Being able to trust the quality of work and know that you are not being cheated is ideal.John made us aware of the work that had to be done and explained the diagnostic. He also asked if we had any questions.He gave us real expectations and honest feedback on the project and went above and beyond to help us out.We just recently had our water heater replaced. Due to a recent rainstorm, our tankless water heater stopped working. John was able to immediately diagnose the issue (the water heater was flooded) and offer possible options to resolve the issue. He was also willing to clear his schedule to return the next day to perform the necessary work. His work was quick and clean. Not only did he help us replace the water heater but he worked directly with our homeowners insurance company to make sure that process went smoothly. He communicates well and is responsive. Its clear he cares about his customers and goes the extra mile to make sure they are taken care of.

Bear Plumbing was assigned to me through Fidelity National Home Warranty. Initially I was VERY skeptical after reading negative reviews on multiple platforms. John explained in detailed and visually showed me the problem as to what cause a leak in the tub and why it was coming through the wall in the ceiling of our laundry room. He took time to not only explain what happened, but also showed me how he fixed the issue. I am pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and outcome.I was also impressed with the software his business has in place that allows you to see when he was on the way and track the progress of the service order!

I have been dealing with various plumbers to fix the problems caused from a bad remodel. When John from Bear Plumbing came over, it was immediately obvious he could handle the situation. When you are dealing with a professional company its obvious.Bear Plumbing fixed all the plumbing issues with my home in a clean, professional and timely matter. The price was fair and I feel like I have a life long reliable plumber.

This is a 5 Star service. I have been trying to find the right people that can actually show up and do exactly what we need and Bear plumbing did just that. Our drain was backed up and we needed quick service.The communication throughout was great! John has a great team of professional technicians. They were very respectful and knew what they were doing. Bear Plumbing was assigned to me after I made a request with AHS. As I had read my warranty I knew that this service was covered by it. Bear Plumbing came on time, immediately found the source of the pipe leak, fixed it very quickly, cleaned up, and left. Thank you Bear Plumbing for the wonderful service.The bad reviews here seem to be from those who do not know what their warranty covers. Bear Plumbing is a great company.

John and David came by today for a service call via AHS and they quickly fixed our toilet and also checked out the other ones for preventative measures (one was probably going to require another call in a few weeks). They were very quick, professional, and friendly. They were respectful (we are a no-shoes home and offered shoe booties and they were happy to just remove their shoes). Ask for John and David!

I was scheduled for Bear Plumbing through my AHS membership. The plumber (Zack )arrived within the scheduled appointment time and was efficient and professional. He repaired the kitchen faucet quickly.I asked him about two problems I was having... my bathroom sink and the shower. Even though it wasn’t part of his scheduled work order Zack was kind enough to unclog the bathroom sink and show me how I could do it myself, in the future. He also tightened the shower head that had been a problem.I was very pleased with the customer service shown by this company. I would definitely recommend them in the future.

They were assigned through American Home Shield after I had a dispute and very bad experience with the first plumbers they assigned me, Safe Cali. Luckily, Bear Plumbing communication was way better. They were on time, with adequate equipment and seemed to know way better their way around the sewage pump issue. The problem was solved quickly.

John and David came out and fixed our drains by cleaning out the pipes clogging both of our bathroom drains. They also checked and fixed the drains in all the sinks.They were very timely and explained everything thoroughly.Definitely will be calling them again with any other plumbing issues.
