I wish all companies operated like Cape Cod Cupola. They came out within the week, evaluated a bad leak under the cupola, repaired and flashed the roof to stop the leak, sealed the cupola and replaced the internal light fixture so now the cupola lights up at night. The team was knowledgeable, responsive, thorough and expert in all things cupola! They did an awesome job, and I am so happy I called them! Thank you CCC, you are simply the Best!

Unbelievably Great Customer Service!we live in Maine and recently, on short notice were to be passing through Dartmouth, home of Cape Cod Cupola (CCC).During a recent storm, our Beetle Cat weather vane became loose, and after removal and placement inside our house, the rudder became detached.I called CCC as i was on my way and asked if they could help. They said to stop by and theyd take a peek. When i did i asked if there was any possibility of them fixing it that day because i would be passing back through. When they learned that i lived in Maine, they agreed and in less than 2 hours, i was back on my way, fully repaired. they give new meaning to old-fashioned customer service . . . and if i also consider the reasonable cost of repair, i could not be more delighted! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! cheers.P.S. i suggest bringing dog biscuits for company mascot.

We have had one of their Catboat weather vanes & cupolas on our home for about 12 years now. Its beautiful, and we get lots of compliments on it. Their guide to selecting the correct size cupola was very helpful - its easy to get one thats too small if you dont use the guide, and it wont look right on the house.

We are building a new home on the Niantic River in CT. I spent lots of time on the phone with Mike, just getting the details right on the crab weathervane. He was so helpful, not only getting the right size but the right look for the house. It came out fabulously. Mike even delivered the weathervane to us and when we screwed up and gave him the wrong roof pitch for the stand, he said he would replace it and deliver the new one to our house and take the other back at no charge. Fantastic company to work with and the product is impressive along with the customer service.

The new cupola graces our gambrel shed situated some 50 feet across from the house. Our old weathervane was skillfully modified by Brian of Cape Cod Cupola by creating a copper catch so that it could rotate freely without being carried off by strong winds. Lloyd did a very painstaking, professional installation; in addition, he went the proverbial extra mile by using a black sealant to repair a ridge shingle damaged by a falling branch. We highly recommend Cape Cod Cupola for the professionalism of its staff.

I grew up on Cape Cod and have always loved cupolas. Now I live in Virginia, and they are not as common. My husband and I were constructing a building that sits next to our pool, I knew the finishing touch on this awesome space would be a cupola. Cape Cod Cupola has been fantastic. We live in a very windy place and they have worked with us to make sure our windvane (an osprey) stays on the house even in serious storms. The first windvane was installed by a third party and did not stay on well and CCC replaced it with a smaller version and installed it at minimal cost. We highly recommend them.
