For those looking for a solid, skillful, creative and competent construction company, I highly recommend a call to Manning Enterprises in Eastern Connecticut. They are skillful and reliable workers who are experienced, knowledgeable, and sensitive to their clients concerns.. They have helped me several times on projects involving flooring, painting and carpentry. They not only delivered what I asked for, they gave me advice on several aspects of the jobs and creatively improved them. They provide a professionally detailed initial quotation that is comprehensive and fair. I initially felt that the quotes were a bit more expensive than competitors but given the quality of their craftsmanship and their recognition of needs and designs that I was unaware of, the value of their work was considerably less expensive in the long run. I even noticed long after the projects were over that they had often repaired needed small , but necessary matters that I had never noticed and they did so without any additional charges. They finished their work when they said they would and they had been so friendly and courteous that we missed them when they left. That explains why we have used them again and again. They are interesting, competent, and creative people.

Worked with them several times over the years thanks to a 200 year old house and its associated needs/repairs. They always have multiple options and suggestions and are flexible to work within whatever requirements of the project be they resource limitations or functional requirements. Highly recommended for household repair work.
