They were there when they said they were coming. The clean up was excellent. If I had any questions they answered them. Very friendly people that did the work. I watched and took my pictures besides the ones I couldnt see on top. RJ sent them to me. Im so excited that my house is looking new again. We just had a siding job completed on our home! We are very pleased. The men who worked on our home were diligent! RJ was very quick to respond to any questions that we had. After the initial quote was given we had to make many attempts to get the job started. Once things got going it was smooth sailing. Moses..Angel and others were always kind and hard working. I wish I knew all of their names to thank them individually! I highly recommend this team and am thankful to have worked with them !

I am very happy with my experience working with Klaus. Greg Coutu was extremely helpful and patient through the whole process and went above and beyond with helping me figure everything out. My Fiancé and I just had Klaus Larsen do our roof in Tolland. From quoting (nearly two hours on site on a Sunday evening) through installation the whole process was handled professionally, on time and on budget. A competitor spent 15 minutes on site and flat out declined to look in the attic for leaks and wood damage..no such corner cutting with Klaus.RJ and his crew did an excellent job on project day and gave us a fantastic looking roof. They even built a custom barrier to keep debris out of our pool. We can’t recommend klaus Larsen or RJ and team enough.

My experience with Klaus Larsen Roofing was excellent from start to finish. After completing their online form, I received a phone call within fifteen minutes. The appointment was scheduled a little further out than I wanted, but the customer service rep said they would try to get to me sooner if it was possible. A day later, their Sales Rep David called and rescheduled for a much sooner date. David’s presentation, while fast-paced, was informative and thorough. We were given an emailed estimate on the spot. They won my business not only because of their pricing and presentation, but they were the only contractor I met with who took getting a permit seriously. My project manager, Ryan, was communicative and on-site as promised. He and I texted prior to the installation date to ensure a smooth operation. The crew arrived with no issue, the job was completed to my satisfaction, and anyone I interacted with was polite and professional. I recommend Klaus Larsen Roofing for your project. Request David and Ryan. You won’t be disappointed.

The Klaus Larsen team under the direction of Rene Godbout was nothing short of outstanding. They worked quickly with extreme professionalism. In less than 7 hours they stripped the old roof, made necessary repairs, and installed the new roof. After they left you couldnt even tell they had been there except that now we have a beautiful new, high quality roof. There is no other company I would recommend. If you need a new roof put Klaus on your house!

The entire process starting with a visit by your sales representative,Greg, that was the beginning of an overall positive experience. The description of the materials and the reason for their use was clearly defined and the contract reflected all aspects of the work that was to be performed. As far as the actual work that was done, the project manager, Diego,and his work crew were outstanding in completion of all elements of the contract. They worked very hard and in an organized manner under extremely hot weather conditions ensuring all work was completed properly on a complex roof and in only one day. The crew is worth their weight in gold, as they are a key element in Klaus Larsen roofing companys success. I would highly recommend Klaus roofing to others

The team arrived by 7:30am like RJ the project manager said. RJ went through the work to be done with me while the crew was setting up the site. Ive know plenty of roofers over the years so when RJ said they would finosh the job in a day i had my doubts. The team crushed it. They hit the ground running and didnt stop until it was done. By 2:45pm the roof was done, the site was clean, and they put back eveything they had to move right where it was before they started. I was very impressed with the teams performance. If you are looking to get your roof replaced, I recommend making Klaus Larsen one of the companies you have quote the job.

I recently had my roof replaced by Klaus Larsen and could not be more satisfied. The initial consultation with Jim Rathel was the first sign that this company knows what its doing. Of all the quotes that I received, Jim was the only salesperson who asked to see the interior of the attic. He spent more than an hour walking me through the process and explaining the materials that would be used. I really appreciated that attention to detail. He provided a comprehensive proposal in real time and explained each item. Overall, Jim was super professional and just a very nice guy to deal with.It took a couple of months for me to coordinate the removal of my solar panels with my solar company. No problem for Klaus Larsen - they just asked me to give them notice once I had a removal date and they would slot me in the schedule. At this point I was communicating directly with project manager Diego Fernandez. Diego was also a total professional and communication was clear and constant. We had to push the job back a couple of times due to the weather, but finally we had a date.The materials and dumpster were dropped off the day before the job, as scheduled. The day of the job the crew arrived promptly at the scheduled time. Diego was there and we reconfirmed the game plan. I was still skeptical that they would be able to complete such a large job in a single day, but it was a large crew. (Jim had previously assured me that they bring an appropriately sized crew to get each job done on time.) About 15 minutes later, the landscaping and sides of the house were covered in protective netting and the crew was on top of the house tearing the roof off. This crew was working HARD and you could tell that they were experienced. Diego mentioned that he and the crew had been together for more than five years. I left after the job started and Diego stayed on-site the entire time to supervise the work, take progress photos, and provide updates. Like Jim, Diego was wonderful to work with and I felt very comfortable knowing that the job was in his hands.By 6:30pm the new roof was on and the protective netting was removed. Diego took me on a walk-around inspection and showed me the progress photos he had taken throughout the day. The biggest surprise was how clean our property was. Based on stories from friends and family, I was expecting crushed landscaping, random nails everywhere, and maybe even some incidental property damage. Our property looked exactly how it did before the crew arrived, if anything the deck actually looked cleaner than before! I have yet to find a stray nail after sweeping the property, which is pretty remarkable considering the controlled chaos that goes into replacing a roof. The true test came a week later after a massive downpour. The roof performed flawlessly.Klaus Larsen was the highest bid that I received, but it was still competitive and I went with them because I felt that they would do the best job. And for something like a roof replacement, I didnt want to cut corners. The workmanship and finished product justified my decision. After seeing how seamless the process was, how hard the team worked, and how great the roof came out, I actually feel like I received decent value for the money. Not many people can say that after getting their roof replaced.If you want professionalism and peace of mind (and of course, a great new roof) then I strongly recommend that you give this company a look.

We just had Klaus Larsen put a new roof on our home a couple days ago. They showed up on time, and they did a great job. RJ, who is the project manager, stayed at our home the whole time the job was being done, and answered any questions I had. They cleaned up everything afterward. Experience was above and beyond my high expectations for a new roof. Tony and RJ where an absolute pleasure to work with. I first met Tony who stood by me the entire time leading up to my installation. Tony made sure I understood the Klaus roofing system and all it’s benefits over traditional systems. I never felt pressured by Tony and he made me feel really comfortable about taking my time and thinking everything through. Other companies gave me quotes and would put a lot of pressure on me to sign that day which made me feel really uncomfortable and awkward. The day of installation RJ and his crew arrived to the property on time and eager to get it done in a single day. RJ let me know if I had any questions or concerns he’d be right outside to pertain to them. Roof looks beyond what I was expecting and now I can feel good knowing my house is protected for a very long, long time due to the unquestionably high quality of the Klaus roofing system! I was talking with the gentleman that was here who was in charge to contractor for your company and we were talking about the front door how it was put in almost a decade and a half ago and how it was put in 100% totally wrong so linden near future future hopefully within a couple months or so I am looking to see if I can get the door redone The door is fine the outdoors fine its just all the work that was done putting it in the door was totally not done correctly so we did talk about that and like I said Im very happy with the roof that I have now Im very very satisfied very satisfied so I dont know what else you would like me to say both people were very well and they treated me very kindly and we were able to get everything else taken care of The check is in the mail today its already been picked up so you should have it by next week Tuesday or Wednesday whatever information Im supposed to get back that Simone I think that was thats his name said that Im supposed to get Ill get back in the mail you guys have yourself a good weekend and enjoy it thank you very much

Wonderful experience with Klaus Larsen roofing. Patrick came to give us an estimate. He was the only person of the four people who came to our house, that went on the roof, took pictures, and actually showed us what and where the problems were. He left us with product information to look through. There was absolutely no pressure! Diego and his crew came at 7:00 a.m. to do the roof. They made plywood houses to protect our bushes and plants. They worked so well together and left the area spotless! They weren’t the cheapest or the most expensive quote we received. They were well worth every penny! I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof. We were so pleased, we are having them come back to install a gutter system.

Daniel came out to give us a quote on a gutter repair and noticed several defects on our roof caused by another company. Daniel went above and beyond documenting, taking pictures, and consulting with his boss on what the original roofers should fix, given that its under warranty. Even though I didnt go with Klaus Larsen for the roof repairs, given that my roofs under warranty, they were so helpful, and I will absolutely have them fix my gutters once all this other stuff is taken care of! You wont get this attention to detail elsewhere! I wish I had them redo my roof in the first place!

Diego Fernandez’s team was great. They worked quickly and efficiently and did a really nice job with cleaning up the yard/nails afterwards. We only found a few nails outside which was great and a real relief when it came to driving our cars afterwards. Diego also saved us a couple hundred dollars because the previous homeowner had a ridge vent installed that was not up to code, so we didn’t have to replace it, after all. Great work and would recommend to others.

The downspout on our front gutters got hopelessly blocked, and every time it rained my flower bed got pummeled by the overflowing gutter. Aside from the blockage the gutters were in tough shape, so we decided to replace the gutters entirely.Klaus installation team was the most professional contracting outfit Ive ever seen. Their communication was fantastic, everyone was dressed in sharp company uniforms, and the work trucks had clean logos and looked super well maintained. It might seem superficial to care about that, but Ive had contractors show up to my door in their personal vehicle, wearing street clothes, their work estimate consisted of some numbers on scratch paper, and the whole exchange just felt sketchy. Having Klauss crew working on my property was an absolute 5 star experience. I cant imagine how a team could be any better.Our new gutters look fantastic, and work perfectly. Excellent value for the price. Im not a big online review writer, but these guys deserve the shout out. Theyre literally the best.

Lorenzo came out and went through ever single detail of not only the installation product but also everything that would go on during the installation. I was in a panic. But the customer service representative who first answered my call was calm understood my anxiety put me at ease and quickly scheduled my visit with friendly professionalism. James Rathel contacted me the very same day. He confirmed the appointment but went beyond that and offered to come sooner if he could and even to bring necessary items along with him to ensure that my property was protected until work could be done. He was calm put my anxieties at ease, listened carefully and patiently, and made me feel that they were my partners in getting me through this. James arrived promptly on the day of my appointment and examined the areas I pointed out for sources of leaks in my roof. He immediately was able to discern that my roof was actually intact and that my problem really was the HVAC system. He took time to explain the HVAC system how it caused that problem for me and even drew diagrams. He went even further in helping to eliminate some of the water that had collected in the attic to reduce the risk of further leaks while I waited for repair. He went way beyond what was necessary with kindness patience professionalism pleasantness and clearly a desire to treat the customer like someone important like someone who was family. He did not try to sell me something I didnt need. He actually completed a full examination of the roof and explained the signs of when a roof would be in need of repair and showed me pictures videos and drone captures of my roof and attic so that I could feel confident that my roof was intact. Although he did explain how Klaus Larson repairs and roofing replacements are done he did not try to sell me anything. The entire visit he was smiling comforting and ready to assist. Im actually a little disappointed that I didnt need them at this time because of the excellent service I enjoyed but they will certainly be my first contact when Im ready to actually change or repair my roof which will be soon. This is the second time we have used Klaus Larsen LLC for roofing (two different houses). Both times, Patrick was exceptional during the contracting process, explaining everything with excellent transparency. Diego and his crew were amazing when it came time to do the work. It turned out that the roof needed far more work than we knew. The old roof was improperly installed, not anywhere up to code, and all the plywood was extremely moldy. This was backed up by pictures, options were given, and a very fair quote provided to do the job correctly. It should be noted that the potential for more work being needed was disclosed at the time of the initial contract negotiations. We wouldn’t know until the shingles were removed. The roof was old and corners were clearly cut when that roof was installed! Diego and his crew still managed to complete everything during a very long day for the crew, left everything spotless and did meticulous work. Everyone was even friendly and pride in their work was evident! We recommend them highly.

After living in my home for 2 years I realized that a new roof would be needed before the next winter rolled round. I had seen yard signs advertising Klaus Larsen roofing in my area so I thought Id get an estimate.I requested a call back on their site and the next day I got a call to book an appointment with a salesperson to go over options. Two days later Tony arrived promptly and spent almost 3 hours going over every inch of the process after thoroughly inspecting areas of the house such as the crawl spaces in my attic (braver man than me) as well as walking over the roof surfaces to take measurements etc. Its almost a diservice to call Tony a salesman cause at no point did I feel he was persuading me to take their product but was genuinely confident and proud of the Klaus Roofing System. It was an easy decision to agree to go ahead with the work after I got my estimate which for the work that was to be done was extremely reasonable.After the product and installation demo (not calling it a sales pitch) I got a call a week or so later from RJ who was going to be the site foreman for the job, he arranged a date that worked explained the next steps and that the materials and a dumpster would be delivered before the day. Which they were without a hitch.Day of installation comes round and RJ and his crew of roofers arrived around 730 and set straight to work, they had everything they needed (all I had to supply was an extension cord). RJ kept me in the loop with any areas that once exposed had issues and that he was concerned with (140 year old house problems) but kept all additional costs to a minimum which I was extremely grateful for and through his and his crews dillingence I did not owe any more than what was previously agreed. Huge relief. By 4 oclock the roof was complete and my yard free of debris.Contractors are often demonized cause 1 bad experience can sour your opinions of them but in my case I will champion Klaus Larsen roofing without hesitation: every person I spoke to or interacted with was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and understanding. I didnt feel I was being taken for a ride or ripped off and when you are parting with large amounts of money that is a good feeling.Thank you all again for the amazing job!

Cant say I was blown away by the installation, they had to come back and replace some rotted decking they installed over. However, to their credit after sending them pictures of my concerns they were back out within a week. After that experience I do get the feeling if I have any further problems with the roof in the future they will honor their warranty.If you do decide to go with them and you know you have a problem area somewhere on your roof just make sure you make it explicitly clear to the site foreman before they start so it does not get overlooked.

The workers arrived right on time the morning of, led by our foreman John, and got to work quickly. They were done by 2:30 PM and out by 3 PM. Dumpster was picked up later that night. It was actually shocking to me that a roof project could be completed so quickly, efficiently and well-done based on my previous experiences. I was surprised when the estimate was the lowest one by only a few hundred dollars. We received 3 quotes in all and no one else spent any quality time at the home. He said the job would take one day, it took two but my builder friends were still pretty amazed at that. The old shingles are recycled to asphalt. They pay a dollar a nail for any found on the premises. They protected plantings and our extensive deck as they promised. I would recommend their work anytime.

Once on site Patrick had a good assessment of the age of my roof by the signs of aging I noticed. Patrick also did a deeper evaluation by going onto the roof and also from the ground level where he was able to pin point areas of distress. Once we went inside the attic the physical signs of stress collaborated with the outside speculations that Patrick had pointed out. Next we discussed our options for remediating the situation. Patrick provided me with three very detailed options and also provided me with samples of all materials that will be used. I was very impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of the sales inspection representative and am very confident that I have chosen the right solution for my set of circumstances.
