Our home flooded and we called Forerunner for mitigation. They responded quickly and explained the process so that we knew what to expect and our stress level was lessened as much as it could be. I have spoken with others who have been through the same and our situation seems to have gone much smoother because of both the expertise of the company and the compassion of the employees. Landon and David were professional, knowledgeable, and personable. I hope to never have another situation like this but would not hesitate to use Forerunner again and whole heartedly recommend to my friends and family.

Forerunner was recommended by our insurance company for water damage mitigation & restoration. During the mitigation process, one of the backsplashes was broken when the bathroom vanity was removed from the wall. The young man notified us immediately...SO grateful for his honesty. Then, as the restoration was nearing its end, the Project Foreman [Cameron] noticed it had not been dealt with and set into motion getting it fixed...once again, honesty was key.While the workmanship has been excellent, the integrity of the two young men speaks loudly We gladly give Forerunner five stars .

He explained in detail the damage that had been done to our floors and took us thru step by step in the drying out process. He was very friendly and made us very comfortable having him in our home. We had a leak which caused some damage to our ceiling. Our insurance company referred Forerunner Restoration to us. We thought the job would take a few days to complete. However, they came out and completed the job the same day. We are satisfied with the overall job they did.Everyone we came in contact with, the staff, contractors and Project Manager were professional and very helpful. We would use them again if needed.

Dennis and his team were fantastic to deal with, they got the job done on time and as promised. He even helped us through adding a few additional projects we needed done. He is reliable and knowledgeable and very easy to work with. The whole Forerunner team was top notch, from the first inspection team that came out, the mitigation team, and office staff that greeted us and helped us with invoicing. This was insurance covered repairs but we are definitely using them when we make the next upgrades to our home.

Every single detail was handled beautifully with kindness, efficiency, and professionalism! I was impressed with every person I interacted with in the company. Jason was my project manager and was easy to work with. From the time I picked out my flooring in their showroom to the time I signed off on my completion was one week. They were fabulous! I could not recommend Forerunner enough! I had a small job, cutting a rug to fit the size of my room. Cameron came out to my house and helped get the rug out from under my heavy furniture! He was professional, kind, and thorough! The rug looks perfect and its just what I wanted for my space. Thank you Cameron and the Forerunner team! I had water damage in my house from a leaking pipe in my bathroom. They sent over a young gentleman to remove the flooring and baseboards. He was very professional in his work and making sure not to cause damages to the walls. Did a good clean up before he left. There needs to be more workers like Drake. I highly recommend forerunner restoration

After a horrible water leak Forerunner got us fixed up in no time. Cameron was awesome to work with. The got in a done 3 rooms and a hallway in just a few days. His crew was very nice and even took in account of my 1 year olds nap times lol. Definitely recommend using Forerunner as we will be doing for projects in the future

Forerunner just completed a three bathroom remodel for me and the finished product is amazing. Im very happy with the results as well as the process throughout. They were referred to me by a neighbor and I wouldnt hesitate to refer them to anybody else. I plan to work with them in the future as well. Like any major project, there will be some hiccups along the way but luckily it was trivial and managed in a reasonable time. The project manager Dennis was great. I dont think there was a single time in 30 days that I worked with him when he didnt pick up my phone call. I also felt comfortable enough with him, Alejandro, and the rest of the team to leave them in my home unsupervised.

Any damage to a home can lead to a huge headache. I contacted Forerunner Restoration to initially do removal of damaged floors and walls. After working with James and the demo crew I decided that I wanted them to continue and complete the repairs. The insurance company gave me the payment and I contacted Forerunner. The office returned my call and we immediately began picking out materials. They work was done in a very timely manner and the workers were very professional. It looks like a brand-new wall; fresh, clean and smooth.If I had one criticism, it would be communication. I have a sleep disorder and was very emphatic that they -must- call and speak to me personally prior to sending someone to my house so that I could ensure I was awake, dressed and ready to receive them. On at least two occasions, this request was ignored or overlooked.However, with the quality of work that was performed and the personability of their employees, I would recommend Forerunner Restoration and use them again myself.

Forerunner was selected by our insurance company in response to a water damage claim. The two main guys assigned to the oversee the water remediation were Drake and Landon. Hopefully you never have to come home to water in your floor on Christmas Eve, but if you do and Forerunner is who is assigned to the task, ask for Drake and Landon. They were very responsive, very respectful and always showed up when they said they would. Their communication was clear, and they kept us in the loop the entire time. They were extremely courteous, polite and respectful to everyone who was in and out of our home during the whole process, even our Bernedoodle Oreo, who may even miss them a little.
