    This was the second time I’ve used Cleveland Sewer Drain & Plumbing, and this time the job was more complex. I had no heat or hot water. Could not wash dishes, use my stove to cook, or laundry. Chuck came back 3 times within a 24 hour period to finish the job and to be sure I was up and running. He’s a good human who cares about people and that meant a lot to me, and I am grateful for his expertise and services. I highly recommend Chuck and his crew.

    I first called Chuck because I had a blockage. Thanks to his suggestion, the sewer dept was able to clear the main line out.However, I still had an issue with my main shut off valve leaking. Chuck was able to give me an appointment to replace the valve in a relatively short amount of time for a non-urgent situation. Very efficient service and I think at a reasonable price too. Hes honest, fair and genuinely wants to help his customers. Definitely recommend and will use again when needed.

    Chuck and his worker went above and beyond. They put up with mine and my neighbors conflicting schedules by making multiple trips out without hesitation. They even put up with my dog that went charging after one of them. These guys committed to a job and were sure to get it done and done right. The job was no small task and they put up with a lot to get it done. I highly recommend Chuck and his guys for any job. With what they went through to provide exceptional service and work, I am positive there is no job too big or too small for this company. 10/10, highly recommended.

    If I could give them 100 starts I would . They treated me like family from the very beginning, they were able to help fix major problems in my home so I could use my bathroom again after multiple companies charged me an arm and a leg and never fixed the problem . Chuck walked me through everything so I never even had to second guess his work because he even showed me on camera what was going on. it was the most honest anyone has ever been with my plumbing situation.     I had a leak under my bathtub, I contacted Cleveland sewer drain and plumbing, Chuck stopped by in a timely manner and got me on the schedule fast. When he was checking out my leak issue under my tub I also showed him my water pressure reducing valve that needed to be replaced ASAP. He fixed both issues at the same time, he was on time and professional. Will be calling Chuck again with any future plumbing issues. Thank you again!

    I would recommend Cleveland Sewer and Drain to anyone with a plumbing or sewer problem. They are prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and their rates are reasonable. Chuck replaced a leaky outdoor pipe about a year ago and recently responded to check on a gas leak in the house. He will go above and beyond to satisfy the customer. Thank you Chuck.

    We had CSD&P out to remove and replace a substantial amount of plumbing in our basement as well as replace our water heater. From the start, Chuck was very professional, knowledgeable, and communicative. He identified several areas where the replacement plumbing could be improved and ultimately, our plumbing is now more neatly configured than it was previously, as well as more functional. Chuck and Ethan worked quickly and professionally, cleaned up well, and went above and beyond the bare minimum. I would definitely recommend CSD&P, and would happily hire them again.

We called seeking solutions for taking out an old vanity and sink that was installed by a poor contractor.     Chuck and his team dropped everything and came out to run our commercial gas lines in less then 2 days time.
