    I was having issues with a Moen motion sense kitchen faucet that was probably about eight years old. I called and was told because I did not have a receipt it would not be warranted. I was then told for a $25.00 handling fee they would send me a new replacement faucet. I was thrilled. I was actually just calling for some additional tech support as I had been struggling to fix it. It was sent out promptly and I installed it easily and problem now solved. What a great company to stand behind their product like this!!

    I bought my Moen kitchen faucet in 2014. Last Saturday, the sprayer hose sprung a small leak. It sucked that I couldnt call them until Monday for a replacement; but as soon as I did, the new one was slated for arrival today. It showed up on time and was exactly the part I needed. Their customer service was great. The replacement part cost me nothing. And maybe the faucet will last another 8 years. If not, Id buy another Moen in a heartbeat.

    So happy to see that good customer service actually still exists somewhere. After searching all over I called to find out about replacement parts for my older faucet. Not only could they figure out what I needed but our replacing the parts free of charge. And they even played good music while I was on hold

    After five years, our kitchen faucet started leaking...upon looking, found a pool of water under the sink and a damaged cabinet (totally sunk in)! Called Moen to see if they could help with troubleshooting to get it fixed....they offered to completely replace it!! Excellent customer service and they honored their lifetime warranty even though i couldnt find our original receipt. Throughly impressed and will only buy Moen from here on! What a blessing!

    I love my new MOEN Birchfield Pull-Down faucet. I spent a ton of time researching faucets, and even though Moen is more expensive than a lot of others, it doesnt come with the headaches the others do. They live up to the old adage you get what you pay for. It was a piece of cake to install and works like a charm. Im 70 years old and I had 0 problems following the directions. Its nice to see America still has companies that do things right.

    The nightmare started when moisture stains started to show in the ceiling of the garage, right under the shower. After discarding other sources (drain, grout...), checking plenty of youtube videos I ended finding the guilty: my 1222B Moen cartridge. Cartridge and faucet were there when I purchased the house, but Moens lifetime warranty invited me to call them.This happened April 8th. Kat was very knowledgeable and asked the right questions to make sure the cartridge was the issue and that I had correctly identified the correct model. Then she said I would be getting a new unit within 10 days. I actually got it April 12th.I dont know of many companies who are so confident of their products to offer a lifetime warranty, but even less of them that keep their word and prove it with such an excellent service. Kudos to Moen and Kat.Now if you are an average DIYer (like myself) and not a professional plumber, please inform yourself well about the removal process of the old cartridge. Mine cracked in several pieces throughout the process and I needed to get creative (involving screws, carpenter hammer, piece of wood...) to completely remove it.It now works great.

    If you buy fixtures from anyone other than Moen, you need your head examined. In the past Ive used a number of manufacturers for fixtures in my home, who they are isnt important. What is very important is the reliability, level of support and service received from Moen for their products. If you use Moen products and something fails, call them with the appropriate model number information and they will try to resolve the issue, if they cannot, they send you the needed parts. No if and or buts, no upsell, no request to stay on the line for survey, you dont even have to wait to talk to them, they call you back.Save your time and sanity by buying Moen right from the start and you experience just how customer service should be.

    Called Moen customer service about a shower head water regulator (o ring) that kept popping out and had to keep placing it back in but after a while it kept popping out. The customer service was quick and responsive and replaced my whole shower head for free including shipping! Thank you!

    We replaced all our faucets with Moen products when we remodelled our home and could not be more pleased. We love how well all the faucets work and we get many compliments on the beautiful designs of the faucets we installed. The soap dispenser quit working on the kitchen faucet (see photo) seven moths after installation. I called Moen customer service and a replacement was sent out immediately. I will recommend Moen products to everyone who asks about our remodel projects.
