    I had a leaky pipe behind my washer. I called Sharp and they sent me Gabriel who replaced my old metal pipes with pearly white pvc pipes. The job was quick and he even added copper supports for me hot and cold water connectors. Very happy with my service and will be calling them again in the future.

    I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Leo and Robert from Sharp Plumbing and Heating. They worked very hard for four hours to find the cause of our blockage and flooding. They even went into two manholes on our street, which is how they finally found the issue. The owner, Carlos, even came to help towards the end. All three of them were upbeat in manner, patient in explaining things, and respectful of our property. The company use of technology is up to date and very helpful. Thank you all very much for your help!

    Our experience with Sharp has always been positive. And our most recent service was the same. Our well pump was failing and needed to be replaced. We were able to schedule a same day appointment to have it replaced. Gabriel was dispatched to the service call. He worked hard and without complaint until 7PM. He was knowledgeable, polite, and thorough.

They performed the annual flush of my hot water heater, tested the homes water and did a general inspection of the plumbing/valves in the house. At the end they informed me of their findings and gave me a quote to repair the issues found. They will be back later this week to resolve and fix the issues they discovered during their visit.I would definitely use them again.

    Dennis and Robert did a fantastic job. I had a tricky cast iron replacement that other plumbers were nervous to work on. Dennis and Robert came right on time, worked quickly and diligently, and got the job done better than I even expected. They even get bonus points for going to get a piece of black pvc to match the existing cast iron. They will be my go-to plumbers going forward.

    I recently hired Sharp for some maintenance and replacements, and I’m very satisfied with their work. They replaced my water purifier and softener, and carefully inspected potential leak areas in the house. They also replaced the control valves next to the toilet and under the sink in the bathroom, replaced the faucets for the sink, and intalled a new toilet. Additionally, they performed maintenance of the water pipes on the furnace. The plumber was very thorough and kept everything clean throughout the whole process. Overall, excellent service!

    My technician Gui did an amazing job! He was super thorough and walked me thru all the work that needed to be done and gave suggestions as to what may need to be done in the future.     Joe Coelho did a wonderful job of installing the down draft propane gas cooktop and also connected the downdraft system to the cooktop in a professional manner. He knew what he was doing and did a clean install. He came back again to fix the burner issue where the flames were very weak and diagnosed that the issue was not related to the cooktop, but the regulator on the propane tank. He also took the time to explain and show his diagnosis on the propane tank with the knowledge of an expert.The Propane gas tank company came and replaced the regulator and the issue was resolved. I will definitely hire Sharp Plumbing and heating for any future repairs or Installation.

    Wow, this was so amazing to have such a great company locally in Northborough. I just searched for same day plumbing services, and was not sure what to expect...But Leo was very forthcoming and honest about the whole situation, working with me to get my overall house up-and-running after I had a pipe leak causing my basement to flood, and taking out the furnace with it. While the insurance company took its sweet time to figure out next steps, Sharp Plumbing went above and beyond to take care of my immediate concerns, and get water (heat/hot water) back to my house!I cannot thank them enough, and highly recommend to anyone in the area - Im a customer for any future plumbing needs!

    Leo is an experienced and skilled plumber and did a great job replacing our kitchen faucet. Hell be our go-to guy in the future for our residential plumbing needs. Sharp was great overall, including fantastic customer service and supporting technology including tracking, invoicing and payment. I dont love the fixed pricing model, which ends up being more expensive than a standard time-plus-materials charge. But, I understand how the pricing model supports the overall no-hassle service model. Its worth it for homeowners looking for easy, reliable service. We recommend Sharp.

    Professional service and went to great lengths to make sure we understood what was going on and what the issues were. I do think that they were a bit young and it came across as if they were still learning, which is fine because how do you learn if you don’t garner experience. Next time, I would send a more tenured person along with the young men/newbies so that they have someone to help them if they get stuck. But other than that, I think they did a great job!

    Leo arrived on time, per promise with a buddy plumber. He also gave 6 options for the fix, and I had to choose the last one, I mean the cheapest one that still can solve the issue. The only thing I would say, he should have the needed part in the truck. He and his buddy went out for the needed part and that held of the fix work for 45 minutes. However, once they were back with the correct part, the fix was another few minutes. I am giving him a 5 star review.

    Varni and Josh did a great job showed up right on time and were very knowledgeable and personable. I hired them to give me an estimate on my main sewer line but it cannot be fixed with their liner system. They were very upfront about it. While they were here I asked them to replace a shut off valve which they agreed to do and quickly replaced it. They did a great job, had reasonable prices and cleaned up after they were done. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

    It was a bad day overall for me with this house but the only bright spot was getting the drain unclogged and a leak fixed.     This was honestly one of the best experiences Ive had with a home repair. Communication was great, the price was reasonable with no hidden costs, the guys were on time and professional, did a great job installing a new boiler in one day and cleaned up after. They even took extra time to test the system and make changes to increase the heat. Joe was confident and skilled, and Ariana was great to work with in the office. Highly, highly recommended.

    Leo came all the way out here, painstakingly diagnosed the problem with my heating system, and let me know it fell under the purview of the oil company. While they definitely COULD perform the service at their usual rate, he let me know that I could call in the oil company to do it for free! I very much appreciate how they look out for the customers best interest, Ill be keeping their number handy for any future services!

    First time using Sharp and it was a great experience. Called at 4:45pm the previous day and they had someone come by right away the next morning. The technician - Victor did a great job diagnosing and solving the problem with my gas heating system. I recommend their service and will use them again!

    Joe was beyond professional. The first impression was great, they came with their own booties which I thought was respectful to not track dirt in the house, they wore their masks the whole time which made me feel safe as well. Joe immediately explained to me how he works and what to expect, making the visit feel friendly, open and honest from the start. Not only did he successfully fix the problem he came for but he offered a walk through of my house to make sure every thing was functioning correctly. He kept me informed the entire time and ensured I knew what was going on at every level. He also mapped out the options and prices for me in a concise and easy to understand manner with a breakdown of all the prices and made sure I was okay with everything before moving forward. We will absolutely be calling this company anytime we run into plumbing or heating issues!

    Varni answered a last minute call to fix toilet. He was friendly, professional and was able to take care of the situation.Very impressed with Sharp customer service as well. Very kind and courteous. Went above and beyond to get me the last minute help needed to get thru the weekend. Definitely recommend and will use them again!**** Also had work done today with Carlos and I am so grateful and pleased with his knowledge and amazing work!!     Leo and his partner were courteous and explained everything before they did the works and showed the price per task before starting. Pricing was high but supported the value. Leo stayed until. 6:45 on a Friday to get the job done. Not many people do that anymore!

    The technician, Carlos, arrived right on time, was exceptionally polite and professional, and worked quickly and efficiently. The staff I spoke with on the phone to schedule the work were friendly and helpful. The cost came out just about in the middle of the range I was expecting from researching the job.     Great service !! From the front desk which answered my call and kept me updated on changes of appointment and confirming times to Varni and Randy who did a great job at our home today. Both very nice and friendly, explaining all the problems we were having and giving us every different options of repairing that we had . They repaired our problem quickly and I would definitely recommend this company to any friend or person who needs a plumbing or heating repair .

    My garbage disposal had to be replaced as it stop working and start leaking inside the cabinet. After calling several plumbing companies, Sharp was the only company that could send someone within three days after the call. I had never used them before but was very impressive with their online reviews. I found out that it was all true, they were very professional from the moment that I first contacted them until the job completion. Victor was very professional, knowledgeable and clean, he explained to me all the options available and let me choose the best option for me. I totally recommend Sharp Plumbing.

    Sharp Plumbing did the bathtub and toilet installation when we were remodeling our bathroom. They do offer a 2-year warranty on their labor. A year after the installation the bathtub cracked, because of some issue with the mortar under the tub. Sharp Plumbing honored its warranty and replaced the tub free of charge. I would hire them again because I liked how professional they were about the issue. Thats how business should take care of its customers!

    I had a family member try to help me install a new faucet which did not go as planned. I ended up needing a plumber and made several calls with no answer/return call until I finally tried Sharp and got someone immediately. They were able to get me on the schedule that day and Victor and Robert installed my new faucet and also switched out the old shut offs under the sink as they were in bad shape. They were pleasant and efficient. It cost a bit more than I was expecting, but I was in the position of needing it done that day and honestly anytime I need to hire a plumber it costs me a small fortune so I probably shouldnt have been surprised. I would use Sharp again in the future.

    My service call was expected to happen in the early morning, but was delayed due to emergency service required by another customer. While this delay was happening, I was notified in a timely fashion by Sharp plumbing and given updated information on my plumbers expected arrival time.When Carlos arrived, he was very respectful of my home and polite in conversation. He displayed good knowledge of the work required for my plumbing needs, explained everything to me in detail, and was able to provide a quote for a significant number of jobs in a short time. He completed all work required in a single visit and to a high standard. Carlos did an excellent job!Overall, I had an excellent experience with Sharp plumbing and would definitely consider them for future work.

    Very satisfied with my experience with Sharp plumbing!! Had a clogged toilet. Don was fabulous. Explained everything so well. He fixed the issue and then did an entire home plumbing inspection. They were also very speedy. Same day service!!! A+ operations. Will call again. .

    Our AC went down in the middle of a heatwave. Sharp Plumbing and Heating answered right away when I called and sent somebody out immediately.
