    First off I want to shout out to Tyler for doing a great job given the awful location of a broken drain pipe.Arctic Plumbing and Heating was able to come out within a week of doing the estimate and the price was without the range we expected, even with some extra work having to have been done. The work was quick, efficient, and Tyler walked me through everything he was doing and provided information that will be beneficfor moving forward with our home. Thank you Arctic Plumbing and Heating and Tyler!

    Woke up at 3am to no heat on a Sunday, made an emergency call to get the boiler looked at and Gene with Arctic Plumbing came out and did troubleshooting until he found the issue, the fuel pump on the boiler went out. He took the time to show me step by step everything we was replacing. Turns out the person from another company I was going through to service my boiler every summer wasnt doing much of anything at all to actually service my boiler. The fuel filter was old and dirty, the electrodes were out of alignment, and a few other small things that needed attention. I highly reccomend these guys for their attention to detail and taking the time to show me every part they removed and how they went bad/were going bad.

    Arctic Plumbing was there for me fast when the bottom unit of my duplex flooded! Later on I was having issues with the well while deployed overseas and Jim was there within hours two days in a row until the problem was fixed for an affordable price. Want peace of mind, quality work and savings??? Go with Arctic Plumbing, they have proved themselves several times to be the most professional and caring people in the business.

    I contacted Arctic Plumbing and Heating in a pinch for a rental home undergoing renovations in North Pole. Diana showed exceptional customer service by listening to and understanding my situation; and working with me to arrange service. The work ended up being WAY more than the crew bargained for, but they completed the job with professionalism and tact.This company beyond exceeded my expectations at one of the busiest times of the year. Arctic Plumbing and Heating treats its customers with care and understanding .... not just another dollar.

    Jim and his team are great. Very professional and curt when it comes to diagnosing your plumbing issues. Had a pipe in the house that was giving me issues. For starters, he was about the only plumber in town that could make it to my house within 10 days of calling. When he came out, he took a look at the problem and decided when needed to be done. 24 hours later, Jim and the crew came out and cleared out the pipe that was giving me issues. Less than one hour on the ground.Heres what I learned about some of the competition in the Fairbanks area. A lot of the Plumbing and Heating companies dont do water piping, they plumb heating pipes for baseboard heating and floors.

    I have a house that I am trying to sell. I am currently in the state of Wyoming and the House I am selling is in North Pole AK. Long story short, My house froze. Chase and his crew have been very helpful. Chase has talked me through what I need to do from making sure the Insurance company is contacted to contacting the Mortgage holder for the paperwork need for his payments. Chase was there with in minutes after being call for the frozen house. Thanks to Chase and his crew all I have to worry about is the checks for his payments from the insurance company.Thanks!!!!

    I have seen the work that Arctic Plumbing and Heating and Edstrom Construction Co does first hand and I can tell you that they are one of the best companies for fire and flood restoration. They are excellent at working with the customers and the insurance companies and have always finished on time and usually well within the allotted budget.

    Chase and Jim over at Arctic Plumbing and Edstrom Construction fixed the major commercial plumbing problem we had at the River Mall. They replaced main water supply lines and sewer lines. They even interfaced directly with our property insurance to ensure coverage of our freeze-damage claim. They did a great job!

    Our zone control panel went bad, losing power to our boiler and no heat to the house during the cold spell. We called the emergency line and had help within the hour. Gene came back the next day and talked us through everything that he fixed, and explained how to find things in the future. Above 5 star service, would absolutely recommend and will be calling Arctic Plumbing for anything we need in the future!

    They came out a few weeks ago and defrosted our well for us. They informed us that our heat trace was bad and needed to be replaced in the summer. They gave us a solution to run water continuously throughout the day….I had mindlessly turned the faucet off last night and the well froze again. They were kind enough to give us information of the things we needed to defrost the well ourselves. Their customer service is great. We would call them for all our plumbing needs in the future. Highly recommend. They answered every call I gave them today with questions and with no issue gave me the answers. Thankyou guys!

    Our heater quit working, we called the emergency line. They showed up within the hour, diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes and solved the problem for much less than I thought it would be. We are so appreciative, the service was so friendly and our house is warm again.

    Great service. I was matched on home-advisor for a furnace tune up. When Arctic Plumbing and Heating contacted me about the job they were happy to schedule a Saturday visit to accommodate my work schedule and quoted half what was quoted to me by others for a weekend call.     When my renters destroyed my rental, i could not find a contractor that was good that had the time to get to my job, being it was in the fall. Then my son told me about Edstrom. He used them in the past, and i saw the quality of their work. They did a fantastic job. Now my renal looks even better then it did before.Not only that, but they care about the home owners as well. Go to them first. And avoid all the stress that comes, when your place is damaged.
