    I recently encountered an unexpected plumbing issue in my home after the washing machine caused some backup in the sinks of the master bedroom (new construction). Concerned about potential damage and inconvenience, I promptly contacted RL Wilson Plumbing for help this evening. They didnt have availability today (Wednesday), but assured me that a plumber would call on Friday to assist.As a homeowner, I hope that RL Wilson Plumbing will call on or before Friday to help me address this urgent issue.Ill provide an update following the completion of the repair to share my experience and provide a comprehensive review of their service.Stay tuned...Ill provide a detailed review shortly!!

    Our water heater broke on Sunday. I called them 8:30 Monday morning. They were here by 10:30 to look at it. Today, Tuesday, they arrived before 9:00am to replace it. Start to finish they were great to work with. Chris who installed the unit was outstanding. We highly recommend this company!

    I needed an outside spigot replaced from Hurricane Ian and a water line run for my refrigerator. Jamie and Chase were very knowledgeable, professional, and polite. They completed the job quicker than I anticipated. I would recommend R L Wilson to anyone that needs plumbing done.

    We had a leak under our kitchen sink and needed a new faucet installed. Chris from RL Wilson arrived on time and showed us how our issue was a little more complicated than a simple leak. He assured us that he would do his best to fix a unique and problematic piping issue. His work was neat and perfect. He saved us a lot of money with his knowledge and effort. Do not hesitate to call RL Wilson. They are honest, fast, and reasonable.

    RL Wilson plumbing...I had multiple things that needed fixing before my mothers surgery and as busy as they were, the parts were ordered quickly & Wilson plumbing had the job done ASAP! This company is honest, they do not price gouge and everyone from the kind lady that sets the appointments to the past and present gentle men that have come to my home to fix everything from my hot water heater to a new shower instalation are fantastic! Ive used this company for 25plus years and they never disappoint! Highly recommend!!

    These guys were the best priced folks we got a bid from. Not only that but they showed their expertise in plumbing by correcting what we had been told by others. They were quick to issue a bid, quick to schedule, quick to do the job.... They pulled the correct permits and were knowledgeable on what the county would accept and not accept...They replaced our entire sewer line from the house to the street.... We cant recommend them enough...If you need a plumber and want honesty, fair pricing, and to get it done expeditiously these are your people....We will use them on all our projects....

    The plumber that came out was Jamie, he was very nice and knowledgeable. He came out on Friday and gave an estimate , he explained he had to order the correct partsanf they would call and reschedule when they came in which they did ,came on Thursday am and did the work, it took 1 and a half hours. I was initially charged a $96 service call which I thought I would at least get a credit for on the install. I would think that it would g towards the hourly charge or something. Any way I may hAve misunderstood that part. I did notice that other companies charge like $19 or free estimates . I was very happy with the work that was done and how it looks . The job was done very well and Jamie was very professional and nice . I would recommend them on the quality of the done . I just feel the $96 service call is a little much . But thats ok ,I like my shower and how it looks and works !!! ☺☺☺

    Have used R L WIlson for emergency repairs and routine maintenance (replacing water heaters, shut off valves, etc) and they are prompt, reasonably priced, do excellent work. I highly recommend them for all plumbing issues.

    We were on vacation when the main water line to the house sprung a leak. City turned off the water and determined break was after the meter so we had to fix it. We had recently moved to Punta Gorda and did not know a plumber. Used the yellow pages and found Wilson. Came out the same day I called and fixed it even though I said no rush as water was shut off and we wouldnt be back for several days.Reasonable price, didnt make a mess of the yard, GREAT SERVICE. We now have a plumber in Punta Gorda!!

    We were experiencing some plumbing issues with the toilet in the master bath overflowing into the bathroom and two closets. I was a bit panicked because my husband is out of town and I’m pretty much useless when it comes to home maintenance. I googled “plumbers” and saw that RL Wilson is local and family owned/operated. I called and spoke with Ashley who was a delight. Since it was mid-afternoon and all the plumbers were on other jobs, she asked if I had access to another bathroom and since I did, she recommended waiting until today instead of facing overtime rates for the service. Jamie and his apprentice, Ray, were here exactly when promised. It turned out to be a minor problem and was fixed very quickly. Jamie really knows his stuff and he explained the whole issue. I think Ray couldn’t get a better teacher. What could have been a nightmare was resolved quickly and professionally. I highly recommend this company.

    I had used this company for an emergency at my Mother-in-laws house back in June, I had called several companies and 1 wanted $800 before they even showed up, crazy! This companies technicians came out, assessed the situation and after fixing it, I had expected a hefty bill but was very surprised how affordable it was considering the urgency and they literally could have charged me anything they wanted. The other day I had somewhat of a new emergency at our address and could not remember this companies name, so I called a couple from a facebook neighborhood group, one man came out and quoted us $1300 for 30 ft of pipe that needed to be rerouted, we are in the Hot tub and pool repair business, so we know pipe related things, but I wanted to save my husband some time since hes so busy thinking it would be a $200-500 job, so my jaw hit the floor. The man said it could take him 5 hours, I almost fell over at that point and thanked him for his time, well pass. So I scrolled thru pages of bank statements and phone records until I found the numbers that matched to call Wilsons, after confirming this was indeed the same company, the woman, who seemed to really know the trade and was not just an answering service wasnt able to schedule someone to come out until Monday, and we needed by today, suggested a part my husband pick up and could likely install on his own. I was so taken aback by the honesty and integrity of this company that I will recommend them to anyone I know. He did go and get that part, and fixed the repair in less than an hour and for under $200 in parts, (would have been less but he bought a torch and everything he could possibly foresee running into). You just dont see that too much anymore in this its not my job society, helping even if they cant help. So we are very grateful, and you get this essay.

    Highly recommend!!! When called, Melissa, was friendly, courteous, & knowledgeable. Price was a great deal when compared to others to put in gray pipe, shower & tub valves, & new water heater. Wayne, his Brother, & his Son, that came to our home were excellent, very experienced, efficient, quick, & was careful with our home. They did a great job inside and out -- even put floor covering down inside. They all had great personalities while still being productive!!! And most importantly, they cared!!! Grateful to them!!
