    We had a broken sewer pipe, due to a tree root. The crack was under our foundation, but 5 Star was able to find and fix the repair within a day. Eze and David both did excellent work and were very friendly, the made a clean/neat entry into the concrete so it would be easy to repair as well, they dug out the root and then some to make sure it would not be near the pipe in the future and on top of that, they took care of moving all the patio furniture and plants out of the way and brought them back. Pricing is either the same or better than anyone else but the quality of work is what is most important.

    I had a great experience with 5 Star Plumbing and would recommend them to anyone. I had my hot water heater go out and called in the morning and they were out to my house by 12pm. Adam was so nice and easy to work with. He explained everything to me and asked me several times if I had any questions. It was done in a hour and he left everything in neat.     We had a leaking shutoff valve for our ice refrigerator. It needed to be replaced today in order to have a new refrigerator installed tomorrow. The 5 Star technician had the new valve installed in 2 hours. Excellent work!

    Excellent service from this company on Christmas Day. We had a serious backup of sewage into a shower in a guestroom with a house full of Christmas visitors. Eze arrived within an hour and an hour later had our problem fixed and cleaned up. We are so grateful our holiday was not ruined.

    I’m a General Contractor and I met Adam about a month ago he called because he needed help with one of my services that’s how I met Adam and as a contractor I can tell right away which one is a good one, they have top of the line equipment and latest ed technology for plumbing. Unfortunately I had a water leak at my own property and we were having trouble finding it and I decided to call 5 Start plumbing, the answer right away and put me in the schedule the next day, Adam did his magic and helped me to find the location of the leak and make the statement needed for my insurance company. If you are looking for a professional plumbing company give them call they are definitely very fair on pricing also, I also do water damage restoration and I’ll be contacting them to have plumbing repairs done.Highly recommend!

    This is the second time we have used 5 Star Plumbings services. We came back to use them again because they were so good the first time. I called them this morning and got an appointment for the same day. Adam arrived on time, wore little booties over his shoes the whole visit to keep our floors clean, and was nothing but polite and kind. He worked to diagnosis the issue carefully and correctly, saving us time and money. I felt that we were getting honest service and great work.     Amir came by & performed a 75 gallon water heater installation. He is excellent & very honest. Also I was charged a fee for using my card over the phone which I wasnt informed of & they refunded the $105 fee. This company is fantastic & there work speaks for themselves. Highly recommend!

    The technician arrived early. I was shocked at the price to replace a water pressure regulator ($691) but the technician was excellent! My 5 stars are for the technician, NOT the company. The part is around $80.00 (Home Depot) and $150 (Amazon). So, over $500 labor to unscrew, replace, and rescrew?? and that was with a sup-posed 20% discount! Really!! There is a difference between making a profit and making a killing!! I would give zero stars for the company but definitely 5 stars for the technician. He did a great job! He should have his own plumbing business!!

    5 Star Plumbing & worker Ezmarai Omari saved our Christmas holiday.My wife & I are in our 90’s ( nonagenarians)& had our daughter & her family of 4 were spending the holidays with us.On Christmas day, at approximately 8pm ALL 3 OF OUR TOILETS WERE CLOGGED & INOPERATIVE ! The only plumber available was 5 Star plumbing. We calledthe dispatcher said a plumber will be there within @ hr.@ 9:20pm Eze Om (Ezmarai Omari) was at our home working to unclog the sewer line. We did not have have a “cleanout” outlet, so Eze had to remove one of toilets to access the sewer line & ran a mechanized cable (snake) to partially remove the blockage allowing 2 toilets to work.The worker could not remove the cable (snake) as it was stuck on on an obstruction.Eze stayed till 12:45am working on the problem.Eze came back on Fri morning & dug a deep hole & located our sewer line. A large tree root had gotten in the uncapped opening & was the cause of the obstruction.Bottom line:We would recommend 5stars Plumbing.Eze the worker was respectful of our home…very clean work inside & out in our yard. We considered the cost paid was fair in view of the difficulty of the work.Frank & Pat Kim12/27/24

    I broke a water hose bib on the exterior of my home and needed a plumber right away, as I wasn’t sure which of the 4 water valves, in front of my house, was the water main.     I was soo glad to get same day service as the call! Rather embarrassing to find it was just the pilot light, but great troubleshooting as to the cause. Theres a high chance the flame was interrupted when I had the dryer duct cleaned. Now its a more expensive dryer duct cleaning - Eyeroll!! Anyway I would call upon 5-star again for sure. He also gave good advice on providing more airflow to the water heater compartment.

    We were having issues with our plumbing in our building. We called 5-Star and they came out promptly, identified the problem and fixed it right away. While they were there, they discovered another leak which we had been aware of, but hadnt pointed out to them. They came back and made that repair the following morning. They also showed us a couple tricks of the trade that will be helpful to us in the future. We would recommend 5-Star. We will be contacting them for any other plumbing issues we may run into.

    They said a tec would be at the house between 430pm and 630pm , got a text at 4 pm that tec was on way. Peter was very polite an listen as I told him the problem, he told me what he was going to do. Our plumbing issues were alot bigger than I realized gave me the new cost an fixed it till we can have a broken pipe fixed going to the main in a week.     I needed a plumber to replace our water heater. After looking and reading 5 star plumbing reviews I called to schedule a repair. I was scheduled right away. The tech was able to show up early. My water heater was removed and replaced with a new one. I had a leaking water valve so I had no choice but to have that replaced with a separate fee since the valve wasnt a part of the agreement. Alex was very professional and did a very good job with the install and his work is very clean. His work is a 100 percent better than the plumber who had installed the old water heater the first time.i will call this company if I ever need a plumber again

    5 star earned every single one of those stars. I had purchased a washer from a store and they attempted to install it but the supply faucet failed and spewed water everywhere. I called 5 star and asked if they could fix it the same day. Without hesitation they said that a tech would be able to stop by in the evening. But I received a call saying that they were available earlier and I readily agreed. The tech Eze arrived, he was polite, knowledgeable and assessed the problem quickly (corroded fixtures) and within an hour had resolved the issue. I would highly recommend 5 star plumbing they saved me a ton of trouble.

    We needed a full repipe done due to the old piping being notorious for leaking issues (Kitec). 5-star was the lowest bidder out of 4 plumbers we contacted. They got the job done in about 4 days, helped set up inspection, and did a rough patch (we did have to hire a painter for texture and paint). Plumbing works great. All the staff we were in contact with were courteous and friendly.The inspector seemed to be impressed with their work. They also managed to do it with a minimum of dry wall removal. Other plumbers were talking about having to cut through the external stucco which would have been another thing needed to be redone aesthetically but the boys at 5-star managed to do the job without needing to do this. In fact, they ended up finishing under their original estimate! Overall, I am very satisfied with the experience. I would definitely call them again for any plumbing issues.They have also helped with more recent bath handles issues that would not shut off. Did an excellent job repairing on short notice on the weekend.

    The technician, Peter, was very friendly and helpful. He was able to get the pilot light lit on my old water heater after PG&E wasn’t able to. He worked quickly and charged me a very reasonable fee. I would definitely recommend this company.

    I removed the toilet in our bathroom planning on installing a new one myself, but what I found was more than I was willing to take in. The flange was completely rusted and there was a considerable amount of damage. I made the wise choice of calling 5-Star Plumbing and then came out the very next morning. They were were very professional — they called to let me know they were arriving earlier than expected, cleaned up the area and installed the new toilet, and they even took the box and packaging with them. They gave us a discount for paying in cash. I’d definitely call them again for any more plumbing needs.

    Our hot water heater developed a leak early afternoon on a Saturday. I called several hot water heater installers and they stated the earliest they would be able to install a new hot water heater would be Tuesday but when I called 5 Star Plumbing the person who answered the phone stated they would be able to install a new hot water heater on 8:00am. Sunday. I then gave them my okay to that time to install the new unit. Then on Sunday morning @ 7:37am. I received a text that Ivan from 5 Star Plumbing was on route to install the new unit. Ivan arrived @ approx. 8:15am.. He finished the installation @ approx. 11:30am. I could not be happier with the installation and the professional work and manner of the installer Ivan. At this time I would recommend 5 Star Plumbing to anyone who might have a plumbing issue.

    Awesome same day service. Kitchen drain clogged; on site plumber checked the garbage disposal , cleaned it and ran a 75 ft snake pipe deep into the main line through the vent pipe.     I received a City notice of a significant water leak on Friday and found the general area of the leak on Saturday. I called Five-Star Plumbing because of their high rating on Yelp and availability on weekends. Adam was at my house within an hour of my call- a few hours earlier than initially scheduled. Adam was very professional and friendly. He found the exact location of the leak, patiently explained why it happened and answered my questions. He later explained exactly how he was fixing the leak and why he was doing it differently than he originally indicated. After he finished, before he filled in the dirt, he took some pictures of the repair for me and gave me the section of pipe he replaced so I could show it to the builder. Adam worked diligently and finished in a few hours. I am very grateful for Adams excellent work and highly recommend Five-Star Plumbing.
