already.” Pure powers honesty and integrity have created a customer for life. Thank you guys!

I had my annual service call with Delron today. What a pleasure! Arrived spot-on time, got right to work, and was clear on work to be done. After heading into the house to check the system he turned off all the lights and was on his way. Courteous--efficient and professional. 5 stars!

Had to get a generator fixed ASAP and Pure Power did not disappoint, they got the issue solved as fast as Generac would ship them the parts.Did such a good job I brought my other generator in for service!!
