    Absolutely AMAZING experience all around! When I called Four Star the customer service representatives were so informative and I was able to book the call with such ease! Talking to an IN HOUSE LOCAL professional is something I look for in a business. I get so tired of the automated messages, etc. The technicians were beyond patient and helpful when I asked questions.     Called for emergency water heater service due to a leak. Technician Mike arrived the next day, on time and less than 24 hours after I called. I was surprised to get next day service. Mike laid down plastic to protect our flooring and carpet. He had the new water heater installed and working in about 2.5 hours. He left the work area very clean and removed all the old equipment and materials. Extremely satisfied with the service. I will be using Four Star for all my plumbing repairs.

    They repaired my AC unit in an emergency and made recommendations to replace it in the near future. Sure enough It crashed in about 4 months and now Im working with them to replace it. It is in our condo 400 miles from home but they are going to handle and it will be fixed the next time we go there. I will let everyone know how it works out in a couple months but I have complete confidence they will do an A+ job. The technician was very nice and knew what he was doing.

    Crew from Four Star did a very nice job installing the natural gas connection and running the line to the generator. They had to work in and around shrubbery, under sidewalk & concrete door entry pad, etc. Cleaned up everything and were very professional.     My Rinnai gas hot water heater stopped working. Gene quickly came out. The heater is 12 years old so a board had to be ordered. They promptly obtained and installed the board for a very reasonable fee. Very nice folks to deal with.My heat pump stopped working and it was very hot out. Within two hours of calling Four Star, Steve stopped by my house and had my house cooling. Four Star gets the job done.

    On Friday at approximately 4:30pm, my husband noticed we had no hot water. A quick look in the water heater closet revealed the trouble. Thank God we were home because this could have been bad. Being new to the area, and not knowing who to call, I called a friend for a referral. Her referral was too busy to help and gave me the referral for Four Star. It’s not about 4:45pm and I call. A pleasant and cheerful female voice (Brianna, I think was her name) answers the phone, “Four Start Plumbing and Air Conditioning, How can I make you smile today?” I replied, “You could really make me smile if you can help me with this water heater.” I proceeded to tell her the problem and she relayed the issue to her supervisor. He came on the line and asked a few questions and we texted him some photos of the unit and the problem. He said he’d send a technician right over. Then Garrett calls and says he’s on his way! It’s after 5 on a Friday and we were facing a weekend of no hot water and company was expected the next morning! So Garrett shows up quickly and makes sure the breaker is off and we’re safe. After discussing our options, he locates the unit we’ll need and promises to be back first thing in the morning. Long story short, he’s back with help by 8:30am on Saturday morning and by 1:00pm, we have hot water from a brand new hot water heater. Everyone we encountered in our experience with Four Star was professional and helpful and we couldn’t be more pleased with the level of service we received! Thank you!!!

    Mike T. came to replace our worn out garbage disposal this morning. He was prompt, even calling prior to his arrival, professional, and personable. We questioned him regarding what exactly is needed following years of use. Discouraged us from snaking out the pipe to rid any residual sludge, saving us about $100. Gave us tips regarding steps which could be used on a regular basis to keep our new disposal running well for a long time. Mike went above and beyond the call of duty, pointing out a few things to my significant other, which he explained were things he saw which could save us from other plumbing problems.We had a visit from the same company in July, regarding the air conditioning. We received the same quality service. Their employees are knowledgeable, and we TRULY appreciate their service!

    We’ve been doing business with 4 Star for approximately 7 months since purchasing a home in the area. Our first experience was plumbing related during that transaction we signed up for the service contract. When we were due for our AC inspection they contacted us came out and found something not working properly. They fixed it right away. Fast forward to this weekend when all of a sudden the air conditioner stopped working. It was after hours but we had friends last staying and renters coming in for the week. We called and 4 Star was there within a hour. It was our friendly, knowledgeable tech from our first service inspection. He found the issue and had us back up and running within a hour.     We have used Four Star a couple of times. First was to replace a leaking toilet which was causing problems on the floor below us. Actually had them replace two toilets while they were here.Second time was to replace our old water heater. They met every schedule as we were expecting company the next day. While they were here, we had them replace two bathroom sinks and faucets and put in a new kitchen sink. And they installed a new garbage disposal for us..Most recently we had they replace two more toilets (yes, we have 4 bathrooms) and also replace the hose lines to our washer.They show up on time, do great work and clean up after themselves. Mike was great!We would certainly use them again for any plumbing job.We most recently had our garbage disposal develop a crack and start leaking. Called Four Star and they showed up within 3 hours and replaced the disposal. Couldnt ask for any better service.We will certainly use them in the future.

    This past week , well it has been a busy one! I had Gary, plumbing, out here first of the week for some problems which he handeled very well and efficiently! Gary is the guy we always ask for, very pleasant and extremely knowledgeable, explains everything and is excellent at his craft!Then, next I had heating and air here for an inspection, Robbie was the guy and he was also very good at what he does, explained everything quite well, he was very nice and polite and worked hard while he was here! I was very pleased with the results from both of these Four Star visits, but wait , there is more!Gary returned on Friday due to another plumbing concern which he fixed efficiently and I was very pleased with the final results. On that same day, I was having some new appliances delivered and they arrived shortly after Gary left. So they went about getting my new range , dishwasher and washer and dryer into the house and installed, but suddenly, problem, they cannot install one due to a broken or at least leaky pipe for the dish washer! So since they were concerned it might continue to leak, I called Four Star again, it was now well after 3pm, on a Friday evening! Gary had not been gone for more than one to two hours, but I knew he had other calls to make. I called and told the nice lady who answered at the Four Star company , what was happening, she asked me to hold while she checked what could be done! Soon she came back and said Gary would return as soon as he could, that same day ! And before I knew it, he was back, the installers were still here, they discussed the situation, they left and Gary fixed the pipe and installed the diswasher! I know Gary had to be very tired, he had worked very hard when he was here earlier then went on to other calls, but he came back and as happy and pleasant as he always is, finished up the installation ! So I got my plumbing problems fixed and all of my new appliances installed because Gary is such a great Plummer and so good at all he does, and goes above and beyond what I think most people would do ! He is a very positive person and it shows in his work and his attitude towards the people he is helping! So a big thank you to Gary, Robbie and to Four Star for having such friendly, dependable and very knowledgeable people to help us with our plumbing and heating and cooling needs!
