The plumber was professional and patient in diagnosing the problem. Thankfully he was able to resolve the issue without us having to purchase and install a new product. He was knowlegable about how to handle the situation but still gave me options in case the product failed. He completed the job in about 15 minutes. The price was reasonable. I think the Valley Plumbing team is an honest and reliably qualified business.

This was my first time using Valley Plumbing and I am so very glad I called them. Steve was the best plumber I have ever worked with and this is the only plumber I will use. Valley Plumbing did an excellent job diagnosing my plumbing issues and repairing them quickly. Their technicians are always courteous and professional. They respond quickly for emergency repairs (even on Super Bowl weekend).As usual Steve and David did a fantastic job. They installed a water purifier, dishwasher, garbage disposal and faucets. Everything is working perfectly. I couldn’t be happier with the results.Jamie, David and George are real troupers replacing pipes in the hot sun. Everything has gone to plan. They’ve taken great care with the hard scape areas and cleaned and secured the area. Couldn’t ask for better service.When Jamie was called out for a minor leak he diagnosed the problem, laid out the options and then quickly got to work. Friendly and efficient as always, my washer connection was fixed in no time at all.

The interaction with this business, from the first phone call was probably right down the middle. We had a leak that needed to be fixed, but the $68 leak detection fee turned out to be $776 before they even started. The full amount was applied to the Repair, but that was not how it was explained over the phone. that was probably a fair amount in the end, but getting there was not pleasant. The only reason I’m writing this review is because of Jamie P. The final person actually doing the work, he was amazing! Whatever they’re paying him, is not enough. if you want to use this company, request, Jamie! Honest, personable, and fair.

Since he and Chris came in, I havent had any trouble. It was a little more expensive than the other services but you get what you pay for and it was WELL worth the additional cost. This will be my forever plumbing company.

We had a water pressure regulator that needed replacing for our HOA building. I was able to book an appointment in advance in order to give the HOA residents notice of a water shut-off. Steve came on time on the appointed day and installed the equipment professionally and quickly. He offered a solution to avoid soil from covering an access pipe which has always been a problem. He also made sure our water heaters were working properly with the new equipment, following up with a written cost estimate for new water heaters. I found the prices to be reasonable, but most importantly by a company that I trust.

Ive been using Valley Plumbing for nearly 10 years for all of my plumbing needs, both large and small. From clogged sinks, to new toilets install, to upgrading the plumbing lines throughout the house. Their team (especially Steve and George) can tackle anything you throw at them. Theyre good listeners and they explain what theyre going to do before they do it, so there are no surprises. Theyre not the cheapest option, but I feel strongly that theyre the best option.

The common thing that one experiences with having a plumbing issue is the fear of not knowing and having the wool pulled over your eyes and are taken advantage of. Todays visit of Valley plumbing team of Jamie and Cooper had that fear attached. However I soon learned another side of plumbing that has NEVER been afforded me. Respect, patience and professionalism. Our propertys main house was built in 1908 and with old houses there are issues and today it was sewer time. Jamie and Cooper showed me exactly why and what they were doing at each step. And using the camera snake Jamie showed me where the root problem and with assessing the situation was very confident in their ability to hydro jet the roots away and clear everything up.
