    Power Plumbing did an excellent job! Alan was the guy who came and repaired my whole shower. He was professional, efficient, and super knowledgeable. I so appreciate that he explained everything clearly and made sure I understood the work to be done. The repair was done was faster than expected, and he made sure everything was working exactly right before he left.Upon payment, there were NO hidden fees!     This place was great! No charge to come out and asses the unique situation. While I wasnā€™t able to use their services because of my own scheduling issues, I certainly wanted to. In particular Jorge was very helpful. He took the time to advise what he thought was best still (ie materials and wait times) and what to mention to whomever I was gonna use even if not him.     I had water coming out from my sewer line at the front of my house and then into the street. ALOT of draining water. I called Power Plumbing after reading their great reviews yesterday. And today Eduardo came to clear out the sewer line which he did beautifully and everything is now fixed. I am greatly relieved!!Eduardo was professional, very kind, knowledgable, and answered all of my questions about the sewer plus general plumbing questions I had. I am greatly relieved I found Power Plumbing and hired them for the repairs. What a pleasure to work with Eduardo. Thank you!!.

    A main sewer line back up at a multi-unit property. Placing the service call was quick and easy. The technician that arrived as scheduled, was well-spoken, efficient, polite, and really went over and above what was expected. Reasonable service charge as well.     Alejandro was great. I have an eye issue in my contacts are super expensive. One of them went down the sink when the water was running. He definitely took his time and looked through everything several different ways to try to find it. Unfortunately, we werenā€™t able to, but he did everything he could and really wanted to help.     My wife and I arrived home from a long haul flight to a pinhole pipe leak spraying water all over our basement garageā€¦at midnight. I called Power Plumbing for emergency plumbing services and got a technician sent over within 1.5 hours. Erik Chavez was our technician and he got right to work and quickly replaced the section of faulty pipe. The after hours cost wasnā€™t cheap, but itā€™s what we needed, and he got the job done well for us.

    I needed a plumber unexpectedly at 11:30 pm and picked Power Plumbing from a google search. Alan was prompt, professional, and extremely competent. He figured out how to shut off my water without disrupting my neighborsā€™ water in our condo complex. The leak was fixed quickly and for a reasonable price.     The guys at Power Plumbing are the best around! The tech that came to service a clogged line was timely, courteous, and surprisingly fair. He answered questions in a very direct and fair manner and never exaggerated conditions or solutions. This helped with decisions and expenses, keeping all within budget. Since it was already the end of the day, he still took the time to answer any questions and made sure to provide a quote prior to making any other decisions that would require scheduling for a future appointment.     Alejandro was extremely helpful and reassuring with my plumbing situation. I had an infestation issue with an old pipe underneath my kitchen sink. He tried multiple solutions, cutting the pipe, killing a roach, and finding the right seal to the hole. He found a permanent solution my nightmare problem. If you need any plumbing services big or small I would recommend Power Plumbing to actually get the job done.

    Santiago was excellent! Came out with same day notice on a Sunday. Diagnosed the problem and fixed our leak very fast. I am a small business owner, so the matter was urgent and I was nervous we were going to have a huge problem, but we were lucky to have everything resolved.     Power Plumbing is great! My water heater stopped working and they came out same-day to fix it.They replaced it and stayed into the evening to finish everything so I wasnt without hot water. Chris was very helpful from the start of the project all the way until the end. The city inspection required some things to be changed and Chris and Alan came back right away and took care of everything. I would recommend Power Plumbing!

    We requested a service which was installation of 3 toilets on upstairs floorJohnny and his partner were greatEven the toilets were different then older version ( square bottom ) new ones was ( oval ) they look the toilets were there 5 years you cannot tell the difference.Also the work attic of these gentleman were outstanding they care the floor carpets and wood floor they carried by hand not with dolly so we are happy with everything they do.     I had a terrific experience with Power Plumbing. Rodrigo R. was sent out to examine my non-working garbage disposal. The unit is over 15 years old, so I assumed it needed to be replaced. But with just a simple glance at it, he thought differently and suspected a jam. Of course, he was right. He spent time instructing me on garbage disposals. He was polite and kind. Even after he wrote out the invoice, he tested it once more to make sure it was still working. He could have sold me a new one, but he did not. Rodrigos honestly and integrity will certainly lead me to call Power Plumbing when I have another plumbing need!

This is especially appreciated because many a time have I had a contractor come out & miss me by minutes or assume Iā€™m not home and just leave. The 30 min heads-up allows me time to be alert for the arrival.Jorge was assigned to us and was familiar with the buildingā€™s plumbing. You could tell how knowledgeable he was because as soon as he saw the tub, he knew what the issue was. Professional, funny (knew a lot about dogs!), and provided a speedy fix.     Had an excellent experience with these guys. Victor is a first-rate plumber, very knowledgeable, and provided great customer service. I made the mistake of putting raw veggies down my disposal, burning it out and clogging. Another company came out and revealed the old drain pipe was completely encrusted with crud and needed replacing. Not just that, all of the pipes under the house were original cast-iron, leaking, and would eventually fail. They gave me a quote and I called up Power Plumbing to compare. First, they were early at 8 am and Vic crawled under the house for an inspection. He looked at the estimate from the first company and beat it by $600 for the same work, and they could start and finish that day. They did minimal damage (only knocked out a small portion of wall under the sink), removed all the old pipes and replaced with new PVC piping, vertical/horizontal, traps, the whole 9 yards. Replaced the disposal and tested everything. Super efficient and absolute pros -- the whole job took about 5 hours. Did what they said they would for the amount quoted, explained it all in detail, no run-around, and knocked it out super fast. Couldnt be more pleased with Power Plumbing. Thanks Victor!!!
