    Great service, great communication and the technicians are knowledgeable! They were spot on their quote they first gave me. Also they installed a bad check valve and after discovering the issue with the newly installed water pump. They came back out to fix the issue. The equipment and service is under warranty to a degree. I highly recommend Alaska Best! Ask for Lonnie as your technician! Very family oriented!

    Just got the new System 2000 installed!! Very good looking work!! The technicians were very professional. Two days install and cleaned up after project completed. I recommend using this family owned company. The service is excellent and very good quality work. I will be using them for all my future projects. One more furnace and some plumbing work.

    My Furnace wasnt igniting. Called a few places in town and nobody was answering so I called AK best plumbing and heating. The young man was able to come over in 30minutes and diagnosed/replaced the part in 30minutes. He was very polite and I appreciated that he took his boots off without me even asking! They have won my business!

    It was time to replace our boiler unit and water heater, and these guys made quick work of it. Professional, punctual, personable; there is a lot to like about them. Our main concern was keeping our 5 children and two dogs out of their way, but this didnt hinder them as they were family friendly and mindful of the little ones the entire time. I will be calling them to do the annual maintenance because I can trust them to provide peace of mind.

    They have been my grandmothers first call when something goes on and they ave been great! when we moved into her house after she went to a pioneer home they were just as amazing and they were great with my kids (because they are curious about everything and love to watch) and also great with my 2 dogs (I have a pit and husky who love people and when we watched our friends dog they made sure to call so we could put the dog in his crate) and 4 cats (who crave attention)When we stopped getting water we called after hours they were there ASAP and found out our well pump went out. They unfortunately couldnt fix it but we are glad we could identify the problem right then and there.

    Absolutely would recommend! The crew from Alaska Best Plumbing & Heating installed a EK System 2000 when my old cast iron boiler was on its way out. They were very responsive, professional, and downright honest from the very beginning starting with the at home consultation. They did not try to nickel and dime me and new exactly what was right for me and my family. Installation was quick, convenient, and done with the highest quality. I am extremely satisfied with the new boiler and look forward to doing business with them again.

    I live in Delta and we only have 1 good boiler guy so as you can imagine its impossible to schedule him. I called these guys on someone elses recommendation and they did an excellent job! No travel charge if its on their monthly scheduled days in Delta, on time (actually they called and said they had extra time so he came early), cleaned and replaced parts as needed, made adjustments and tested when finished, very reasonable rates. They left no mess behind and were done in an hour. I would recommend them to everyone in Delta and will definitely be using them next fall for the annual cleaning of our boiler.

    They have the best service, been having furnace issues.They were quick to get to it! The tech was so very nice.Sometimes they are even willing to work with people on the bill, they know most people cant just drop a bunch of money, they are so very understanding!!I will definitely be using them again, you will not disappointed with them!!

    Alaska Best has done everything for us from leaky drains and the installation of uncooperative toilets, to the replacement of our 40 year old boiler with a new System 2000. Their staff are all excellent. I can recommend them without hesitation.

    An asset to the North Pole/Fairbanks/Delta Junction area. I had a Taco backflow preventer malfunctioning on my EK boiler and the technician made quick work of the repair and installed additional valves that had been missed in the original installation.

    We had a few issues going on with our septic and water systems in the dead of winter, including a possible blockage, two leaks, and our air intakes freezing over every week or so. Alaska Best was able to give us an appointment for 4 days out. Lonnie and Justin were extremely understanding, friendly, and professional! They thoroughly troubleshot and addressed each problem. Lonnie also took time to explain features of our system and how it works. He explained the issues we were facing, what may have been the causes, and what to look for in the future for preventative maintenance.

    There is no better plumbing/heating service in Alaska! Lonnie and Justin have been to our house for a few different needs and they are exceptionally polite and efficient. Sandra is quick, efficient, and customer-oriented in the office. I have often found that customer service can be hit or miss in the interior, but it is always exceptional with AKs Best. Give them a call!

    Very impressed with the work that was done on both the water heater and water tank! Came in had it tore and replaced in a very timely manner, found a leak in the wall within 30 minutes of getting the new piping situated. Very impressed with their service Very clean work and very great group of guys.

    Used AK Best Plumbing and Heating perform my oil to gas boiler swap out. I was very happy with the communication between their office and myself. Took 1 1/2 days to perform the swap since gas lines needed to be ran from the meter to the boiler. All work was done correctly and the crew and owner are very tidy. Their office took care of all the permitting with the city of North Pole. Their shop office is a very convenient location for North Pole residents.

    We were helping out an elderly neighbor who had to be rushed to the hospital. We were cleaning her house for her return when we noticed that her toilet was inoperable. We contacted Alaska Best Plumbing to see if we could get a quote for repair. They sent a technician out the next day. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable, he assessed the problem quickly and was able to get the toilet running properly. The nicest thing was that since we were trying to do they right thing they passed it on and did the work with no charge. A great company and a real member of the community.
