    We had a significant leak coming from the main in the basement Howard from US Allied came out with an hour to help. He was able to band aid fix the leak until the correct part can be ordered so it can be replaced properly. We are super thankful for his friendly, honest professional service we would highly recommend.Follow up: US Allied came back out Monday morning as promised to replace the valve where the main comes into the house. Kyle did an amazing job he was informative, fast and super funny. Kyle is super friendly type of guy he is the kinda guy you wanna go and crack open a beer with after work just a great attitude. He explained everything he was going to do in detail so there wouldnt be any surprises. He even took the time to replace a spigot for me while he was here. Amazing job I stick by my statement I would highly recommend

    Alex G. was such a great technician! He arrived on time as the dispatcher stated. I told him my issue, he provided me few recommendations to prevent service calls in near future and he got the job done at reasonable price!! He was very professional, he didnt come off as a Im trying to sell you something guy. Just a very genuine guy who worked with a purpose, to make sure the job was done accurately but with quality behind it! Nice to see this company is close to home too!     We had a Navien tankless water heater installed by Chris and Zach. Both were extremely professional and did an excellent job with the install. It was well worth going with US Allied Plumbing as they were able to secure a three year labor warranty from Navien (vs. 1 year standard) and included an expansion tank and a condensate neutralizer (neutralizes acidic condensation coming from the unit so it doesnt destroy your plumbing) as part of their very competitive installation costs.

    Howard Gordon was the best technician we have ever had do work on our house. Hes an expert plumber. Patient, thorough, methodical and willing to explain every step while he replaced 2 toilets. Howard took measurements before special ordering the proper toilets, then picked them up and installed both in 2 hours time!     My very first interaction with U.S. Allied Plumbing &HVAC was phenomenal.The receptionist (I can’t remember her name) was very nice and informative.I received a phone call from Dave and he was awesome! He was able to rearrange some jobs to have someone out the same day. To our surprise we had a tech out within one hour, due to our water leak on the second floor.David P. was our tech and he was honest from the very beginning. He walked us through a couple of options, along with estimates. We did an exceptional job and cleaned up the job site.     We had a major problem with our Kitchen sink backing up. We tried to fix it ourselves, and failed. We called US Allied Plumbing. They were very responsive and were able to come to our house on short notice. Chris M cleaned out our drain using his special equipment. Chris was very professional and extremely pleasant. It was clear that he knew exactly what was necessary to fix the problem. He made sure the drain was completely cleared before leaving. I felt i really got excellent service and the charge was very reasonable. I will definitely call US Allied next time i need plumbing assistance.

    So happy I found US allied plumbing on Yelp! They gave me a quote immediately and knew what was wrong. They also came out the next day and gave me a fair price! I spoke with The manager Jason and Howard was my technician.I had other concerns and Howard walked around the house with my and my husband to address and explain everything. They replaced my sump pump, ejector pump, and did rodding for my sink. I like how they respected my house and made sure to cover the entire area they worked on.     From the first phone call to follow up after the work was done this company has exemplary customer service, extremely knowledgeable technicians (and staff) and A++++ service. If I could give more stars I would. I worked with Lilly and Marie on the phone. I did not have to run around in circles, just different times I called. They both knew what they were talking about, SUPER friendly and SUPER easy to work with. I dealt with Howard and Burim. Howard came out to diagnose. He wasnt pushy, knew his stuff and very comfortable to be around with. He showed me how to get by until I was ready to purchase the new water heater. The day of installation Howard was sick so Burim showed up. On-Time, no nonsense, knew his stuff as well, comfortable to be around and very pleasant. Explained everything to me from A - Z. Not like another plumbing company I had come in and install my last water heater. I cannot say enough good about my experience with this company. They have won me over as a come back customer.     My experience with US Allied Plumbing & HVAC was quite good. The technician was on time, clearly explained the plan, confirmed pricing ahead of time and then got to work. He took time to answer my questions and show me the failures in the things he was replacing to help confirm this was necessary work. Very open and up front about everything! Before I’d even booked the work they company rep even told me the make/model of the sump pump they’d install ahead of time so I had a chance to look it up and see that it was indeed high quality and that helped justify their job quote.All in all, I’d definitely hire these guys again.

    I’m so blown away by the service I received with this company. I needed a water heater replaced and Paul came to the rescue. He was so knowledgeable and did such a great job keeping me in the loop. Not only that, he had to modify several things and he did it without breaking a sweat. He noticed a draft coming from my door and brought back weather stripping to fix it. He truly went the extra mile and I am so appreciative of him and his expertise.     The serviced received from Allied was the best for a tense situation. I had to replace my washer heater after I coming home and noticed water running in my garage. I made an appointment and the next day received a text stating that the technician was on the way. Howard showed up and replaced the water heater effortlessly.     Today we had Mitch, Dan and crew installed an exterior clean-out and resolve the interior plumbing issue. We appreciated their honesty and especially their respect for our property. They came out on Thursday afternoon, found the problem and scheduled the resolution for Monday.Another company wanted to remove our new landscaping; however, by placing the clean-out closer to where the problem occurred it was saved.     Kyle was amazing with a problem that we had last minute with a sprinkler pipe that had a hole in it from a base board pipe. He quickly assessed the situation and turned on the water so we could use it while he worked. He showed me how the water piping into our house works so if we ever had a situation like this again I would know what to turn off. He answered a bunch of questions we had regarding our shower trim and was very professional about answering them. He got the pipe replaced in a shorter time than expected and also replaced a tub faucet pipe with reasonable prices. This is the second time Kyle has been here and both times we were really happy with his knowledge and professionalism.

    After purchasing new counters and a new sink, found out that the existing plumbing (sink/garbage disposal and Dishwasher) did not align with the new sink. I live in a condominium, and tried a local plumber in town, who told me they do not work on Condos. Did a search on Thumbtack, and found about 4-5 who would service my area, Mount Prospect. Left messages on 4 sites and US Allied was the first to respond, with 15 minutes, and this was at 5:30 pm.. AS this was not emergency, set up for Howard and Zach (apprentice) to come the next morning which they did, and they were able to fix sink so it would work, but needed another plumber to reinstall new plumbing and rework lines to accommodate new sink, which would be the next day. Paul came out early the next morning and was able to connect, repipe and make everything fit and work properly. Was not an easy job, but done with skill and determination.Overall was very impressed with the quality of service, the professionalism of the service technicians, the cleanliness of the work, the friendly nature and through explanations from the technicians, and the fast turn over time that everything was completed in. Lastly, price was more than fair for the work and materials needed, and payment was not expected until work was completed, and the work comes with a one year warranty.Cannot recommend US Allied enough, and very appreciative of the quality of work and their communications. A++++++, will be using them whenever I can and recommending them strongly.

    I had a cut off valve installed for my fridge. Howard the technician was very professional.     Ask for Paul. He is a fountain of knowledge on all things plumbing and a very nice guy.Paul took the time to identify the problems we had with a water leak from our shower, and fixed a leak in our gas line. He identifies the problem, then tells you how he will fix it, (straight forward) and how it will help in the long run, to save you from needing more repairs. Paul wants to do the job right. He wants you to not have to worry that you will have the same problem again anytime soon.Prior to us purchasing our home, it was flipped under very shady circumstances (work done without permits, incomplete work, and as naive and eager buyers, we purchased it anyways). When Paul came across our plumbing situation, he immediately noticed how poorly installed our plumbing was. He went through what was wrong, asked about problems we were having before I even told him of them, and explained what needed to be done. He took pictures to consult with another person on his team.We plan to have Paul fix our plumbing so it is done right. Because that is what he wants for his customers....a job done well so you dont have to worry.Thanks Paul!

    What can I say, I had my bathtub area redone with a new tub and tile and I did buy a tub that was not a standard tub as the overflow was already made within the tub. A previous plumber apparently did not know what to do as I ended up having a leak. I also called in a few other plumbers and they were a bit confused due to the type of tub I had and could not pinpoint the leak with out straight forward stating they would have to redo all the pluming. I called U.S Allied for estimate and what I will say, U.S sent out plumber named Howard. He was professional, wore his mask the full time and he fixed the issue with the drain/overflow and pricing was right on. I appreciated how he provided a few options and took his time to figure out were the leak was coming from, in the end Howard fixed the issue and there were no leaks.     We had Cris from US Allied Plumbing replace our old water heater that was installed in a small utility closet behind the furnace and against the wall in the corner. The old water heater only had 2 inches clearance on all sides and the new one had none, from the heater to the opposite wall there was only 3 feet. Cris had to be a contortionist to remove and replace the water heater. The last time we had the heater replaced it took a different company 2 days to get it done and they had leaks afterward. Cris did a very good job in 6 hrs. and cleaned up the mess afterward my wife and I highly recommend his work. Well done Cris and thank you.

    My water heater went out and decided to replace it with a tankless water heater. I shopped around and got several quotes. From the responses I knew these systems were not cheap. You make an investment upfront so you dont have to worry about having to replace a water heater for another 15-20 years. I also did some research on the different brands of tankless water heaters and settle on a Rinnai system from US Allied.US Allied technician, Buriem, came and gave me an estimate that included materials and labor and the best part: he could do it that very same day!He and his crew were professional and did a terrific job!     I requested Residential Plumbing to give a quote for installing a gas line to our laundry room after purchasing a gas dryer without realizing the hookup in our new home was electric. To my surprise, Burim called back that afternoon to let me know he had completed his other job and offered to return to get my gas line installed that day.     I contacted US Allied plumbing for a non emergency sump pump issue and they were very timely and responsive with contacting me and setting up an appointment for an estimate. Our problem ended up being very minor, but Howard was very professional, still took the time to explain in terms I could understand how our pump was working, as well as gave me advice on another plumbing issue. I was also impressed that Howard and his manager Jason, who was contacted on how to bill, did not try to overcharge for a short visit or estimates. I will definitely use them again for future plumbing needs.

    We had a pretty nasty smell that seemed to come from our basement sump pump pit, and I asked these guys about it. They offered some free advice for ways I can go about taking care of it, and also came out to do a free estimate. While here, the guy Paul was extremely helpful and took his time really exploring everything and offering advice. He also helped take of a quick issue with the drainage pipe in our backyard. We decided to just have them do the work of cleaning the pit before exploring potentially more expensive work, and Paul did a thorough job and you could tell he cared about doing work for his customers the way he would want it done for himself. As for the mystery smell, it seemed to improve for the time being, but well definitely be calling these guys back to continue this and other work in the future.

    Paul helped us connect a new sink, faucet and garbage disposal. Our new sink is much deeper than our previous sink, so Paul lowered the pipe connection in the wall so water and our garbage disposal will flow properly. The final product is polished and works great. Paul was a pleasure to work with.

    I called Allied for a routine service on my tankless hot water heater. After the cleaning was done they noticed small holes in the line that was causing the unit to leak. The unit was almost 12 years old so not a huge surprise. The routine cleaning was on a Friday afternoon as a result we needed new unit installed or the old one repaired. Although we couldnt get it done over the weekend, Howard and Chris showed up at 8am on Monday morning and installed a new unit. They were very courteous and clean. They explained how the recirculation feature works and were in and out in no time.
