Doug was very prompt in providing high quality service at a very fair price. He fixed the water heater on the same day of the call to him. A clogged kitchen sink was fixed the next day. Other problems were addressed within a few days. I would highly recommend his services.

Doug replaced our water heater within 24hrs of us calling him. He is highly skilled and explained what was best for our household. Doug was very efficient and mindful of keeping the area he was working in clean. He will be my go-to plumber and did explain to us that water heater requests were his top priority so the 1 star review here may explain why he couldnt get to their plumbing needs quickly. Doug is a one-man team but he gets the job done well!
